It is so refreshing to work will an organization like Alliance Motors. Not only was I treated like a valued customer, Steve did something for me I can honestly say I have never experienced before. Upon shaking hands on a deal to buy a used truck, just before payment was to be made a day later, Steve informed me that the engine oil pressure was low and he wanted me to know. If he had not told me I would have not known. We worked together and he had the oil pump replaced, however, it did not fix the problem. The engine would have to be rebuilt or replaced. He gladly refunded my deposit and is looking for another vehicle. I cant say enough about his honesty. He truly lives the golden rule which seems so rare in todays world. Thank you Steve. You get 5 stars from me any day.

Just bought a 2003 Ford F250 with the 7.3 motor - a specific truck I had been looking for. Steve made the buying process incredibly simple and was very honest and transparent about the truck. He even made copies of all the maintenance receipts that had been preformed on the truck while it was in his possession. Steve and Francis went out of their way to ensure a smooth transaction. For the better part of a month, Steve would send photos, vids and answer all of my questions. Living 3 hours away on the Kansas side, Francis opened up business on Saturday for me to come down and make the purchase. Great customer service and even better responses. Its easy to get a good review when everything goes right. But, what about when things dont go right- thats when you really uncover the quality of your dealership....First, I worked with Francis, and my entire buying experience was superb. I had some extenuating circumstances impacting my financing and Francis and Alliance Motors were very helpful, patient, and accommodating while I got everything in order. Ive bought at least ten different cars from a variety of different types of dealerships and my experience with Francis and Alliance Motors was by far the best.Most importantly, however, was the service after the sale:I did have a problem. About a year after my purchase, the timing belt and turbo broke on my Audi. I had purchased a Third Party Warranty from Alliance Motors as well, so I got it to a shop and had them dive into it. The warranty company was being incredibly difficult for the shop to work with. I remembered Francis telling me not to hesitate to call him if I ever had a problem, so a year later I decided to take him up on that. He used his leverage over the warranty company to help get them to toe the line. He made recommendations on other shops that might be more economical to use than the one I first went to as well. So I switched shops, and when I felt the repairs were dragging on too long over there, he stepped in again and made everything right.I work in sales and customer service and can say with absolute certainty, that Francis and the rest of the staff at Alliance Motors is committed to making sure their customers are happy. Id recommend them with absolute confidence. You wont find a better example of integrity, honesty, and reliability in an auto dealership anywhere.

Alliance Motors doesnt treat you other used car dealers. Their vehicles are quality cars and trucks, and I found then to be very fair on pricing, similar pricing to buying from individuals.

They had decent selection of used cars and were good people to deal with. I dealt with Frances, he was not a pushy sales person at all. He wanted us to take car to our mechanic and have checked out if we wanted. Also price i paid with the warranty on a 2014 Buick Regal was so good i felt obligated to pay their asking price. If you back out the cost of the warranty i got with the Buick, the price was well below my banks loan value before the cost of extended warranty. They seem like honest cool guys trying to make living in the used car market. ALSO.... CHECK OUT AWARDS ON THEIR WALL... THEY ARE LIKE CAR DEALERS OF YEAR FOR LAST 5 YEARS IN ROW...I highly recommend that anyone looking for used car or truck just go check them out before you buy elsewhere to see if they can accommodate you. So far so good really satisfied in the Buick Regal I bought. Thank you Frances!!!
