They worked with us on finding the right choice and on customizing our selections to fit our needs. The staff is very knowledgeable and did not try to just sell us what they had, but worked with us to get us what we wanted. Their prices were very competitive with what I could find elsewhere on the web and they were willing to deliver and set up even though I live 2 hours away. The delivery and setup went flawlessly and the people doing the setup were well trained and knew exactly what they were doing. I highly recommend Kinney Billiards and already have additional items on order with them.

I ordered a kumui soft tipfor my josh form Kinney Billiards, springfield Mo., a through Amazon and was suppose to be delievered on April 15. I never recieved it so I called Amazon and they told me to contact the distributor in which I did. Management of Kinneys Billiards stepped up andchoose to send me a new tip with no charge. Customer service like this is unheard of today. Being 68 years old I was floored by their compassion and generousity. I state that people like this deserve to be placed at the top of the list of people you should go out of your way to do buisness with sincerely Rhino.

Super helpful salesman. I went in for my first set of darts, and he let me try 6 or 7 sets before I went back to the second one I tried. I couldnt find a good case, but Eddy (the salesman) told me of incoming stock and gave me an ETA so I can come back at the end of the week to get early pick of their fresh cases.

This was truly an experience that has proved to me why some businesses succeed and some fail. I live in NY but purchased a home in Springfield, MO and had my son was doing the purchasing for me. I told my son what I wanted in color concerning the table but gave him some loose parameters to work with the other options. Kinney Billiars gave my son their undivided attention and exceeded my expectations in both price and quality. When a very small problem came up concerning one of the billiard balls it was rectified immediately. I dont judge a business at point of sale (everyone wants to, make the sale), I judge a business after the point of sale, when the sale is complete. Kinney could of told us too bad but they didnt. Bought a Break cue from Kinney Billiards and the butt of it warped a little. Called them about it and also talked with the manufacture. Kinney Billiards sent it back for me and it was replaced with a new one which they had shipped directly to me so I wouldnt have to make an 90 plus mile trip to pick it up. Great service and cant thank them enough for helping me. You will definitely see me in the future as tips and other misc, wears out and need replaced.
