We purchased a used camper at Metro on June 26th and we were very pleased with the staff and great experience they provided!Buck( the manager) showed us the camper and was easy to work with. We were told on Saturday evening, when we purchased the camper to come back Monday morning and they would have everything hooked up and would go through everything to make sure all items are in good working condition.Dave was very pleasant as we checked everything and they found the 2 deep cycle Batteries were bad and they replaced them immediately.Our experience with Metro was extremely pleasant and I would not hesitate to buy from them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used camper or vehicle! We were in the market for a bunkhouse camper, and after visiting Camping World (where we had previously bought one) and not being happy with the selection or pricing there, we found exactly what we were looking for at Metro Motors. We found the listing on Facebook Marketplace, called and spoke with Buck, and then went up the next day. The atmosphere was very relaxed with no pressure whatsoever. Such a positive difference from Camping World. Buck was willing to negotiate on price, and the transaction was completed quickly and smoothly. We will be starting here next time we are in the market for any vehicle!

Great experience! We were able to spend the first 10 to 15 minutes looking at vehicles without being accosted by pushy salesman. When Larry did come out his approach was low pressure and helpful. We appreciated that the vehicles were open and accessible to check out without having to involve sales staff. When the time is right, if they have the vehicle I’m looking for, I would definitely buy from Metro Motors!

Buyer beware. Vehicle list prices are valued at “excellent condition”. If you see issues that would indicate the vehicle is not in excellent condition and suggest that said issues will determine what you are willing to pay the salesman will then proceed to insult you and point out issues with your car even though you’re not the one trying to sell them your car. Even went as far as to suggest I was trying to get “a vehicle for nothing” after I pointed out a couple thousand dollars worth of damage on the vehicle. Hard to tell how he thought I was trying to “get it for nothing” when I hadn’t even made an offer on what I would be willing to pay for it. Happy I walked away before I wasted any more time.

Bought my camper right before all of the Covid stuff happened. Everyone was very easy to work with, no pressure, no problems . Sales, finance, setup, all very smooth. Not from area, but was confident enough from phone conversations and prompt answers to questions to make the 3 hour drive and purchase since they had the one I wanted. Arrived to have everything on and working perfectly. Will work with them again in future!

On July 19th my family and I went to Metro Motors with what felt like an impossible situation. A few days before we had been in an accident, and the individual who hit us totaled our only vehicle. To make matters worse his insurance company was not fair to us with the settlement and long story short we were left with a balance that had to be rolled over onto a new loan for a replacement vehicle. Every place we looked we were turned away for lack of available vehicles to be approved by our loan company. Went in to Metro Motors about a week ago, and saw a really nice truck that was already priced to sell. I test drove it, and just knew it was the one. So when I got back I went in and talked to the salesman, Scott Faught, and he wasnt pushy or anything and was very easy to deal with. After about 15 minutes of negotiations we were able to come to what I think was a very good price for a truck that was already a deal. Drove my truck home, and as soon as I got home the check engine light came on and the truck was idling rough. I called them the next morning and spoke with Mr. Dinegar, one of the owners, he told me to bring it in first thing, so I did. He figured out what the problem was and was very willing to take care of the problem and had the truck fixed right away at no cost to me. I highly recommend this dealership if youre looking for a car as they are all about putting the customer first. Ive been telling all my friends and family about them, and I will definitely be going there first the next time Im looking for a vehicle.

Went there to look at a Buick SUV I saw online and got there too late, they had sold it that morning. The new salesman was very nice. I was disappointed but they didnt have another similar one in stock. He said to check back in a week or so because they get new stock 3-4 times a month.

I see the reviews and I know some of them are dishonest. I have known Jim Cassidy and Ron Dinegar for over three decades and have done business with them many times. They represent the ultimate in integrity and transparency in the purchase of any motor vehicle on their lot. I cannot state more emphatically their integrity in working with customers to resolve a suitable result for all involved. Expressly the deals Ive been involved with them personally. I could not recommend a used car dealership more! My suggestion is is if youre looking for a used vehicle or motorhome do not overlook Metro Motors. I know for a fact that you can ask to talk to Jim Cassidy or Ron Dinegar personally if you have any doubt. Good solid vehicles backed by good solid people. End of statement!

My fiancé and I just finished the purchase of a new Forest River Cherokee travel trailer at Metro Motors. In order, Buck in sales, Sherry and Josh in finance, Sam the service tech made this THE BEST PURCHASE EXPERIENCE I have had in my 62 years. They went above and beyond, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and patient with my fiancé and I from start to finish. This was not our first stop. We dealt with two other dealerships in feeling the waters to get ourselves out on the road. Like kindergarten versus medical school, pardon the analogy. They exemplify what a real TEAM should be. A lot of places throw that term around but these folks walk the walk and talk the talk. We are so happy. We have over 200 likes from friends on our Facebook page showing off our beautiful trailer. They dont seem to get the top notch cars in, which I suppose isnt a problem. They dont pick up complete junk either. I will warn, several times Ive test driven vehicles here and noticed rather considerable issues and mentioned them, and they tried to assure me I was mistaken. Its not hard to recognize a warped rotor, or a bad wheel bearing or a failing u-joint. I know for a fact I wasnt wrong, they werent willing to budge on price, or even offer to fix it or guarantee the parts if they did fail in say a years time. So I solved the problem by not buying here. I think if you know what youre doing here, you can find a good deal because their prices arent bad and if you know your way around a car, you can probably find a decent one here.

I dont even want to give them one star. Ive tried to give them my business multiple times because the auto shop I use to work at serviced all their cars. The first two times werent bad except for the over priced vehicles. But most recently was the worst.I was looking at 97 Jeep Cherokee. They wanted 5500 for it. One salesman said he could do 5000. I come back a few days later and get a different salesman and he says his lowest was 5100. Still about $2000 overpriced for that vehicle. Then he tries to tell me how rare a cherokee is ( theyre a dime a dozen). And his biggest selling point was that it was from a doctor (he told me that 5 times). I tried to make a deal with them but they wouldnt even try to talk to me. Very sleezy salesmen and very poor customer service

I have not had a very good time with the vehicle I purchased from Metro Motors and theyre services. First of all my vehicle did not have temporary plates and didnt even pass inspection when I took it to a trusted shop in my town. So we had to ask for the $350 repairs to be covered by our warranty just so it could be drivable and get licensed. Metro Motors did not want to but they did repair it than thankfully but said that nothing else will be repaired by them. So today I figured out that I had a antifreeze leak and it will be a $400 repair again but just the warranty on the title will not cover this. I have had a very bad experience in general with Metro Motors. Oh and I havent had my vehicle for even a month yet.

Scott was real helpful. I talked to him on the phone and by the time I got there he had a few travel trailers to show me in my budget.

Checked out RVS on their lot, the salesman that came out made a very brief appearance, was not friendly and when we told him that we were really only wanting to look, he said, oh...well Ill be inside if you have questions. For the next hour or so that we were there, we didnt see him again.
