He was an absolute pleasure to work with, zero games, zero hassles, straightforward, professional, and honest.We told him what we had for a down payment and what we were willing to pay, and what we thought we wanted (Honda Accord). He took the time to show us what we asked to see, then after seeing how uncomfortable I must have looked in it, he showed us what he thought wed really like, Ill admit I was hesitant, but, I gave it a try. Frank was right! He knows his job and he knows people. My wife and I fell in love with the Honda CRV he showed us.Ive purchased many new and used cars in my life so far, This was the first time I actually enjoyed buying a car, ever and thats saying a lot.We will be recommending Frank Crinite to all our friends and family. Leased an Accord 3 years ago. I really like the car, so I purchased it. I like having my car serviced here because I always feel like Im getting great service at a reasonable price. They always tell me what needs to be done and what can wait. The salesman, Adam, was a great person to deal with. He was friendly and professional. He was also no hard sell. Will continue servicing my car there and highly recommend.

These service guys are great. I went in with my 2012 CRV, which I didn’t purchase from Piazza (I looked, waited a few weeks and test drove a civic but sadly they didn’t have what I wanted). I bought a Honda from another dealer, a hour away, and it turned out there was an issue with a solenoid. I worked with Tony Davis to get this resolved and briefly with Mike. Not only was communication amazing it was also personable and timely. Tony did great relaying his communication with the other dealer and keeping me up to date on what’s going on. All and all, a very stressful situation for me (single mom, only means of transportation) was handled so very very well, definitely do not hesitate going here for service.Also, when I was looking, Dan was amazing with showing me what was available at that time.

The dealership is big and they have all the tools. However, they are not in par with other dealerships that I had used before. Example: none of the chargers were working on the store. It took 7 hours to make my car ready for a repair that typically takes 2 hours. They charged me fairly and they were knowledgable. They were also following COVID 19 protocol. It looked like an absentee business or an store that does not have an owner!

My break line failed (on both sides) 6 months after I bought the car. I’m lucky I’m not dead. Car prob should not have even been on the lot to sell in the first place. I have my THIRD appoint scheduled this year now bc my engine light is on. They don’t do appointments like that on weekends anymore and now I am waiting almost a MONTH for an appointment bc they are booked. Last appointment I told them I heard a rattle and they told me it was the tires (I knew it wasn’t but got new ones anyway since I knew they prob wouldn’t look any further if I didn’t get them). Well the sound was still there and it was a bolt loose that I had to go back loosing another day without my car. The lady is right in the review below, once they sell you the car they want nothing to do with you.

I decided to stop going to another Honda service dealership because of bad customer service.. I was late for my appt. and they still took me. The advisor let me know since I was late it would be a little wait and it was faster than I expected and they did a thorough inspection. I plan on returning for car service though it is a bit of a drive it is worth it.

I wouldnt recommend going to this dealer. The staff are trained to drain every dollar they can out of you and they try to do so at every available turn of conversation. They have long wait times and also poor scheduling. I went there to get a diagnostic on my civic recall and they told me if they did find it was the problem listed in the recall, Id owe nothing. But if it was any other part, Id owe $250-$350 JUST for the diagnostic test. Not to fix whatever issue it was. So I had to choose whether or not to gamble my luck on a diagnostic test that I cant even confirm the answer on. I dont trust these guys and I wouldnt tell anyone I know to go there.

Wanted to say NO stars. Their service department is TERRIBLE! Clearly theyve outsourced the call center that you dial to schedule the appointment. The people who answer have no idea what they are talking about. I need basic service (oil change, tire rotate, also due to a brake fluid change). There is also a fuel pump recall. Person that answered their service dept. said I cant have the routine maintenance AND the recall done the same day. I need two different appts. Dont these people understand what a hassle it is to be without a car for the entire day? Now it will be 2 days? I even offered to drop it off the night before and they can have it all day. Nope, cant do. Then she says they need to order the fuel pump. That was 3 weeks ago. Still no word. I need to find a new dealer! Embarrassing.

