I recently visited your store on Rolling Road and it Old Keene Mill Road bought two new tires I was told that I need to brakes and rotors and it would cost me about close to $800 to take care of that. I had a family member who is a mechanic and took care of my car tires engine oil change he said my rotors were perfectly fine I just had an inspection done and it passed with flying colors I will not ever be going to this company again for anything concerning my vehicle that just a shame people want to screw people over like that how do you say

I have been coming to this location for years with multiple cars. The reason I keep going back is because of the manager Ali. He has ALWAYS been honest and trustworthy. There has been many times I was told I needed certain work from dealerships, I took the car to Ali where he did a quick and thorough evaluation/diagnostic and figured out the true problem; which turned out to be a fraction of the cost of what the dealership was quoting me. My family and I would be willing to travel to any location Ali is at. Ali and his team have also been great with communication. I have routinely dropped my car, once they evaluated what the problem is, they would promptly call me and explain their findings and solution. Once I would agree they would continue with the repairs with an accurate completion date. Truly a professional, well oiled location. Would absolutely recommend this location!

I needed to have my tires replaced, as well as an oil change. Been to several places where for whatever reason they were unable to remove the oil filter from my vehicle, but NTB managed to do what seemed to be impossible. TJ provided excellent service, always updating me on what was going on with my vehicle. He communicated the necessary repairs in such a way that I understood. Would highly recommend!

I went to NTB months ago to get a front tire and I needed it to be a tire that would last and was a decent price. NTB was able to get me exactly what I asked for. I did not have an appt the day I went and they were able to still get my car done in a timely manner. The tire is a big reason why I continue to go back to this NTB. I am extremely hard on my tires and the tires I get from NTB always seem to last way longer than they should and having that trust that the tire will hold up is everything. I definitely recommend them for any of your tire needs.

Recently had some work done on my car and wasn’t really familiar with what I needed. That was, until I went to merchants and had Ali help me out and walk me through what needed to be done. He told me exactly what I needed, how much it would cost, and gave me a run down on some other things I will need in the near future. Super knowledgeable guy and Great customer service from him as well. Best I’ve been too to get my car fixed!

We blew a tire on the freeway while traveling home from vacation and they were able to get us in and replace our tire in less than an hour so that we could get back on the road. Their customer service was awesome!

Very very unsatisfied. I made an appointment for my two cars to get new tires at 4. When we got there they were packed. I thought noting of this since we had appointments right? No. Apparently having an appointment means nothing. I waited 2 and a half hours for my car to finally be ready. When my car was finally done the two men there, tried to bully me into getting an alignment. I know this sounds crazy but for 2 minutes they went back and forth about how i needed it. They said that every time you get a new tire you need an alignment and continued this as I said no multiple times. One man then said to the other that he should offer me a discount. The second looked at him, looked at me, then proceeded to not only not offer me a discount, but continue to tell me how much I needed it. I tried to be very polite, but the only way I could get them to stop was saying yes to the FREE alignment check. To be clear they were not going to do this without me request first. My tires were off my negligible amounts. The only reason we did not spend the $80 and 25 more minutes there waiting was because they listened to MY HUSBAND.TLDR: Do not go here. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE FEMALE PRESENTING. They will do whatever they can do to get you to spend money and they will not listen to a polite no thank you.Small Edit: I forgot to mention the fact that when we called the day before they assured us they would have our tires and when we got there not only did they not see our ticket, but they also didnt have our tires.

Not every NTB is alike. I’ve been coming here since the early 2000s. Brought my Audi, VW and even my MIT EVO Lancer in for work. As most the shop guys are big car enthusiasts. They have always been honest never worried about made up repair needs.

Ali is great and easy to work with. He is the main reason I will travel 45min to have my cars serviced. Over the many years coming to see him, he has always been honest about any repairs and services needed (or not needed at the moment). When there is a problem with my car, he explains it in a way that is easy understand and will give me multiple options to decide on. Bottom line is I dont feel like Im getting ripped off or scammed from a car service/repair shop. Ive told my family about Ali and they wont go anywhere else now either.

