My husband purchased a 2010 Chevy Tahoe for me back in November 2020. After driving if for a week the check engine light came on , we took it back and they supposedly replaced the oil pressure sensor, so we brought it home and drove it for another couple of weeks and the check engine light came back on for the same reason. We spoke to the dealership about having it fixed in Pacific, since thats where we live, and that they would pay for it. We got it fixed and but they would only pay for part of the bill, they wouldnt pay for the $40 oil change which was needed for the sensor replacement. And it took the over a month to pay my mechanic. So all was good until last week when the engine developed a knock, so now we have to replace the engine. I will never buy another vehicle from this place.

My husband and I would not recommend getting a vehicle from this company. They are very nice in person and great at selling a vehicle. We got a Ford Focus from this company couple months ago & our car has spent more time in the shop then it has on the road. We didn’t notice any issues on test drive and we decided to go ahead and get the car, the next day we started noticing the car was having transmission issues and we called right away. This is the 4 time our car has been in the shop and only have had it for a couple months on February 14th will be a month that it’s been broke down this time.. we call daily to check and see the status of what’s going on with the car and we always hear, “ we will call you back”, ( nobody ever calls), “Our mechanic is working on it currently”, ( we drove by and our car was sitting behind the fence snow covered), “ probably be done tomorrow” we feel like we’ve been patient and we feel we should have been offered to trade it in on something else because clearly they had to know they sold a car knowing it had issues or offer to give us our $ back. We just don’t feel like this is right.

Is there a negative star placement... would never recommend anyone buying a car from White Motor Company. Sold us a 14,000 car with a blown motor .This isnt a error like they want you to believe its just another scam that they pull , our car that the motor was bad Whites repeatedly told us nothing was wrong with it for two months even though a major dealership said otherwise . They do have this car back thank goodness for the Lemon Law but would not give our money back and by law they dont have too but gave us another car and it to has issues in electrical systems pick and choose your battles but I can say that I will never recommend them for anything or to anyone .

A breath of fresh air when it comes to Springfield area car dealers. Although I didnt find them first, they ended up being the last lot I visited and ultimately bought my new truck from because I felt I was treated respectfully, processing was quick & felt they were honest throughout. I have already recommended to family & friends who have ended up buying here. Seems like they have new inventory every week as I went back with my parents for their new van and saw half the lot was different from 2 weeks prior.

White Motor Company flipped my day around - my vehicle broke down while we were traveling through Springfield, and when I found out it wasnt going to be worth it to repair it, these guys went above and beyond. When I decided what type of truck I wanted I quickly learned 1st Generation Honda Ridgelines were in short supply in just about every city in this country. But I was in luck when I found there to be 2 at White Motor Co. My first visit was on a cold and rainy night about 10 minutes after close and I didnt think anyone would venture out to speak with me but Frank wasnt afraid to get wet and was more than happy to stay after close to show me the 2 Ridgelines they had to offer and talk me through all of its features. I thought after all of my research I had them covered, but he showed me a bunch of things I didnt even know. It was a great visit. I left with a bunch of info to consider and think about with no high pressure to buy that day which was refreshing. I returned a few days later and nearly too late as 1 of the Ridgelines was sold but thankfully it was the one I didnt want anyway. Now I had a Trade in and I feel I was treated very fair with the offer I was given on it so we were able to make a deal. They drew up the paper work and it was fast and easy and I was out the door that night with the truck I wanted. I was very happy with the ease of the transaction and the very little haggling that was needed cause pricing was fair and it just wasnt needed. Overall it was by far my best car buying experience Ive ever had so I would definitely highly recommend to anyone shopping whether its a Truck, SUV, Car, and most assuredly a Honda Ridgeline to stop by and check out White Motor Co.

I have used White Motor Company several times over the years, and as far as Im. Concerned, it is probably one of the most reputable dealers in town.

We were referred here by at least 3 different people. They had used this company years ago. Sadly it’s not the great place it once was. First... my husband & young son went to look for a truck, found what they wanted & Frank was eager to help! Once they got to finance part the lady wasn’t in the office. So Frank insisted she would be in soon.. so here my kiddo and hubby sat and wait.... annnnd waited...after being told several times she was on her way.. she finally came an hour later. I will say she did everything she could to get him a good deal but her potty mouth wasn’t as professional. My husband being a laid back guy didn’t mind so much just wanted to close out and be on their way. Finally 3 hours into the process and they were done! WoohooooBut.... It took over a month to get the title from them. I called twice. Was told it would be there in 3 days after my call, you see this was 3 weeks after buying. I said ok and called 3 days later. Nope still not there. 2 more days and we could come up... so we got it 2 days after temp tags expired.. now they did kindly write a check For the late fee, we just had to back (3 days after picking up the title) to get that check. Lots of back and forth at this point...fast forward to week 5 with the truck and there were problems. We had to call several times to get them to look at it (thank goodness for the warranty) they took it to their warranty shop which took almost a week- sure it sucked waiting but what really sucked was the lack of customer service. WE had to call every day. Fast forward to month 3, current... truck starter went out. We decided to not even mess with warranty, if they would even honor it and fixed it ourselves....SO You never know what you’re gonna get with a used vehicle and I get that. But, the service wasn’t what I expected at all. So here’s my honest review!there was no more than 2 stars...

Greg was great to work with, honest and informative about downpayments and monthly amounts. We had a flawless experience. I would definitely recommend. This place has a bad rap because of previous ownership. I am happy to confirm White Motor Company is a fantastic dealership to do business with. I recently purchased a vehicle for my daughter and was truly blown away by the level of service provided. Ive also taken my other vehicles up there for service and always get an honest assessment. Ive been to a lot of other places in the past that have told me this and that has to be replaced and that is not the case with White Motor Company. Marty and Levi have always been 100% honest and 100% fair on their advice and prices. I wont go anywhere else for anything. Youve got a customer for life!! Keep up the good work guys.

The past two years I have spent the majority of my tax money with white motor company. Both vehicles I purchased sat in the shop as much time as they spent on the road. I ended up putting double the amount of the purchase price in Repairs into each car!!! Both were a lemon! Even titling was a mess both times.I would not recommend these dishonest people. They are thieves. Period.😤

Its a small, perhaps family, business, have a handful of cars. It would all be good if the used cars were detailed before selling - the Honda they showed me was smelly and a bunch of interior vinyl torn off. The salesperson were not very nice either.

Reed Housing lady inside this Auto Company building so very rude to me because l wanted to view inside of rental property on Thoman St. before giving her a deposit or Application fee.I wasnt even sure if l wanted property.She got so defensive what kind of people is she use to doing buisness with, who will give their monies before viewing the inside of property? There was someone still living there for gosh sakes!!!I would never, ever consider her again or refer this lady to anyone looking for rental!!!

Would never buy from Whites again!!! I bought my suv and 2 weeks later check engine light came on. I called and spoke to Ron White and was told to bring it in and they would fix the problem. I took my suv up there 10 times for the check engine light and just picked my suv up today after they kept it for 5 days. I drove it for about 15 miles and the check engine light came back on. Its obvious they dont have a clue to what they are doing. Im so upset they had my car 5 days and did nothing to fix the problem. They got their money for the car so they dont care about anything now. Please be really cautious when buying from Whites! I dont want this to happen to other people. I could have bought my suv from anywhere and I made the mistake of buying from Whites!!! Please dont make the same mistake I did!!!!!!!