Jay Mazzola assisted me in purchasing my car. When I started having issues with my car about a week after I bought it he stopped responding to my calls and messages. When I called the dealership and spoke with the sales manager he made excuses for him as to why he wasn’t getting back to me, so it seems he approves of that type of customer service. In my case it was all about making a sale, which would’ve been fine if my car didn’t start having issues. That was my experience. I would not recommend them to friends or family or strangers.

Would not recommend Piazza Honda for purchasing a new car if other options are available.I accompanied our daughter in her journey to purchase her first car. We went to Piazza because we were interested in a particular vehicle on their lot. After a successful test drive we sat down with the salesman to discuss purchase terms.The salesman did not make any effort to work with us to make a sale.-He did not inform us of discounts and promotions available that would lower the price of the vehicle we were interested in. We discovered these through our own research.-He gave us erroneous information about qualifying for one discount which delayed the sale by a day.-We requested to fill out paperwork ahead of time to save time sitting at the dealership prior to completing the purchase. We filled out the paperwork only to discover that none of it had not been submitted until we were physically at the dealership. After an hour wait, we were told a co-signer was needed - more paperwork and more waiting.-2 hours later we met with the finance clerk to sign papers. He spent close to an hour trying to sell us an extended warranty in spite of being told repeatedly that we weren’t interested. Each time he showed us the final numbers, we had to request that the premiums be removed.-After 3 hours, we were ready for the keys. Still another wait, at which time the salesman handed us the keys and said good-bye. No effort or offer was made to show us the unique features of the car.-The user manual was missing from the car and the salesman was no where in sight. Fortunately, someone else was able to help us out.In the end, my daughter got the car she wanted at a fair price. However, every step of the way we were treated as people who could be taken advantage of and conned in to paying more than necessary. Buyer Beware.

While browsing for my new Honda Civic, I got prices in the upper 30k, but the lowest in New Jersey was 28k. I talked with Frank Crinitie about the car I wanted (the Touring model, fully loaded) and he gave me a better price than any other NJ dealer. Not to mention he ordered the color, model, trim, and interior that I wanted upon request and had it there within a week. I highly recommend this dealership as they give some great deals. I have 2 terrible experiences in their service. I scheduled 9 am. But until 4:00pm, they did 10 minutes check and told me the car had no problem. Another time I scheduled 11:30 am. Until 2:30 pm, they told me they couldn’t do my car in time and would reschedule for me. I thought it is my fault because my car is still under warranty.

If Im being completely honest, things were off to a rocky start the night before I actually got to take my car home. I had to deal with a bit of an unnecessary attitude, as if I was wasting the sales persons time. I wont name them here, because in the end I got the deal that I was after, although they couldnt do the deal that night, which was quite odd for a car sale.Instead, Id like to explain my reasoning for choosing the five stars. In short, it was Theo Wesley. Theo was clearly having a very busy day, and was doing his best to accommodate my sale as an addition to his workload, although you would never be able to see the stress on him as he was super helpful, attentive, friendly, and completely knowledgable. I called in for some specific parts that took some time to find in the system. We verified the part number that was correct. I said I’d be in in 10 minutes to get it. When I came in 10 minutes later I told the person at the counter that I had called in 10 minutes earlier. That person went back and got a piece of paper and then proceeded to look up the parts again in the system and didn’t seem to find the same part number which took another 10 minutes of my time. Other Honda dealers save quotes and get parts out for you.

I am very glad to have visited this Honda dealership. Keegan Neer was extremely professional and answered all of my questions about the Honda Civic Si car I wanted to learn about. He was also kind enough to be inside the car while I was test driving it where he guided me to drive through both the highway and the city to get a better feel of the car. After my 11 year old Honda Accord unexpectedly died, I went to Piazza Honda of Springfield to purchase my first car - a certified pre-owned Honda civic. Frank Crinite made the process very easy, listening to what I was looking for with regards to features and price. Would highly recommend working with Frank! He made a nervous, first-time car buyer feel very comfortable. However, once we picked out our car, we then worked with the finance manager. After waiting an hour to meet with finance, the manager ran through the papers very quickly and seemed annoyed by my slowing down the process by asking questions like Can you show me the final price of my car on this document before I sign it? and Is this the document confirming my finance rate? The finance manager was condescending to my dad, who came along as he had previously purchased his car from Piazza Honda (another success story working with this dealership and specifically Frank!) when he asked questions about the paperwork. Furthermore, the finance manager sarcastically held up and twirled the title in front of my father and told him This is what a car title looks like in case you dont know referring to the title of the car I was trading in that we had told him and Frank wed bring into the dealership over the weekend. We left very pleased with the purchase, but feeling very uneasy having had a disrespectful experience with finance trying to purchase a car for thousands of dollars.