Hands down the best service I have had from service store. Brought my own rims and had tires special ordered for my GX460. Kenny Klein made the experience very easy & enjoyable. Will be coming back for all my oil changes and any time I need tires on our other vehicles.

Stopped by Saturday for the big sale and honestly to my surprise I got a heck of a deal. Didn’t want all the extras that you must get in order to get the deal but after TJ and Kenny explained to me how important the maintenance is on my tires I fully understand now why it’s a requirement. They are actually looking out for me and my tires to ensure I get the mileage that I’m supposed to. I picked my car up later and it feels like the day I bought it brand new from the dealer lot. The manager of that center was so nice and took his time to make sure I got the best service ever! I originally got my tires changed all the way back in December thru Costco but unfortunately 2 of them blew up when I hit a pothole on 66 and called Costco but they were fully booked. I chose to stop by that NTB center to check their availability and they were able to fit me in to get them replaced. I asked for the specific tire brand that I had already had on which were Bridgestone and even tho they dont usually carry that brand of tires the manager Ali promised me that hell have them in stock for me tomorrow as he placed a special order for me! 10/10 would come back in the future and will recommend that location to all my friends in the future!

Usually I dont write reviews, especially 1 star reviews but wanted to try and help someone save time.If you schedule appointment for tires replacement at this location few days in advance, you specify type of tires you want, and you get respond that tires are getting on shuttle to their store next day, thats not 100% sure.My recommendation is to call on the day of appointment to check if they have your tires in the shop before you go.It may save your day and trips back and forth.If you get an answer that they somehow dont have your ticket ready (even your name is listed on the screen above their heads) and dont have tires (for who knows what reason, probably given to someone else), but how they will have someone get it right away from their second location where they have it in stock (BTW from the store that is only 10 minutes away driving), that is still NOT happening. You will end up waiting six hours on plaza around the shop and on the end simply get the keys back.Overall, I guess your better chances are with small local shops, where owners do care about customer satisfaction, since they really depend on you.UPDATE 08/14/2020Yesterday I got a call from the store. I took a minute to listen to what they have to say and decided to give them a second chance. I do believe that everyone deserves one as I believe in a honest mistake.They managed to work it out, and meet my expectations.This why I am updating my review to 4 star (took one down for the first visit).UPDATE 10/12/2020I really wanted to make this work and gave my best and many chances but without any resolution.After store called and I gave them second chance tire were mount.As soon as I got on highway I noticed my vehicle shaking at 65mph and over.Got back to the store, guy said they need to do balancing again, 2nd time.Once they did it, car acted the same way.I went back again sharing my expression and got strange answer:Tire we mount on your car are not the right tire for your car. Its the right size but not the right tire.Not sure what it means, but even this has sense to them it doesnt to me, since I am not a tire guy.I related to this guys to do my tire work since they should of been the tire specialist and as a professionals they mounted tires that are not the right tire for my vehicle. And without any problem even say it.Manager has driven the car along the local road and agreed to do another re/balance (3rd time, btw you should see internal part of my rims now, so many markers from all of this work, see pics attached) and clean internal portion of tire/something.Once that was done, we drove it again on the local road (35mph limit) and he managed to get to 65mph in a few seconds stating there was less shake.Next thing you know, I go to highway and same thing happened.So I decided to give it some time thinking tire need to settle.Month later, nothing changes. Car shakes.I went back and asked how much to pay to get different right type of tire.Manager gave me a quote of $500+ to pay on the top of whats already paid in order to get different sort of tires.Since I was very tired of all, and didnt want my vehicle shaking on highway anymore (afraid that something else will go wrong under the hood), I DID agree on this as well, and he ordered tires in front of me from their Ohio warehouse. Said should be there early next week but to give him till Wednesday to call me and schedule the time for the new tire replacement.Its been almost 20 days and didnt hear back from them.I am finally done with this location. Planning on contacting BBB and file the case.If you want to spare yourself some headache you may want to go with different location.

