For starters, I had been talking with many salesman and dealerships for quite some time when looking for this car. All of which were nice and helpful. However the second I called The Auto Shoppe in reference to this car, I instantly knew I was dealing with genuine people. I didnt feel like they were trying to sell me a car, but actually trying to help me get what I wanted. I spoke with Rudy Beltran and scheduled an appointment to go look at the car a couple days later over the weekend. Im from out of town so naturally I looked at the reviews on Google and it reassured my thoughts of the genuineness of The Auto Shoppes employees. It was about a 2 hour and some change drive to get there and they had the car ready and waiting for me to test drive. Rudy, Derek, and Kyle were the ones that helped me drive home the car Ive been wanting since I was a kid and I couldnt be happier. They were extremely fair in their pricing and some of the friendliest people Ive met. 10/10 would recommend purchasing a car from these guys. People seldom post good experiences on the internet, just the few and far between bad experiences get all the light. They have been in business for quite some time now so if it was truly a place of ticking time bombs they wouldnt still be in business. Do your research, using multiple sources, and dont skip over the good ones, you may miss out on a good vehicle and even better people.

I drove that vehicle for almost four years with absolutely zero problems.After someone crashed into my last car totaling it out, I contacted Derek for a new vehicle with specific wants, and within a week Derek had the EXACT car I asked for on his lot for me.I would not feel comfortable buying a used Mercedes from just anyone, but Derek and his team at The Auto Shoppe do a great job of going through the car before purchasing it and selling it.I used their finance department to shop for the best car loan rate, and they paired me with a local credit union for a prime rate.The car came detailed and had a carfax report provided along with two sets of keys and a manual.It was a much better value and experience than buying new. I Came in with my oldest Daughter after encountering probably the worst salesman Ive ever experienced in life at Infinity. Before that we experienced the games that continue to be played at Reliable Toyota. They did the same thing to my son a couple years ago. He then went elsewhere and bought with ease. My daughter experienced the smut of buying a car right up front. Ive dealt with this for years. Its a cancer and should be against the law.We came to the Auto Shoppe and told the salesman that we just came from Infinity where we left wanting to peal our skin off and burn it. One of the most excellent dealerships Ive ever been involved with. I purchased a vehicle from them in 2017 and the buying process was honest and excellent. I didnt get the used car salesman vibe at all from this place or their staff. Their prices are priced according to value, so you dont have to worry about a haggling process or pushy salesmen. Even if it comes to negotiations (regarding a trade in), you are treated respectfully and the process is by no means painful. They are very honest and professional!Recently I had an issue with the extended warranty I purchased from them. The issue was not the dealerships fault and the warranty company has been dealt with (and will not be an issue for current/future buyers). These guys really helped me out throughout the process and aided with its resolution in a manner that exemplifies great service.If youre looking to purchase a vehicle here, you will be in great hands!

I just recently purchased a Jeep from The Auto Shoppe and not only do I love my new purchase, but everyone involved in the process was absolutely fantastic to work with!When I expressed interest in my vehicle through their website, I was contacted promptly by Joseph Longstreet with Sales and he worked with my schedule to set up a test drive. He also went out of his way and sent me directions, as I was coming from out of town. Selection is good and price is fair. They have done all I asked except for the floor mats. I had asked if they still had the floor mats for the vehicle and they said yes. When we got the vehicle they just gave us some random mats and called it good.So whoever gets the MDX I have your floor mats.

By far the most unprofessional place I’ve ever felt with. Not only did they attempt to screw me over about year ago they have now done the same thing to a very good friend of mine. They patch vehicles up good enough to make a sale and then refuse to back up there 30 day in house warranty. Before you shop here make you you do your own homework so you don’t end up like several others.

I just moved to Springfield from another state and needed tie rods replaced in my car. I didnt know who to go to so I googled auto repair shops in Springfield, Missouri and the first business that came up was The Auto Shoppe on Campbell. I spoke with the manager, Clay Cook, who talked with me awhile and he seemed very honest and I felt comfortable with him. I always compare rates so I spoke with three more places but I just didnt feel comfortable with those shops. I ended up having my tie rods installed at The Auto Shoppe by a mechanic named Dusty. He did an excellent job. Clay also made arrangements for me to get a front end alignment done that day at another business who did a great job on my alignment. I would definitely use this shop again for future repairs to my car. They took real good care of me and I plan on telling everyone I meet in Springfield about my experience with this repair shop.

We had the pleasure of working with both Kyle and Blake . They were both kind and patient , refreshingly honest . We walked in with our eyes set on a vehicle . We soon learned we might not be able to afford payments so they showed us vehicles more in our range. They knew I wasnt thrilled and just settling so we say back down and discussed the vehicle we both wanted badly. They made it work for us ! They figured a payment plan with amus and found us a bank to work with us and we walked out the door with our dream car. There was a communication error with when payments would start and when I contacted Kyle he got right to work to help us figure it out. Most salesmen wouldve turned the other way once they got the sale but Kyle was persistent and followed through with customer care .

I have a Suzuki Forenza and came in to have some recall work done. I live in North Central Arkansas, so I had to drive 3 hours to get there, but it was well worth it! The mechanics were pleasant and did an outstanding job fixing my car!

My husband and I bought a truck from here. We have had the truck since around February of this year and have ALREADY had to take it to our shop 3 different times. They had us buy the warranty as well because they made it sound so good. Well we are on the 3rd time and we had to pay already over $900 worth of stuff the warranty didnt cover. My husband called the auto shoppe hours before they closed and they have yet to return his call. Very unhappy with this place.

Unfortunately a different offer came up elsewhere and i didnt end up buying the Impala, but i know in the future if i need a different car I will be sure to head back there first thing.

The staff were all so nice and friendly. Kyle went above and beyond to make sure my Jeep was exactly how I wanted it even after the sale!!! I’m beyond happy with my purchase and I would highly recommend them!!!

I am an international student and I bought a car from the auto shoppe 3 years ago. They are very nice at first. The manager was unbelievable rude after I signed the contract. They made a promise to fix the defective part and the scratches when I signed the contract. They called me and said the car was ready to pick, however, I find the car was not fixed and I asked the manger the reason. He was so arrogant and said the repairman were busy so I had to wait. I was confused that why they told me the car was ready to pick. After 30 minuets, the manager told me they can not fix it because it was not on contract, but they can fix the scratches. They used the cloth and dipped some black liquid to cover those scratches! It is the most absurd thing in my life. They did this just because I did not speak English well and could not argue with them. I still remember those details after three years because I was so shock!

The Auto Shoppe, hands-down, is the best dealership in the area. Best cars for the dollar, and if there’s something that’s not on the lot, they will go find exactly what you’re looking for. Highly suggest to go find Derek and he’ll get the job done.

I took my car here for Luke to check out an oil leak, he found the problem quickly and replaced my valve gaskets in the same day for waaay cheaper than I expected. He even topped off my fluid and fixed my wobbly shift knob. He even offered to look at my window that fell off track. I’d definitely come back again!

Great selection of vehicles. All the trucks and jeeps get custom wheels and big tires. The sales staff there are not pushy, and everyone is incredibly helpful.

YESTERDAY on 6.30-2016 my wife and I purchased a 2014 Traverse, first off I do work here but still for me I know that our service center took the time to make this car new again,I trust it to haul my wife and kids each day to and from work/school.