They are the best dealership, thats what I was told by the sales representative. Unfortunately, I have to disagree. If you list vehicles on your website, and they are NOT at your dealership, then perhaps they should reconsider what inventory is listed. I was told the dealership that has it, will absolutely NOT send the car over to them. If they arent willing to share inventory, then each dealer should only list cars on THEIR lot, and thats it. Was a waste of time.

Beware! The mechanics that work here are very negligent of your vehicle. I left my vehicle here (2019 Honda Insight - Brand New in Pristine Condition) for a safety recall. Shame on me for not being the crazy OCD person that video records his car in every angle before dropping it off and then inspecting it after picking it up. Once I pick up my vehicle, I drive it to a gas station that evening and I realize there is a big scratch on the hood of my vehicle going in a perfect circular angle as if it was done by a protractor. The scratch was light but I was able to see it under the bright lighting at the gas station. When you pick up your vehicle from Piazza Honda, it’s in that service tunnel and the lighting is very dim there because it’s a tunnel so it would be very hard to spot that scratch at that time.Anyway, I knew for 1000% fact that this scratch wasn’t there before because I always examine my car on a daily basis and I never drove my car under anything that would create such a perfect circular scratch on my roof. I am certain that while the mechanics were working on my vehicle, they decided to be lazy and place a tool on the hood of my car and when they removed the tool from the hood of my car they scratched it. I called Honda and messaged them about it but they denied it (of course, shame on me for not being more careful). I always thought this would be the safest place to keep my vehicle since they were the ones I purchased it from! Now I don’t trust anyone with my car. Make sure you guys video record your vehicles before dropping it off at this place. These guys suck!UPDATE:After posting my initial review, the Manager from the Service Department (Stan) reached out to me from this dealership. I explained my situation to him and he was very understanding and apologetic. I already got the scratches buffed out at a different shop but Stan was kind enough to reimburse me for the repair. He also assured me next time if something like this happens, just speak to him rather than the staff that works there and he’d be more than happy to help me take care of the problem. Thank you Stan for addressing and mending the situation! I’ll be coming back here for sure πŸ‘πŸ½

I have a Hyundai. The Hyundai dealer next door to this Honda dealer has a service department that closes before 6pm on weeknights. I had a flat and I was stuck. The Honda dealer saved me while I was 120 miles from home with no way to get there with my car. The service manager was working the desk and allowed my Hyundai to get its flat tire fixed at Honda. Although I love my car, I cannot recommend the Springfield PA Hyundai dealer. I can highly recommend the Springfield PA Honda dealer. Any place that does whatever needs to be done to help a driver in need is a place you want to buy a car from.

Great experience with the sales department. Frank Crinite is amazing to work with! However service experience was not so good. Dropped off car during the week for an oil change and specified I only wanted an oil change and to not call me because I was going out of town for the day. They called me and tried selling me all kinds of filters and also told me since I recently replaced the windshield that it needed to be recalibrated. Even though I was aggravated over them calling me I told them to do the work. They never told me that the price of the recalibration was like $800. Probably my fault for not asking but seems like that should be something they would share with you! I called the to see if car was done and they told me it was. When I arrived to pick up the car the service advisor told me it needed to be driven to make sure the calibration worked and a tech was driving it. 45 minutes go by from the time I arrived for pickup until I left. All in all disappointing and most likely won’t be back for service!

Wow. This is our dealership. We made an appointment to meet with the salesperson who sold us a Fit a few years ago. Go to the showroom to test drive only to find the salesperson isn’t there. Not a biggie- but fifteen minutes later - after approaching a few people on the floor- when no one has offered to help we leave the showroom with our business completely baffled.
