These guys are honest. They have worked on my vehicle numerous times and once when they couldnt locate the problem they told me so and wouldnt charge me. They will tell you the price to fix something after they find out the problem before they fix it so you arent blindsided. I will be taking my vehicles there for repair in the future.

I was traveling for work and my car broke down, these guys got me fixed up and back on the road within a couple hours. Amazing work and friendly service.

Very friendly! Did a great job on my daughters car and said if we had any issues to bring it back and they will check it. Tested it multiple times before they gave it back to make sure everything was running correctly.

These dudes are great. Good prices and fixed my car with great speed. I had an issue with my car not wanting to start and the hood not wanting to stay closed. I called them and including the time it took to tow it there he had called me back in less than 2 hours telling me it was fixed. Great people. Highly recommend.

This repair shop is not very conspicuous, I found it by Google, the customer spoke highly of them, I wanted to try to get them to repair my car, the results are really good, their service is good, quality assurance, reasonable price, highly recommended！

I was able to get my vehicle in right away and had it back the next morning. All in all a very good experience.

I had my Toyota towed to the local Toyota Service Center when it broke down on 1-70 while driving home to Indianapolis. Toyota found the problem, one of the ignition coils had blown and stripped the threads for the spark plug. $150 just to diagnose and then about another $160 for them to tell me that I would need a new engine. I called my local independent auto repair here in Indy and said that it should be repairable. I googled and found these guys because of great reviews. They towed it to their shop and fixed it right away. Great, Great service! I highly recommend!

Traveling across USA and needed DTC (check engine light) reset. I called and spoke with Brian and explained situation. These guys care. They do what you ask and don’t try to over sell you junk you do not need. They took great care of both of my daughter’s vehicles. They both were treated with respect and they did not attempt to up sell as many places do. This is the first garage that I have been to since being in the area and so far it will be the only one!

We cant say enough good things about Integrity Auto Repair and Nick & Melissa Fowler. We were on a cross-country road trip in July 2013 when we developed an automotive issue that needed to be dealt with. We had actually passed through Springfield, OH but decided to double back to Springfield for a different reason before we knew we had car trouble, and Im so glad we did.We tried first with a different repair shop nearby but were told that everyone was out to lunch (really?) and they wouldnt be able to help us that day :( The great news was that they referred us to Integrity Automotive!Nick and Melissa basically dropped what they were doing to assist us. Our car was on a lift within minutes and the issue was quickly diagnosed with parts ordered and on the way. While we waited, Melissa dropped us off in downtown Springfield, where we had lunch and spent a few hours at a most fascinating museum that detailed the history of the area. It was absolutely worth the visit. Melissa then called when our car was ready and came back to fetch us. It was like we were family.All in all it was a fantastic experience. Nick and Melissa are committed Christians living out their faith, and it shows. If we lived in Springfield, Integrity would be the only place we would go for car repairs, and I have no doubt that the Fowlers would be great friends. We highly and absolutely recommend Integrity Automotive Repair. You will not be disappointed!

Nick at Integrity Automotive was a godsend today! I was just passing through town and my van started overheating and I took it to Sears down the street. They completely misdiagnosed my problem, and kept me there for an hour to give an estimate, then told me they couldnt fix my van. I looked up Integrity Automotive and saw all their great reviews and let me tell you they are all true. They dropped everything else to help me out. Nick figured out the problem in five minutes and had me back up and running in just a little over an hour! I highly recommend them to out of town drivers. Theyre honest, fair priced and will do what it takes to get you back on the road in a fast and safe manner.

These guys are Incredibly Awesome! While on a business trip from WY to PA one weekend I found myself broken down 12 miles from here. Upon reading several reviews of different shops on Google I decided to have my ‘06 Dodge diesel (my company truck) towed here. I can’t say enough good things about Nick and his team of experienced mechanics. Never as a stranger have I been treated as a regular customer. I have broken down in different towns and vehicles in years past and have always been told Take a number and we might get to it However, Nick made my vehicle a priority and first thing Monday morning he had it in the shop and diagnosed quickly. I was back on the road within an hour and a half.I thought it would take a full day so I went next door to Enterprise and rented a car. I barely had time to sit down for breakfast at a local café when Nick called and said my truck was finished, tested and road ready. Nick is a committed Christian living out his faith, and it shows.I manage a fleet of vehicles for a communications company. If I lived in Springfield, Integrity would be the only place I would go for vehicle repairs. I also have no doubt that the Fowlers would be great friends. I highly and absolutely recommend Integrity Automotive Repair for all of your vehicle needs. You will not be disappointed!

My Jeep overheated on i-70 while trying to get hone to my family. My radiator cracked and my fan clutch went out. I called up the shop and Nick told me he would make sure I was back on the road that same day. He had the parts already at the shop by the time I got my Jeep there which was only about 15 minutes away. Max took 2 hours to repair my vehicle and get me heading home to my family. Excellent experience and I made it home safely. Thank you guys for everything I highly recommend this shop to anyone passing thru or needs any mechanical help.
