Crash champions is conveniently located on the square in Springfield they were formally dating. They are across from the Springfield brewing company. I walked in to the counter and explain my situation and they looked at my vehicle. But then less than 5 minutes I got a quote. And I got my appointment the same day to come in to get the car fixed. Even though I had to reschedule my appointment that it was very easy to do they worked with me very well with that. I was able to call when I dropped off my car to see how things were going. They explain to me the details of what was going on with the vehicle. They worked with me financially and making sure I can afford to get my car fixed. I was able to pick up my car and it looked fantastic. The inside of my vehicle is clean. The staff is friendly at the point of check out. I will recommend them to friends.

Got side swipe, they got me in the very next day had to replace the hole rear passenger side and took them about a week! After picking up my vehicle driving to drop off my rental car my vehicle dies.... alternator goes out...nothing to with the accident and the replaced it for free! Very professional staff and quick repairs! Would definitely recommend them to others and would definitely come back! Thank you crash champions :)

I took my car here after a hit and run left a big dent and some scratches in the passenger side. They did a fantastic job with the fix! I have a Mazda with three stage paint that can be tricky to work with so I was concerned about getting an exact match but it looks incredible. Mitchell did a fantastic job! The service was also very quick and they made the whole process so easy. I dropped it off Monday morning and it was back to me by Thursday morning! I cant speak to whether or not the cost is a good value since I went through insurance and only paid my deductible but they did a great job and even lightly cleaned my car before returning it to me! Between the great service and the lifetime warranty you cant go wrong here!

You pushed back the delivery date for my repair at least 10 times. You never offered an explanation for the postponements. I didnt hassle you or give you a hard time.You have no credibility with me. The one saving grace was when your GM waived my $250 deductible due to the inconvenience. I feel that car is driving smoothly. The AC is working well and thats a great relief! I just hope the car will continue to function properly.

The team members were great to work with from scheduling to repairs. The staff was nice and welcoming. Their front office is kept clean which is not always the case at some repair shops!

Great service. Status updates and alerts through texts often. This was great, it kept me up-to-date on the repairs and if the repairs were on schedule (which they were... they even finished early). The staff was friendly and professional from the time you walk in the door with the front desk until the time you pick up your car from the mechanic. The staff was very friendly & courteous. I received regular text updates. The original text could have been a little more informative as to why it was going to take another week for completion. In the beginning the place was absolutely amazing I got a call or a text message every couple of days for an update on my Vehicle. If I have a question and they dont know the answer they told me and they let me know they would call me back and then best of all they actually called me back with an answer. My tuck was supposed to be done in about 10 days I understand sometimes it take about longer but were going on a month and its still not done. The told me it was and when I went to get it there were all sorts of things that they had not fixed (they said it was done then when I asked about things they said they were waiting on parts)

They are amazing people and they definitely try/do their best to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your experience I would definitely bring my vehicle back and recommend them to anyone needing auto repairs!!! You guys are awesome!! Keep up the good work!!!!

Took the car here to get repaired after an accident. Gave them plenty of lead time to order parts and dropped the car off on time. 3 weeks later and no communication from them I call to ask if my car is ready only to find out they are waiting on paperwork from insurance to start.(called insurance and they said they never received any...) They consistently dont answer phone calls or even return them for that matter. 0/10 and a waste of time.

Went for an estimate and got the estimate was told 4.5 days. Dropped the vehicle off and it has been there for 2 weeks and still have no idea when it’s going to be done. We have been told 4 different dates and they keep pushing it back. They haven’t called to update us. We have had to call to get any information no clear communication and half the time they don’t answer the phone.

After being hit by an uninsured driver our insurance company set us up with Crash Champions. Im glad they did. They did a great job. They are so friendly and the car looked like nothing ever happened. Great staff and they make it easy for you. I didnt have to spend a bunch of time waiting around for the process it was a quick in and out at both beginning and end. Not to mention the cute little drinks or snacks they have just in case someone might need it. They even returned my rental car for me!! Thank you for your service I dont want to have to come back but in the unfortunate event something happens I will.

