Muffler City is in my top 3 auto shop. I was upside down on how to get my Moms jeep to the shop for repairs. Not only did they care of everything, the told me the cost of minor repairs needed to tag the vehicle!!!

Got recommended to come here by rnr to get my caliber painted. So I called them to see if they could do it, they said they don’t really do them but they could do it. So I asked them how much to get them painted, his reply was it depends on the paint color. So I responded with red. He gave me a price range between 80-100. So I get there to have them painted and the guy I talked to asked me if I had my paint otherwise he was going to charge me per can. But if that was the case he wouldn’t stated that the price would vary on the paint if I was supposed to bring the paint. And even if he had to charge me per can it would all be the same price because the paint he bought came out of a spray can. So I still had them do it. I got it back today and at first glance it looked decent. Not what I would pay for a rattle can thinking it was going to be powder coated but that’s my fault for assuming. So 2 hours later I get underneath the car to change my fog light bulbs just to find out there spray paint underneath the body like they just did a half prep/ half fast job. As far as there painted skills I’m not impress and would not recommend them.

I will say they are very professional and wont install parts from the customer and the parts they use are premium. I wish Id known that before buying all the suspension components, over all there rate are excellent compared to everyone else in town thanks for your help

I went in for a second opinion on brakes 8 i had just replaced elsewhere but having issue. This was my first time and the men were very kind and spent extra time answering my questions. Other places i called were going to charge me to inspect my brakes but muffer city didnt. I didnt have to wait , my appointment was 11am and at 11am someone met me outside walking in. Great experience and will do business with them.

Went in for a muffler and tail pipe, they were very helpful even had a great idea that helped save me money 💰! He noticed my rear U-bolts were rusted through!! VERY GLAD they saw that! It could have led to a devastating accident or a Very Expensive Tow And Repair Bill!! Theyre putting new ones on for me tommorow!!

They were supposed to file a claim with the carshield said they did and when I called back to see what was going on they said the boss or whoever said wudnt gonna do it 3weeks laterand when I call carshield they had no claim filed by this place they were just like g when they said what they did after they spent two hours doing a diag ostic.

Very honest and hard working(Sears sucks). I will definitely be taking all our cars their from now on. They took care of us same day and very quickly. We needed a new battery and new fuses. Got my husband back on the road and running great!

Im always concerned about going to small shops like this but Im glad to say that they took good care of me.These guys are quick and stick to their word. Offered me a great deal on a new muffler. Did the work I needed for cheap just as they already quoted me prior to the work. Waiting area was good for a shop of this caliber. I was able to voice my needs and expectations which helped to avoid problems.These guys are more receptive than I would have guessed. Easy to talk to and understood my specific situation and needs. I will be glad to bring my business back to Muffler City when the time comes.

I pulled in because my tire was losing air, fast. The guys aired up my tire, checked the other three, and then discussed it all with me and then some. They told me to check and see if it was covered under my warranty, and would not charge me for anything. They were so polite and kind I left there feeling well taken care of by gentlemen who treated me like a lady. They totally made my day. My only regret was not having them patch it then and there.

I went in to have some work done to my car on The Exhaust. They were very nice With a clean nice shop and done good work for a fair price. I definitely would return to this shop if needed. I hate to even say this but only have one problem with a shop that is how long it took they did run into some Problems which is understandable I notice whenever I left that they fix a few extra things on the car I was not charged for save me money and time so that made up for the extra time I was there.

Quick, friendly, affordable. Truck had check engine light come on while I was passing through Springfield on my way back to Texas. Got it fixed in about 45 minutes!! Would certainly recommend!!!

I cant honestly leave a review for their services, I can only say every time I call to get something done i.e. inspection, alignment, just basic stuff, they were out of stickers or alignment machine was down so I all I can say I hope you have better luck with them than I have. Peace!

I dont usually write reviews, but I have to give these guys credit where its due. I needed to replace a really bad tire, and they had a great looking used one on hand. Had me on my way in 20 minutes for a great price. For something like this, I cant recommend these dudes enough!!

I paid for a diagnosis, I got a range of possible issues. What was paid for was actually not delivered. Diagnosis was not delivered. I was given inflated price quotes for parts, and thier policy is rhey will not warrant againts outside parts. I understand not honoring an outside parts warranty, but to not issue any warranty about your own labor? Thats ridiculous! I found all the same parts at Autozone next door - where I know you get a discount - for over $600 [57%] less than what was on your computer generated quotethats that prices each issue seperatly and does not account for the fact that several issues would be dealt with simultaneously and are not prices as such either, yet as individual job times. Instread of jacking up parts costs and fighting the system- maybe just go with it and raise you shop costs?Then I was told that if various issues and told it needs to be cleaned up to tell where the real problems coming from. If they cant tell me an actual diagnosis then Im not sure what I paid them for? Very unprofessional behavior compared to my first visit...

So I got my brakes done on Friday. All weekend I heard a strange popping noise every time I hit the brakes. I took it to another shop on Monday, and they informed me that one caliper is missing a bolt, and the other one is loose.. Thanks for the hack job guys!!!
