Zach and Nic were extremely helpful in fixing a large dent and scratch a runaway shopping cart put in my Z. Came in and got a quick estimate, talked over options and set up to have it repaired that Thursday. Went to pick it up and not only was it $100 less than the estimate, they had buffed out my headlights as well. Chatted with Nic about the car and understood that he really cared about it and enjoyed it.I added some before and after photos below of the scratch and dent, as well as a photo of the headlights.

Couldn’t recommend them enough, they were so helpful and very nice. And was very efficient in helping look and excess my Jeep!

We had a great experience with Zach at Dings ‘N’ Things. He really went out of his way to help us. After someone backed into our truck in a parking lot, and didn’t leave a note, Dings ‘N’ Things did a wonderful job fixing the damage and making our truck look even better than before. Customer service is an A+ with these guys. Hopefully I won’t need their help again but if I do I will certainly be back.

Alright. I took my car to the shop because my driver side door got messed up from an accident. The lock didn’t work, the door was dented in, but more importantly, the lock didn’t work. I made sure to emphasize this. I take my car to the shop, leave it there for a week, I get it back, it looks great! The drivers door was unlocked so I didn’t check to see if it was fixed but as soon as I shut the door, the door latch rattled as if it was still broken. It was. I had my car for 30 minutes and it “broke” just like that. The insurance company of the guilty party gave them a check to fix the door AND THE DOOR LATCH. I take the car back to the shop and explained what happened. ZACH told me he’d start looking for a new door latch so that we can get it fixed ASAP and that he’d call me. A week passed and no phone call. I call again and this time he tells me he’s still looking and that I should look as well. Mind you I’m busy with school and work so I don’t have time to be looking. I understand that for my Honda del sol, it’s hard to find parts for it :) so I gave them another week. I got my car back March 26. It’s been 4 months and I’ve yet to get a call back. I’ve been busy. But I recognize that I made a mistake believing their word because obviously, they didn’t keep up with it. The door looks good. But I wanted my lock fixed because it’s very inconvenient for me to keep on reaching over from the passenger side every time I was to get it. At least the door looks good tho, right?

I was referred to Dings & Things by a colleague after being rear-ended. Zach and Greg were so kind, professional, and awesome to work with in general. The repair was done in a timely fashion and when I picked up the vehicle, the interior had been cleaned as well and the whole vehicle looked brand new! They made my experience as stress-free as possible and I would recommend their services to anyone.

Nic and his staff at Dings & Things (D & T) deserve a ten star rating, a five star is simply not sufficient for the extraordinary repairs and outstanding customer service D & T provided. My daughter’s Jeep needed significant work after an accident in the recent cold and snowy weather. D & T was highly recommended, so my daughter and I made an appointment and arrived at the shop in the morning. We were met right away by Nic. He was very pleasant and courteous and listened carefully as we explained how the accident occurred and our desires for the repairs. He inspected the damage and then promptly wrote the estimate. We appreciated his respect of our time so that we did not have to wait for the estimate to be completed. He explained the repair process in detail and supplied a tentative schedule once parts were ordered and received. We then went to several other shops to get estimates. I am totally impressed with DingsNThings. I dealt with a gentleman named Zach. I scuffed the paint on my wifes 2020 highlander, and it now looks like nothing ever happened. There were some white specs that showed up on the paint the first week she had the car, and they were able to get those off as well. The price could not be beat either I might add. I asked about some hail damage on my truck, and they repair hail damage as well.

Zach helped me. I had no appointment and he helped in a matter of a minute. Very happy and will be back

Had my 3rd job done by Dings n Things. Super pleased with these guys. First job was a door ding on my Mustang. Looked like it never happened and I am picky. Second job had to have a trim piece replaced on my Mustang. That went perfect. BUT the best was they saved my 16 year old truck from being a total loss. Somehow they found hard to find parts and made my truck look like new! I will admit that I can be very hard to make happy on a shop when it comes to body work. These guys nailed it without me having to say a word.

