Great location. Poor semi truck pm. Didnt change the water fuel separator filter. Rushed job on a hectic week. Recommend trying all options before this one. Tire service is the better operation by far.

Did not have a good experience changing out tires. Went to Alban based on its reputation but left with severe disappointment and frustration. Had to make four separate trips to get tire install with TPMS service correct.Prior to my first visit, I spoke to a service rep and they said they received my good year tires and I could come anytime. When I arrived 30 min later, they said they have not received my tires and to come back next day. Second visit they changed out my four tires but forgot to recalibrate the TPMS. They said they would fix it during my third visit but did not do that correctly and then tried to charge me for the service they didn’t complete in the first place. On top of that the recalibration of my TPMS was not done correctly forcing me to go for a fourth visit. During my fourth visit, they “found” my TPMS to be out of batteries even though car/TPMS is less than three years old. I was so frustrated that I let them go ahead and change it out but when it came to pickup it the price was more than what was communicated to me as they charged me all these extra fees.Sorry to say that I do not recommend going to Alban tire, you may want to check other places first before considering this place.UPDATE: After posting this review, owner reached out to me and even though he did not resolve any issues was nice enough to provide a store credit. While it did not resolve anything, I did appreciate the follow up.

I have several work vehicles and they know just how important it means to get them back on the road. Usually the tow truck takes longer than the repair does. Don and Ron and the entire tire team are always willing and get it done. Its a pleasure giving them my business. Thank you!

I bought tires this past summer and it was a great experience. My truck needed a starter replaced they day before a snow storm. I called and was told they could do that day. Don and Ronnie are the best. This place feels like a small town service station. I will be taking all my vehicles there from now on. Great job guys!

Have tires you need great service good people and helpful

I ordered Goodyear tires and had them shipped to Alban for install. Everything was seamless and smooth. No hidden or surprise extra fees and the service was top notch. They were fast, friendly and very professional. I highly recommend doing business with this team.

For me, I have had good experiences with Alban. This visit included LOF, top off fluids and an alignment of a Ford F53. Work was done quickly and appears to be thorough. I thought their prices were reasonable. I plan to return for the next servicing.

The owner ( They call him Boss ), Is a very rude person. I took couple of my trucks there to get serviced in the past and I had no problem. Yesterday they did the state inspection on my truck and they failed it for a break dash light, Which is very confusing that it’s not on!! I tried to talk to the (Boss) and he didn’t even wanted to look at it so I got mad and asked for the keys. He said not to come back here.This is a very bad business, Now when they got busy they don’t appreciate their customers.

Went to Alban for the first time to get my camper trailer inspected, painless transaction. Nice people in the office, easy to navigate parking lot too (see my note.) This is definitely where to go with vehicles - small and BIG.NOTE: the inspection station is on the south side of Budonit road. The issue being the shop on the north side has a looped driveway and one of the other businesses had the exit choked up with cars and I had to back way up with the trailer in a busy parking lot to go to the right building.

Quality, reasonably quick, and super friendly place.

I stop by Alban tire because the wheel nuts on my truck wouldnt come off and I had already been to 2 other places prior to Alban with no luck. Wilber and all the other guys are nice and patient. I definitely recommend them.

Did more than what was required while replacing the tires on my work truck

Was passing through town and needed my front tires balanced on my RV. The service manager was very professional and they had me back on the road in short time, at a reasonable cost.

Top Tier service.Took my truck in for alignment following some suspension upgrades and cannot say enough good things.. They took the time to do it right and were happy to explain and show me what was happening. Ralph the mechanic made sure I knew what he was seeing and did a great job.A lot of mechanics wont touch my old truck but rather than scoff or deny work they performed amazingly and were easy to deal with on top of that.Real mechanics who you can trust; thats worth its weight in gold.Highly suggested!!

My truck few days ago past DOT inspection with no problem. Today they rejected my truck for no reason. Actually no, they have reason. They reason is to get as much as possible more money from your pocket. Thats why they they trying to reject as much as possible. Stay away! NOT RECOMMENDED!

