A human company that makes things right. I felt like communication was needing improvement. Even with my account being closed out, they improved on this - with no benefit to them.They really stepped up and they made everything right. That is what stand up companies and stand up men do. This is a sign and up company, with a stand up man running it.No other bank would do what this bank did to communicate with me after the account was closed. It is a business worth using. Hyland is shady, they sale you vehicles that are falling apart and broken they have been taken to court over the house hold bolts holding vehicle parts together, their office staff is rude inconsiderate and disrespectful. the owner is not professional at all only cares about the dollar in his pocket and they do not follow through with anything agreed apon with their clients. i would never recommend going through them for anything. if you value the amount of your dollar and wish to work with someone that will value their customers do not go through hyland! they raise their voice, they hang up on you, they will put you on hold in mid conversation if they do not feel the want to hear you out.

Back in August I went to Hylands to finance a car, I have had bad credit and a repossession. They made the whole process easy and comfortable. But that seems pretty regular for car sales, where I was really impressed was yesterday I took my car in for a oil change and they noticed a crack on a piece that caused my coolant to leak out. They brought it to my attention and replaced the part for free for me! It wasnt safe for me to drive without it replaced and currently was not in a position to afford work on my car and they went out of their way to make sure I had a safe car to drive for my daughter and I! I will be going back for my next car, and hopefully with better credit next time!

Where do i begin?! I came to David at Hyland auto sales making my first big girl purchase.Davids respect to his customers is remarkable.I was refered by a friend and had no clue what i was doing. David selected a car for a quote to go off of and from there is was smooth sailing on his end!I expected David to hover over my s/o and i while pondering ideas and he did the exact opposite. Bought a 2012 cadillac from them gave them 8700.00 in cash and a trade in and not long after buying the car the sunroof started leaking, call them to see if they will do something about it if they warranty there car nope you are out of luck now have to pay 2500.00 to completely replace the sunroof. I spoke to David Hyland he was very rude and disrespectful says basically we are not a repair shop we sell cars, then tells me I was being rude when I was not rude at all frustrated in spending that kind of money and being screwed but I was never rude.

I almost bought a 2006 Silverado from here but Im glad I didnt. He was asking almost $12.000 and wanted $400 a month payment for it. He claimed the reason the prices there arent negotiable because they make sure the vehicles are in top condition. So as I finally made him an offer he was willing to take, we asked him if I could take the truck to my mechanic who is down the street to check it before we sign anything and he said I couldnt do that until after the deal is done. Theyre shady and I wouldnt recommend this place. The only reason I gave this two stars instead of one is because he was easy going and not forceful.

I did not have to step over Mr. Hylands ego to buy a car. Most sellers tell me what I want and do not want because I am a woman. I appreciate that Mr. Hyland made the buying process relatively painless. I say relatively because he did ask for the down payment. I bought a truck and the check engine light came on the next day they got the vehicle in and fixed everything no charge and were great about it. Id highly recommend them to anybody. Terrible place to buy a rig! I bought an over-priced rig. They swore it would run well for at least 3 years because thats how long they finance them for (they told me theyre mainly a bank, not a car dealer). I brought it back the very next day because the locks didnt work. They kept it for 2 weeks, and still never fixed the locks. A couple of months later, they said theyd only fix them if I paid for the parts. The day after they had it looking at the locks, again, it started making a loud grinding noise. We had someone else replace the belts and pulleys, etc. We later had to replace the radiator fan and clutch. Next, the water pump completely blew! Dead in less than 9 months. There are very few people I would wish this kind of dealer on!

My family and I had a rough couple weeks due to my sons death we have been dealing with my sons vehicle at hylands auto the last couple of weeks, I did not have to but I did, I called them a week ago and told them what happened to my son, I asked if we could make a deal due to the car is not mine and my son still owed $3400, I wanted to keep it because it was my sons and I didnt want to take over the $309 payments, they told me to bring it in so they can look it over and see what its worth, so I agreed, when I took it in they didnt even look at it and wasnt going to work with me at all, so Mr. Hyland gave me 2 days to figure something out, I went back in on Friday and told him I can give him $1500 on Monday so my payments could be affordable to me, he blew up on me so we got in an argument, well they repoed the car a week later because of no payment which is understandable but now he is threatening to take my wifes car that we are making payments on through them, and have NOT missed a payment, and not even on the same account as my sons vehicle, he is upset because he is losing money, and doesnt care about my wife and I just losing our son.