I had amazing service today when I came in to get my A/C fixed. I had already known what the issue was due to my history with dealing with my car’s dealer, and TJ was super helpful with explaining everything to me as well as very honest. He said that the procedure that I had done at the dealer for $400 would only cost $150 at NTB. I was expecting to pay a lot today for them to fix my A/C condenser, but TJ did further research for me and found out that my certain model/make qualified for a free condenser at the dealer and a refund for the $400 I paid earlier on. Long story short I then took it to my dealer and ended up paying nothing to get my A/C fixed. This was information that I had not known and wouldn’t have taken to the dealer initially but I’m so blessed to have worked with someone actually looking out for me. Definitely will be coming back in the future!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! We went in recently for tire balance, rotation, and alignment and also told them about one tire needing to be fixed. We were told we needed new tires and new shocks. We knew our tires werent as worn as they claimed (we could tell just by looking at them) and that the shocks were fine (we had installed the shocks ourselves and knew we have many thousands of miles to go on these shocks). Did not buy new tires or shocks. We went home and easily tested shocks. Auto held my weight and did not bounce. Tire light came following visit. Tire in same spot still has same issue. Tire not fixed and obviously not rotated. I would be surprised if they balanced them or did the alignment at this point. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! We definitely wont be returning here or to this chain again.

This is the only place i take my cars. We went to the Virginia Auto tire and they ripped us off with all of these required services mounting to thousands of dollars to pass safety. We came to NTB and only needed 2 things completed to pass. I never second guess if i really need the work done like you would from a typical shop. Kenny and Ali are honest, up front and always return calls promptly. As a female who admittedly doesnt know much about cars, ive never felt taken advantage of by this place because they take the time to explain things to me and allow me to researchthen decide to get the work done as opposed to rushing or insisting it.For a good part of 2020 they had a different manager who was terrible and I am SO glad Ali is back!I wont go anywhere else!

Stopped by here today because i had a leak in my tires, expecting the worst like having to replace all 4 tires because of my all wheel drive system i was pleasantly surprised by Ali the store manager that they were able to patch my tire from the inside and it will last longer than my tire itself. wOW 🤩 NTB and Mr.Ali really go above and beyond. and on top of that we’re a military family so the $36 charge was waived and we were on our way in less than an hour. customer for life ntb!!!!

Avoid this place, plenty of other options close by. These folks couldnt even handle an oil change and tire rotation. They were all about an upsell for some Shock absorbers that werent needed, but didnt bother to complete the basic maintenance that was paid for.

Just like other incompetent car service centers, this place should have just told me upfront that they cant work on Tesla cars. Instead of giving attitude and doing a poor job in replacing something simple as a tire (which they specialize on). I brought my Tesla hear because I had a nail and needed 1 new tire and the Tesla service center appointment was too far in the future. JD was very nice and welcoming when I made the appointment but the remaining employees kept shaking their head because its a Tesla. They replaced the tire but installed it backwards and didnt even inflate the tire properly. It started shaking after I picked it up. Next day I brought it to get fixed and after fixing the issue, I was told that they as a company decided not to service Tesla anymore. Instead of embracing the changes to electric cars which will fill up this city, they are rejecting paying customers. I was hoping to use them for breaks and tires for my Tesla in the future.

I went to Merchants Tires earlier this week to do a simple tire swap / mount for my 2015 WRX. The front desk attendant was fine, and assisted me and requested for one of the mechanics in the back to move my car into the garage for servicing. After a near two hour wait, my car was finished and the tires were mounted on. The front desk man tells me that they were unable to get a lug fully on because the stud was stripped. They told me they tried their best but they were unable to assist any further because thats how it arrived.I was able to remove the lug - and I looked at the stud and it seems impossible that the stud arrived stripped. One of the mechanics carelessly gunned a crooked lug into the stud and stripped the inside of the lug and broke the threading on the stud. There is absolutely no way this could have happened otherwise. This location and the employees are absolutely careless and try to cover their mistakes by blatant lying.I now have to spend extra time on what was supposed to be a simple tire mounting because the employees at this location are completely careless in their servicing. Broken lug, and broken stud - thanks Merchants Tires.