Went in to get a estimate on my brand new Mustang (body lines were not matching at the fender and door). They looked at the car, made adjustments on it, took less than 5 minutes. Body lines were now perfect. I was ecstatic, and ready to pay them, and they said No charge!!!!! I can promise you there are shops that would have taken it into the garage, kept the car for at least a day and charged me several hundred dollars. That right there shows me this shop is legit and its hard to find good honest shops these days.

I had several paint chips on my hood and two dents on my door and back bumper. I went in for an estimate on how much it would cost to fix everything. Keep in mind I’m a broke college student! I didn’t get his name, but one of the guys fixed up some chips, cleaned up the smaller dent so that it isn’t noticeable, and told me how to fix the larger one in the back, and didn’t charge me at all! It took less than 20 minutes and made my whole day! (The other shop I went to for an estimate told me it would be over $3000!)

I dont usually write reviews but I think they deserve one. Very attentive & *genuinely* caring & friendly. I loved this place! They made things so easy from day 1. The list of shops my insurance gave me didnt include Dings n Things but they would cover any place I chose. So I asked my friends their experiences & who was their favorite & a friend recommended Dings n Things. I went to about 4 or 5 shops here in town & got quotes, including the top-rated shops in town & those on my list from the insurance. Nic looked my car over way more thoroughly than the other places, answered all my questions, explained everything I would need done, & helped me as soon as I walked in - no wait. Plus, Im only 19 so I cant get a rental car. They gave me a 2014 Sonic loaner car free of charge for the week. I loved that car. I have a 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer & just got it back today, it looks great! I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs work on their car & I will be going back to them if I ever do again!

Dings & Things painted a large section of the car handle on my Ford Edge. It looks brand new. Every other repair place I talked with wanted to replace the handle and charge us over double what Dings & Things did. They got the work done quickly, for a great price and the handle looks like it did when I bought the car. They did a wonderful job.

Amazing!! Had an ATM drive-thru eat my van bumper, and the bumper was hitting my tire. This place was close by and highly rated, so I swung by. It turned out they were closed, but a tech was there and actually came and unlocked the front door when he saw me outside! He took a look, then went and grabbed his tools and pulled the bumper out for me, so it no longer scrapes the tire. He told me to come back for an estimate to redo the whole thing... and didnt even charge me for what he had done today! Talk about going above and beyond! I think we have found our body shop for life!! Highly impressive!

This car repair shop provided me with the most stunning display of customer service I have received in years. My car needed repair as it was involved in a fender bender. I was calling around getting estimates and Nic was so friendly and kind when I called. She asked me to email her my estimate. So I did just that – but she didn’t get my email so she called me back to let me know she hadn’t receive it and wanted to make sure I was still sending it over. She asked me to bring my car by the shop and I did so later that day.Before I went to Dings and Things, I went to a different repair shop. When I walked in the *other* repair shop, I had to ask the front desk person for help and wait for a response. I was not feeling good about using the other place, especially after they told me my car would be in their shop for many weeks. So I brought my car to Dings and Things, walked in the door and I kid you not, I felt like family. These employees – every single person working in that shop – made me feel welcome, accommodated and helped! I felt hugged… like they wanted me to be comfortable. I literally felt like I was working with family members. After a quick inspection they told me they would need my car for a only a week. Since I didn’t have rental reimbursement coverage on my insurance (all consumers should purchase this coverage! Don’t make my mistake!) they offered me a rental at an extremely fair price. Turns out, my car was totaled, so they didn’t actually do any work but my experience warrants this feedback. I will definitely bring my next car to this repair shop. Thank you for the service – it was so comforting during an extremely stressful time!

I have used this shop for 30 years. They currently do all work on my fleet of 20 plus vehicles. They do excellent work at a very fair price. Always on time and done right!!

Had a dent in the top of my fender so the wife looked around and found this place and the reviews were good so she stopped by. She had a gentlemen look at the dent and he told her they could fix it. She pointed out that there was paint damage and he assured her that they could fix it and quoted her $75. When we went to pick it up the dent was gone but the paint was not fixed. She went in to pay the bill and the price was now $100. My wife told them she was quoted $75 and also pointed out that it wasnt fixed. They went out, looked at the repair, attempted to buff the paint some more and decided they couldnt fix it. At this point they agreed to lower the price to $75. We will still be looking for a body shop to do the job that they said they could do.

