Went there to get a new car for my wife after hers died. Great staff they did everything they could to get us a loan even called us later in the day to tell us they had gotten us a better one. They dont push a car on you or try to get you to buy a more expensive one they help you find the car that you want. The cars are also in great shape all newer with clean car fax provided by them at no cost. Before we picked the car up they put new tires and breaks on the car as well. I cant express the anger, shock and dismay I have from this experience. My car died 3 weeks ago. Not having the best credit, I figured Fortuna would be a better option than a real dealership. So I filled out an online application for a car at this dump. They immediately called back which made me think they were the real deal. They arent. The cars have multiple issues that just wont get fixed. Including safety issues. The office was well over 90 degrees and noises from the shop will overpower your conversations. They will lead you on and promise you the car is ready, only to tell you it isnt when you arrive. They ordered the incorrect steering wheel THREE TIMES. That is not an exaggeration. 3 times. They didnt know whether GAP insurance was included. They didnt know what the warranty covered. Once your loan is approved (at a skyrocketed rate Ive never seen in my life...gouging really), theyll increase the down payment more than once. We ended up paying 50% more than agreed down. They will begin ignoring your phone calls if you have concerns. We called from a different phone # and they answered immediately. Three weeks passed of pure BS and indifference, paying for a cab each day while they played their little game. We ended up canceling the sale and getting our check back, but it wasnt easy. Disgusting.

I purchased a Nissan Altima 6 months ago,and the car was in excellent condition, no issues at all.Customer service was excellent, very nice people, and I got a great deal on my car.