Outstanding customer service! Came in town from North Carolina for an event. Noticed a large nail in our tire at the hotel and went to Alban Tire 5 minutes before closing. They pulled our vehicle in their shop after hours and fixed our tire for us. Again, outstanding service and thank you! We were able to make our event early the next morning.

We were traveling from Massachusetts to NC when we experienced a flat tire. After trying to repair the tire with no success they were able to locate 4 brand new tire, mount and balance within an hour. These were oversized tires for a pickup. Very reasonable price. Thanks guys

I have used Alban tires several times over the past 3-4 years. Their prices are always competitive and they quote you the out-the-door price...with no surprises. The guys behind the counter are mostly ornery but always honest and fair. If you want pretty and talkative go to Pep Boys. If you want good tires and good service come here.

We had a bad tire on our fifth wheel. Fit us in right away. Pricing reasonable and service was way above and beyond normal. I recommend for work if you are in this area.

Poor work ethic the manager cared more about it being 3:30 than helping to ensure that I got what I needed I thought 5:00 pm was their closing time according to their web sight he said he wasnt excepting anybody else at 3:30 despite the place being almost empty and I hung out a while to see why I was turned away I seen very few customers and judging by the long conversations of the mechanics and manager they were in no rush its my view the manager is not the owner nor is he customer friendly or even care about serving the public or ensuring they turn a decent profit he just doesnt care . For the record I dont ever write reviews this is my first ever but I feel like people need to know before they go to this place that your not wanted !

I had three tires I needed replaced for my utility trailer. I first went to my local garage, and they sent me to Alban. I was waited upon very quickly. Their fees were reasonable and I was on my way (three tires swapped) in under 15 minutes. Will do business there again.

I love this place because they give excellent service, have great prices and I can trust them.

My tire was blown by some bricks on the road so this was the closest place that had the tires I needed. They changed tires, everything was fine, but unfortunately I did not inspect my car when I picked it up (guess I am too trustworthy) Realized the next day that they dented the front of the hood where the car brand sign is. Of course they did not even inform me of that (my fault for not checking I guess) well to repair this it will cost me 500$. Will never return to this place, absolutely unacceptable and not trustworthy.

Had a flat tire on our horse trailer with a horse on it, travelling from NY to FL . They were very helpful in fixing the tire, in a safe fast manner! Thank you for your excellent service while our horse munched on his hay!!!

We experienced a flat on our car hauler.Traveling through Va towards Pa, driving a motorhome.My husband changed the tire.We drove to Alban Tire to purchase a spare, and to have the tires check.Jim, my husband, needed to back to the bay, for the air check.I started out of our motorhome to direct him- I then saw the man in the photo.I asked if he was directing us- he was rude and folded his arms, saying loudly and sharply:”he did.”I explained we did not see him.He walked away and started to direct an in-coming car.I asked him where we needed to be. He showed no interest and flipped his hand, in a general direction, continuing in a rude manner to the CUSTOMER.I approached a female worker- I asked for a manager on duty- a man exited an office and said, in a dismisses manner, he was one of them,I believe his name was Perry.He then said: “ You have to understand, he does not speak much English.”I in turn responded: “He knows how to direct- that is hand movement- he knows what we need. He talked to me rapidly, blending his words- causing it hard to understand.He knew his English.”I also told him: “I had worked at an airport where many people spoke little English.”Bottom line, the worker thought it was funny (many of his co-workers looked on).No one offered to be professional.No one realized they depended on the customer.Yes- we got our tire, I told Perry I wanted someone else to check our tires- I did not trust this worker.Perry ignored me- I turned the matter over to my husband.

Very courteous, fast service, great selection of tires. I was looking everywhere for the same tires that my car had, continental tires, I only needed two, nobody had them in the area but Alban did. I was out with in 20 minutes and I was a walk in. This place is just awesome, they did not play any games with the price like other places did with me. They gave me an out the door price right away, I loved that about them. Thank You Alban!!