Been using Dings for my service fleet for 25 years. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Fast turnaround. Helpful advice when there is a way to cut costs.

I went today for an estimate for my hail damaged car. It does have quite a bit hail damage. But is a nice 2010 totally loaded Ford Taurus Sho. When he learned it was not an insurance claim, instead self pay, the mans exacts words were Why would you buy this? And let me know it would be a minimum 5000 to repair, possibly more.I let him know that I liked the car and it runs good.I felt insulted being questioned about purchasing a good car.I specifically came to your business because you have good reviews. Thankfully youre not as rude all the time*edit to replyDents on a car doesnt determine how a car runs. I definitely wont be back for a future estimate.Im not concerned about the hail damage what matters is that it runs good and the decision to purchase the car is not your business and was a wise one made by my husband.Your opinion of the decision to purchase the car was not needed, nor did i ask for it. You did not have a legitimate reason to ask why i bought the car I bought. I will keep those decisions and questions souly to the person who works and earns our income. I asked for a quote to repair hail damage. Period.

A close friend of mine recommended these guys, and I’m glad he did! Nic and the crew are amazing at what they do. I was in a 4-car accident, and they made my Chevy Silverado back to where it was (or better) before the accident. Beyond their great work, their customer service blew me away. I quickly realized Nic was on my side with the whole back-and-forth with the insurance company. What could have been an annoying pain was made easy thanks to these guys. He pushed the insurance company to let me have better parts - not just a bunch of reused stuff. I trust Dings N Things 100% and highly recommend them.

Also had them work on my other car and it was done very well as well.I dropped my car off yesterday and was told they would call me back. Halfway through the next day I called them and found out the technician that did look at it yesterday is not in today so they cant tell me anything. Had I not called them would they have waited for another day to call me back? Ill up date my review when it is all said and done and hopefully give more stars then. So far I have not been impressed. I did give two stars for now because Stephanie was very nice on the phone and very apologetic. Again if the rest of the service ends up being good I will raise the stars on my review.

Worst Car repair shop in town. I have always went to Jordan Valley Auto Body for years but wanted to give a new Locally owned Small Buinsess a try, worst mistake ever. NIC Mertz the Repairer is a joke. He came out and walked around my 2012 ford focus to point out the damage I will find more damage when I take the bumper off as to say he tells every customer this so he can steal more money from the insurance companies and had his lazy front desk lady who returns calls when shes leaving work eating a sandwich so when you have a question about your repair being done she uses that as her way of saying, Im not at my desk right now to pull up your information. Nic wrote up an estimate with 2 rear tail lights. Easy work to put in a Ford Focuss tail light, I had planned to do it, but he said he would order the parts and charge to install the driver rear side. When I got the car back 7 days later after the estimate clearly says 2 days to repair the vehicle. No communication was even made to my wife and I on how the repairs were being done like Jordan Valley Auto had done in the past. Nothing was done until the day it was half way finished. With a call saying your vehicle is done and can be picked up. What a sales scheme and a waste of money and time. I can send pictures to show proof one rear tail light was only ordered and installed. The back driver side tail light is still broken and collecting water. Everyone who works their looks forward to the 5 o clock neon close sign to turn off. They are so lazy and focus on things that are not work related around customers. It makes the expirence so unprofessional. I hope Dings & Things see they cant 50% do the job and put in 40% of effort each day they wake up and walk in those doors.Thank you

Ridiculous!! Had emergency by backing up and pulling half front bumper off,Call the shop and explain to lady what happened and if they can atleast make sure it wouldnt completely fall off till set up a replacement for bumper at their shop.She says bring right in and I informed her I was driving across town.I get there and same lady says everyone just left for hour lunch!!!Really...On top of everything she has nerve to tell me it would probably be a week before could get it in anyway.Wouldnt waste my time ever calling them in future.
