It was and still is the worst experience I ever had with any mechanic shop. This shop over charged and is infested with mice. Once I mentioned mice eating at my seats the owner said maybe I brought mice with me. I have a nice classic car and for the past 4 going on 5 months this place has my car and I paid over 10 thousand in parts and labor to this place. They build a motor and they tear it up before I even drive it and ask me to pay double for parts and double for the labor to replace the parts they damaged. After so much money I said can I take my car elsewhere and the owner locked the gate and still has my car to this day. My bill is 750.00 and my car is still not put together and mice ARE STILL eating away at my classic vehicle: I just want to take my car out of there and to place it can be taken care of but the owner will not own up to his faults or release my car after he had me waste so much money... Once he had my car I was at their mercy. Do not ever go to this place and I wish I would of read the reviews before I let this old me talk me me into working on my car and getting me for over 10 thousand and still have my car for five months building a engine. The money I spent just to get my car back and I have proof of every mice and money I speak of. Not to mention I might have to waste more money on lawyers just to get my vehicle back. That’s my review of this place.

The rocker panels on my Chevy Silverado were rusted out. Crash Magic replaced them for a few hundred dollars lower than other estimates. I was very pleased with the work done. Im also considering doing other work with them.

I brought my 1967 classic car to have the bodywork, primer, complete paint, front cap assembled, and emblems installed. Here is my assessment of crash magic.Pro: price was right and extras were reasonable and warranted. Good quality paint job for the money and in some areas he went above and behind.Cons: first ken does not use a computer. I sent dozens of photos, schematics, and all illustrations needed to complete the car. I did not know he uses a 4 inch screen on his phone for his computer as he did not follow any of them.6 of 12 emblems were not installed.Front bumper brackets were not installed, inner fenders supports were not installed. The parts on the front cap that were installed had most of the bolts loose. After I picked up the car I was forced to disassemble the front cap to install these items and line up the fenders.Ken cut corners on the lower rear panel body work which required more body work and spot paint from another shop.He did not install front grill.Ken does not take notes of what you tell him. I mentioned to him to paint under the roof drip rails on three occasions. Well he refused to and seem surprised every time. I had another body shop to complete the paint on the rails. He did not completely paint the rear spoiler. I had another shop complete the paint. He had the car for over 2 months. The paint had more flaws than I was expecting. 3 of the flaws were bad enough that I paid another shop to fix them.My overall assessment is such: if your modern car needs body and fender work he will do you a good job at a good price. If you have a classic car or in need of a restoration DO NOT bring it to crash magic.

This place did great work on my Subaru. Needed some paint and a few other things taken care of. Did a fantastic job. The guys I met with knew what they were doing, dropped the car off, picked it up a day later. Very well done. Ill be back.

This place is a joke, all the work they did to my car a had to have fixed, youve been warned, might as well ball your money up and throw it the trash!!! Ya I was a customer, 68 Chrysler 300, you charged me 1000.00 to put a 200.00 carburetor on, you put the wrong adapter plate on. When I showed up you said it must be out of gas I took the car home I could stick my finger in between the carburetor into the intake because it had such a big gap from the adapter plate. You charge me $100 test my charging system because it wasnt charging you said I had to get a one wire alternator to fix the problem which was $300 yes I passed on the $300 alternator I went to OReillys and bought a voltage regulator put it on the car and it fixed it. You said it was a $400 carburetor it was a $200 carburetor. This guy is a complete scam artist all accepts cash and doesnt write receipts its just a joke.

Taking my car to Crash magic was one of the worst, if not the biggest mistakes Ive ever made in my life! Body work was so bad it had to be totaly redone, paint was runny and litreally started pealing off in less than a week. When i confronted Ken about it he blamed the humidity, what!!! I payed thousands for carp!!! He has a excuse for everything.

I was around for almost a year. And yes KEN cuts corners, materials he uses is ways that body shops have stopped years ago. Ill tell you about a 67 blue ford, owner two girls. These girls had close 12 grand or better in it. First off he didnt pull motor out till after complete truck was painted. Wrong. Nothing dry fitted. Just went for it, hopping it all works out. Got engine torn apart. You could see where flywheel bolts being hit by clutch plate. Sign that flywheel is to thin, needs replaced. I told Ken about it. He told me to grind bolt heads down, so clutch would clear. Bull!! I told him are you nuts. He return reply was me and you will be dead, long gone when it screws up, not our problem. Flywheel is like 250 at best. Whats 250 bucks after spending that kind of money on rest of truck. Call the customer.... He wouldnt. Ken leans a box against the brand new paint on the bed. A staple laid a scrape 6 inches down to metal. He covers it with a brush. He had not repaired last I knew. Ive built cars all my life. Never seen it done, how he does it. I acted stupid about alot of things cause I didnt want my name on stuff. You might like what you see when you pick up your car or truck. But it isnt going to live. It is going to peal, lift, rust out way before its time. That blue ford had yellow spots lift though 3-4 spots, reason being he didnt spray sealer over body work. So in return it bleeds through. He dont use sealer, cost is high. Hence keeping price down. There is no certified Techs in this shop in body or Mechanical repairs. Just ask for schooling on any kind of training in the new ways of painting and learning to use type of paints. While I was helping Ken, my foot got crushed. Im going to loose a toe and part of my foot. He set up a table, it broke right when a transmission was sit on it. I stay the rest of day, was the rest of week, went to hospital on Saturday. He will not help with this. Will not return calls or text messages. So I guess its time to hire a lawyer and take him to court. If you love your car this aint the place. Please respond to this Ken would live to see what you have to say and worm your way out of this. Oh really, trying to run things huh. Thats cute. What about DAN with red and white dodge. His wife wrecks truck. He tells you he has no truck to build, he tell him he is going to turn you in for tax evasion, he cough money right up. I was helping a friend and witness things, I never received money from you ever, I dont any pay stubs from you. You have something that says otherwise? You are a crook, you scam people. Lie to your employees, make bad choices, will not stand behind your work. As my friend is taking you to court for not standing behind your work. And he does not wanting you to touch his truck cause you have no certified techs. And for warranty to pay out you need an ASE cert tech. As I stated above, you have no such thing there. Never seen a shop in my entire life, paint a car or truck then work over new paint to pull motors and stuff. Anyone with a brain in this type of work knows mechanical out of the way before paint. And you do it over and over. Has things in there for years, robbing Peter to pay Paul. Customers giving you money for parts on there car but you have to apply it to other things. And the reason Im even writing this cause you are hanging a friend out on a engine that you put together. And trying to blame other people. And i see below, you claim Jeff that left a review. You claim he has no qualifications, can you show yours and and anyone else there have up to-date training and ASE in the work you do there? What is your paint warranty? If your going to make claims be sure you can back them up please. And I was there helping a friend. But if you say is true. Then you telling me you are hiring people without paying taxes, no unemployement, no insurance, and not paying Taxes to state and feds. WOW thats big trouble......