This place is the biggest joke ever! Was lied to when we went down to sign the papers that if there was a problem with the car bring it back and they would work on it within warranty. They are great at fixing a car to get it sold. With in 2 weeks we had to take the car back twice. We have had to take the car multiple times to another shop to get it fixed for transmission issues as well as the car not using the appropriate amount of gas and a few other things. With all the money we have put in the car already it would have been paid off.We were originally told after we made $2000 worth of payments we would be eligible to upgrade cars, this was also confirmed after the second time we took the vehicle down to have it fixed. I called about a week ago to let them know again that the car was acting up and to see how close we were to upgrading was told we had to be under $2000 owing. I advised Patty that we were not told that and her response was that NO ONE would say that there. Well we were told that and even the girl that transferred me to Patty had confirmed. So yet again another hassle.Today I called because I am fed up with all the issues we have been having and requested to speak to a manager. The call was transferred to Dave Hyland and his response after explaining the situation was that it is a used car it is going to require maintenance and lectured me on the responsibility of owning a car. I advised him that I have never put into a car that is used the amount of money I have had to put into this car and I have had much older cars. He then said I can schedule an appointment to have the car looked at, so spend even more money when I advised him I will be contacting an attorney.I should not have to put more money into a car that was purchased in September. Seems really unreasonable to spend $7000 from then until now to keep a car running.I was brought up to work on cars and keep them maintained I dont need lectured. The car has been kept up but I am tired of pouring money into a lemon.Go elsewhere you will keep pouring money into a car if you buy it from here and they will lie to you as well.

Omg this place is awesome. I never thought Id be able to buy a car on my own with no cosigner. After my divorce I had a repo on me. I went to a lot of other dealerships and nobody would help me. I found their add one day and sent a message saying if I was able to get qualified they did in-house financing for me. Not only that David agreed to do $1,000 down but in payments. I went up there to look at one car and when they turned it on before I got there I guess the engine was bad they were truthful and upfront and told me they wouldnt sell me something that wasnt running good. so they should meet you at the cars I fell in love with my Toyota Highlander 2001 limited. I did start having issues with it afterwards and all I did was call David and he told me to bring it back in and then they will fix it. Donnie was awesome it was a sensitive had gone bad. They fixed it for free for me. not too long after that my car starts smelling like gas couldnt figure out why so I took it to a mechanic and they told me I had a bad fuel injector and the seal head went bad so I was leaking gas. A couple of my belts were bad also. I was looking about $1,000 worth of mechanic issues with that and David was such a sweetheart when I called he said to come in and that they would fix it for me. that was a big stress relief because I was stressing about how in the world was I coming up with this money to fix the car. I would still recommend David and his group to anybody. Gina was awesome she was the one I was working with to buy my car. David and his team bends over backwards to help and they treat their customers with the highest respect no matter what your background is. Like I said I even started telling my co-workers about them. One of my co-workers went down and got a car with his girlfriend very nice white one.

Terrible business, terrible people bought a van from them drove for a week before it just wouldnt start stranded in the mountains for a couple days cause it wouldnt. Start no cell service had my kids all under the age of 7. When I finally got help and took it back to hyland they said their GPS that they put in it to keep track of the vehicle malfunctioned causing the van to not start... told them take it out or I didnt want it. So I gave it back for no refund as usual with this shithole. So now I have a $4500 bill for a van that they just turned around and put back on the lot for resale. Lowest of the low.

This dealership sells lemons via predatory in house financing. David Hyland is a scam artist preying on people with no credit or bad credit. Their vehicles will pass a test drive, and then have catastrophic failures within a year. The dealership, and by extension David Hyland, does not stand behind their product. If you end up buying from them, be prepared to spend even more money on various repairs as soon as you drive off the lot.They are not an ethical dealership. They will do their best to frighten you or lie to you in order to get a sale. Once the car rolls off the lot, they wash their hands of the situation. Buyer beware.

