Love this shop and the folks that work there. All are helpful and kind, and excited to assist people who have been into cycling for a while, or coming back, or just starting! The service here is top notch as well, with very reasonable pricing.

The guy who helped us was super helpful and very knowledgeable. He helped my son find the perfect bike and really took his time making sure it was perfect before we left with it and explained everything to help us understand the maintenance. Highly recommended!

Friendly helpful staff!

The staff at Bicycle Stop was amazing. They walked me and my 12 year old son through some new bike options and decided that they had the right type of bike, but it wasnt built. They put it together in 20 minutes and had my son trying it out. It was a great fit and will provide him with the ability to grow into the bike. The service package for the first year was great.Overall, great people providing great service to experts and new riders.

We came in to help my father-in-law, who is deaf and has Parkinson’s, buy a tricycle. The level of service we received was something you don’t see very often these days! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Diane (I think was her name) was especially helpful. She really put in the time and care to help my father-in-law select the best items for his needs. They even had a couple little kid’s bikes on display that they allowed my toddler to ride around the store to keep him occupied. Thankful for their wonderful customer service!

Drove an hour and a half from Cincinnati to purchase a recumbent trike. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. No pressure to buy. Encourage us to take bikes out for test drive. Large selection of bikes and accessories. Definitely worth the drive and highly recommend!

This was the second time I tried to give them business. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and took a new frame in to buy headset bearings for it. He made me drop it off because I apparently had “7” ahead of me. I told him I just needed the bearing kit, he said he had to measure it and made it sound very involved. For people that don’t know, a set of calipers (common measuring device) takes a second literally to tell you what size bearing it needs top and bottom. So I reluctantly leave it there, run some errands, and go back to see a guy buying cables and he didn’t have to wait to buy anything. So I politely asked for my frame and he didn’t bat an eye to let my business walk out the door. I need many more parts and wheels relaced, but I’ll drive 50 miles before I give someone who treats me that way one dime. If you are buying a new bike from them, I’m sure they smile while taking your money. I want to do business with companies that smile regardless.

I first stopped into the Bicycle Stop earlier this week, just planning to browse. An employee approached me and started asking questions about what kind of riding I wanted to do, etc., and convinced me to hop right on a bike that fit like a glove. I probably would have been way too shy to ask to try one on my own, so I was really pleased she offered! She had me ride around the parking lot, showed me how to work the gears, all the while being very personable and informative. I decided not to buy the bike, and instead of being angry at not making a sale, she let me know what their hours were and encouraged me to come back and test the bike again. I returned two days later, had another ride around the block, and purchased the bike. I could have shopped around, but I knew immediately that this was the bike shop that I wanted to buy from and return to for all my bicycle needs. I was given a map of paths in Springfield, and given tips about riding in certain areas at certain times. I havent had to get any sort of maintenance done yet, but I have no doubt that I will receive excellent customer service when I do. Its not very often that one receives service that was good enough to write a review about, but I did, and I will absolutely refer everyone I know to Bicycle Stop!

After a much less than stellar visit to a cycling shop in Kettering, I came here. GREAT IDEA!!!! I was looking at recumbent trikes due to some physical issues I have.2 hours later... and incredible personal attention, I decided on a used trike. My salesperson suggested that I wait and see if my shoulders and neck issues would pop up overnight before I finished purchasing the trike- talk about a low pressure sale!Keep up the great job, guys!!!!!

Its unfortunate, Im seeing everyone talk about this great service but today 21 May I came in looking for estimate pricing for my bicycle and was helped by either a rep. having an extremely upsetting day or someone who is ass-ish. She, in helping me, didnt seem very interested in having a constructive conversation about my bike and what I could to repair it and prodded about who else (what other shops) Id gone too. Furthermore, as I was taking (what pricing notes I was able to get) notes in my phone, she increasingly got more agitated with me and ordered, Put your phone away, and talk to me! If this employee wants to demean someone they can shut it and go deal with their whatever elsewhere not attempt to make a customer the pincushion. I will be back to speak with the boss/manager and her again.

Went in to try to find a bike for my 7y/o. The fellow there took a lot of time helping my son find a bike that he could ride well and grow with. We couldnt be happier. Awesome service and great products!

Great shop! Lots of parts to browse through. Bins on the floor full of take off saddles and brake cables. Lots of different bikes in shop as well as a selection of used bikes. Staff is pleasent and helpful.

Everyone there is knowledgeable and will help you find the right bicycle for you.
