Steven (Stephen) is by far one of the best techs. Honestly the main reason I stay. Hes super knowledgeable, friendly, professional & does good job. Ive had neighbors use other companies & have issues with installers (lets face it equipment is almost all the same) so when he shows up does a better job in a fraction of the time... SOLD.As for alarm company solid 4 stars never really had any issues & equipment holds up well. Typical contract & pricing. Nifty intuitive app.

Justin, our sales representative, was wonderful. He listened to what we were looking for and helped us decide which would work best for us. He was fast at getting someone here and answering questions or concerns. Michelle, in office, was lovely to speak with and I know I can call with any questions and she will answer efficiently. Steven, our installer, was professional and speedy. Very knowledgeable, kept a clean work environment and patient with all of our questions. He was a great teacher on how to work everything and said we could call if we needed any other questions answered. I highly recommend this company!!!

The installer was PERFECT! However I didn’t get what I was told...the cameras clearly don’t work the way we expected. Hopefully we can come to some sort of an agreement to get it fixed.

Alert 360 Technician Stephen Adams is the best. Very courteous and respectful of your property. Always on time and explains in detail what has been done and why. He is also COVID responsible. Alert 360 should have a multiude of Stephens working for them. I hope Management acknowledges this young mans efforts and the pride he takes in his work.

I’ve had an appointment once a week for a little over a month and the issue still isn’t fixed. Need new parts but they won’t replace. Other issues continue to come up but aren’t fixed. The technicians are nice but problems are only temporarily fixed. Can’t deal with this all the time.

This is a mixed review, have been a customer for 4 years, the monitoring service has been great, BUT now I added a second keypad about a year and half ago and the installer could not get it to communicate with main key pad on 1st floor, had to move it away from door to kitchen to a spot that was only 8 above lower floor keypad to get it to work. Now when cabinet was added moved 2nd keypad 8-10 to side of cabinet and no communication!! After 3-4 phone calls to tech support never could get it to wake up and work. Had service come out and could not get even the repeater to help signal, so office decided that the only way to make it work was install new system keypads and add a device to link in the old systems parts around the house. They would do this at no charge if the tech could do it in 2 hours or less. He did but now the old smokes will not work with the new system and they want $50 apiece for the new ones, this wasnt part of the deal but must sign work order to get them installed. This is not what Ben told me, double talk. Follow up to the above, Called corp. office and told my story, Ben called me back within 10 minutes in a very can I help you attitude we agreed that he would not charge me for the smoke detectors as long as I paid for any time over the 2 hours of install time that was originally agreed to. He called me back the next morning to inform me that his installer was here 3 hours, told him to keep the check for the smokes and use $79 of it to cover labor and apply the rest to my month billing account. Then he offered me $25 off to fix this review which I refused! A few days later I was contracted by a Corp. person to make sure I was satisfied with how things had settled out, told him I was and how I was offered $25 to edit this review! He also asked me to edit this which I am doing with what transpired and the truth. Again I like how they have monitored my system and the new keypads, I would use them again but will not expect to have to call corp. to get the results that were promised me. So this is my story and I will give them 3 stars now over all.

Really impressed with this company. The technician was here at 8 am sharp. When does that happen? Never to me... Seamless installation and instruction. State of the art equipment. App actually works with my Samsung Android (unlike the previous DPM mess). And I cut my monthly monitoring bill by 40%. Hard to find companies that fulfill their end of things these days with professionalism and honesty and it is great when you do.

I had an issue with moving my system so I called and for a supervisor. I was connected to Ben in the Springfield location. He immediately addressed my concerns and fixed all the issues. I appreciate a company that is local anf easy to contact.