One star is being generous. Got a truck from them that started falling apart right from the get go. After a year of paying on it I made them an offer to lower the payoff amount and wipe the rest clean if they received $2500 cash in one shot ( way more than it was worth). They agreed. So I traded the truck in, they received the $2500 from the dealership and now theyre not living up their word and our trying to collect more money and falsely reporting on my credit. Have sent two letters so far about it and havent received any response. Word of advice, find a different place to buy your next vehicle. There are plenty of others around the area

I tried on two different occasions to purchase a vehicle from them, the first was about 3 years ago when at the time of talking we couldnt come to an agreement on price, i had cash on hand and was trying to see if theyd flex at all, so after the fact i went home and gave it some thought and decided to call them back to buy the car, and got an answering machine during working hours and left a message saying i wanted to talk, and surprise! I never got a phone call back. That being said i gave up until the need came for a mini van and had a family member that had purchased from them and things went pretty good for them, so i thought okay Ill give them another try.....had a car at the time that wasnt running but needed very minor work to get going again and told them Im tight on money but Id be willing to give it them for trade on a down payment, and i remember specifically it was Dave Hyland i spoke with on the first place, he told me he wasnt sure if they could do that, but come in the next day with title and wed talk, and i realize these are words coming from a random person with no reason to trust, but with witnesses to verify, the next day when i went in with my title he told point blank theres no way they could do that kind of trade(little missed detail, before i decided to lead him on when i knew i didnt have the cash, i made sure to tell him there was no way i could pay anything at the time and he still told me to bring my title in) and starting telling me i was strong arming him and that i was lying, at that point i knew there was no deal to be had and told him sorry for the confusion and that when i get the cash up Id like to come back, well that wasnt good enough, so he literally turns like a big ball headed baby sitting in his chair and starting pouting...some of the most incredible immaturity Ive ever seen in a place of business, so i turned looked at my wife and said lets go.....month later on the dot i get a phone call from one of there sales reps and no joke mid sentence he stops and goes so lets see why am i calling you again? once i reminded him his response was yeah you should get that sold then come talk to us. If youve read this far, bless you. My point is quite frankly Im sorry if you ever have to deal with them, cause either theyre gonna know youre zero bs and not try you, or theyre gonna head slap you hard before they treat you good.

Hyland auto sales has been really good to me. I have had a lot of things come up since I bought my car. They have stuck by their word and helped me numerous times. Two weeks after I bought my car it needed a serpentine belt, they changed it free of charge. Recently I brought the car in because it had overheated and not only did they fix the problem but they financed the repair costs. I would recommend them to everyone who needs a car. I have had my car a year and a half and it has only broken down one time. Thats pretty amazing!

It is the worst company to ever purchase a vehicle from they have a mechanic on staff and yet they sold me an unsafe vehicle I had to go to a reputable shop to find out what happened ...then they wanted to charge me $220 to put motor mounts in my car ,you would think a car would already have motor mounts but my motor was moving under the hood the first 5 months I had it and then when I went to talk to David about it he got really nasty with me then I ended up wrecking the car no airbags went off it was a totally unsafe vehicle call your state reps make him provide safe Vehicles which means he will have to put money into them before he sells them .He fabricates the contract just to get you in it and then when you have any problems he wants to get nasty with you .Now hes taking me to collections to sue me for the rest of the piece of s*** he sold me,, hes a manipulating deceitful man ...buyer beware.

DO NOT BUY FROM HYLANDMy sister bought a car from them almost a year ago and has been DILIGENT on making her payments. They have starter blockers and GPS systems in the cars that dont get removed until you own the vehicle. A while ago, they decided to stop her starter from working, leaving her stranded saying her paymebt was over due, when it was not! Then recently, the owner randomly showed up at her house unannounced and yelled at her saying he was going to reposses her car if she didnt change her insurance. She had the same required full coverage policy she had when she got the vehicle and they were ok with it then, but not now... these guys are crazy and theyre liars and scheemers! Their cars are JUNK and way over priced!! Save yourself the trouble and go with someone else!