The only accept cash or credit card.My driver cant pay $1,700 out of his pocket.I was offering them Bank wire in minutes, EFS, Tcheck, Zelle, PayPal.They wont accept that.They are stuck in the last century, by accepting cash or CC only.

Some of the best guys around and super fair!! I took my tractor tire to another place to get done and it sat in their yard for a week and they didnt even touch it. Brought it to these guys and they fixed it right up in less than two hours. Love this place!! Always busy but never too busy to take care of customers.

Tried giving these folks some business the last couple years and its obvious they cant handle car rims or light trucks with nice Wheels without causing damage. They scratched my rims chunked a perfectly good Tire and after driving my car home bouncing all over the place and swerving I decided to check the PSI they had put in my new tires one was 49 PSI another was 35 another was 40. Thats not very professional at all. How can I trust them to even tighten all the lug nuts or get the wheels balanced correctly if they cant Mount tires without scratching the rims and cant get the air pressure at least consistent if not right. Have some pride in your work if you want to be considered professionals. Going to have to take these wheels and tires to be balanced again by someone reputable as the car shakes now at highway speeds

I needed a specific size out of production whitewall and Alban Tire had one in stock. I made the appointment and went over to buy it and have it installed. The gentlemen on the counter all come across as professionals. I was waited on quickly and waited about 40 to 45 min to have the tire mounted and installed. Total time about an hour.This is the way auto repair and tire shops should be run. I wish they were closer to me, I would use them all of the time.

Great place to take your vehicle!

I have been going here for years and have never had one problem with them. This place is not a regular tire shop, and works a lot with commercial trucks, etc. If people have a problem with a little grime, they shouldnt come here. But for service, and definitely price, they couldnt be better.Three years ago, I purchased a set of tires for my 99 suburban. 1 year later, I had a nail strike that took out the sidewall. They replaced it for free.It helps to call and have them open a ticket ahead of time. They are a commercial place. They dont hold your hand. Try Goodyear if you need a nice seat and a flatscreen tv. You can pay their prices too.

I would not recommend this place because they are so irresponsible. Every time I take my vehicles to be serviced something happens like stolen parts or vandalism. Most recently I took my truck to have the A/C repaired and they ended up making it worse and they cracked my windshield. Now I have to spend more money to fix their damage to my A/C since I have to take it to K.Neal. As for the windshield they cracked, the manager at Alban Tire said they would paid for half of the cost so I went ahead and paid for the safety inspection as well which they ended up failing because of the windshield. After many calls to the manager who isnt much help, he said they wouldnt paid for the damage their employees caused.Now Im left looking for a new windshield and having to pay for a safety inspection again!!!!I would not recommend this to anyone!!!

I cant speak to the service. They exceeded my wait time and still never got the vehicle back for work. I suggest you drop it off or go to Costco.

Hi gays I would not recommend this plays at all, way overpriced . I have 5 vehicles and for the last few year I have used they service with regret.I have made an app for an alignment on my mercedes and Ieft the car to thee guys 2hr later i was told that they can not do alignment on the mercedes. so here we are 2 hr later money paid for uber.... and nothing waste of time (i get when people say Mercedes uuuaaay big deal If u are a good mechanic u shoul d already know what can and can not do not waste people time and ur as well). latest i have tried to do an alignment on truck 2hr later phone call ....truck i s not ready for an alignment because u need ball join when truck just past inspection from a diff mechanic. The estimate for a ball joint repl. only one side was $427woooow the part cost me $30 at advance auto parts and aber for repl was $150 . Thanks Alban tires you will never see me again.

I called that morning, wanting to have four tires purchased and installed. The gentleman I spoke with, Frank, quoted me a price and said it would take about an hour.I arrived, mid afternoon, with my 5th wheel RV in tow. I spoke with Frank, clarified the terms, and 10 min later was backing my 5th wheel in the bay.The guys working on my RV were like a Pit Crew, efficient, fast, and very friendly. Within 30 min, I had four brand new tires on my 5th wheel.As for my experience, this place is exceptionally good and will come highly recommended by me.