Dropped my car off after a collision to have it repaired. They did not keep in contact even tho I called several times for an update. When I picked up my car they said they did all this work to it and come to find out they didn’t. On top of it all they stole the antenna off my car and tore up other things on my car. Horrible customer service and I do NOT recommend at all.

Did an amazing job on my old truck. Kept me posted on the progress and worked with ins and car rental. Cant say enough about Melissa who dealt with me. Hope she gets a raise cuz she deserve it.

The general manager and all of the staff here are amazing to work with. I am a college student with a busy schedule and they held my car for me when I needed. They also had great pricing and did a beautiful job buffing and paining my car. Highly recommend!

They were great! I thought the deer that ran into me just did cosmetic damage but in reality it had broken the part that supported my radiator! When they got in there they found even more damage. They dealt with the insurance so I wasnt charged another deductible and got the car rental extended for me. Everything was done in a timely manner, looked great, and they returned it cleaner than they got it! #10s all the way.

Paint work is terrible. The repair entailed replacing a rear window on a pickup i had tape it to keep covered. They left the excess tape and painted around the glue in one spot. All services that where discussed were not completed. There is enough bonds in spots a magnet will not stick.

Im not sure what all they had to do but I know they did an excellent job and was a delight to deal with. Mellissa and Gregg especially went above and beyond and I appreciate them.

Crash Champions body shop on Walnut is fully enforcing masks. They have a no shoes, no shirt, no mask, no service sign and everyone I saw and interacted with was fully masked.In addition to handling masking appropriately the service was excellent. Text message updates daily on the progress of the repair and they finished two days ahead of schedule and handled returning my rental.

Poor communication. Oblivious to windshield damage from front end damage (not included on estimate loss) extra week for the windshield to come in after the first time it was supposed to be completed. Once in, my rain sensing wipers no longer worked. Once my truck was done they decided to drive it then for the first time I assume and it needed realigned which they did not do in house causing further delay after another said completion date. An aftermarket bumper was put on, the sensors on the bumper are not correct and going 1-9 mph thinks its going to hit something and alarms. The first thing I was told was that all the sensors were correct and functioning properly. As soon as I started off the lot the sensors went crazy. To top it off, I had some unknown hard substance all over my review mirror and throughout the truck and it smelled horrible. If youve read this far, avoid this place like the plague. From start to finish this took approximately 28 or 29 days when it should have taken roughly 15 days. This is the first review Ive ever done but thats how disappointing this whole experience was. This is regarding the location on Walnut Street. I posted too soon another problem with the bumper new anywhere from $1,600 to $2,000 on the estimate lost sheet it shows that it was purchased for $752 and it had scuff marks and scratches on the bumper assuming they bought it used

I highly recommend this company. You shouldn’t “love” an inanimate object like a car, but I lets say I have a strong attachment to my vehicle. I was fairly upset after being involved in a collision that damaged my new to me vehicle. I am a huge fan of customer service and quality work, as I believe you get exactly what you pay for. I got my 4-Runner back yesterday and it looks fantastic. There was one small, almost unnoticeable blemish on a trim piece. Before I left the shop, we have already scheduled an appointment to have it corrected, with the Company offering me a ride to and from work to ensure that I was not inconvenienced in any way. Highly recommended. Everyone who works there goes out of their way to make sure you are informed of the process, and are unbelievably friendly. Thank you for making a bad situation as good as possible.

I never meet the mechanics, nor the owner, but I didn’t have to because of a lady named Tiffany who works at the front desk at the Dodson-Williams on Walnut. She was amazing. I actually thought she was the owner for a while because she had all the answers and was able to get me the answer swiftly. Her customer service went above my expectations by 100%. And she is a woman of her word, I could not ask for better service. My Toyota 4Runner look great- “Like it Never Happen!” I wanted to give the Auto Body Shop at least 4 ½ Star but Google wouldn’t let me. Let me say this before I close, With such a high regard for customer service I wouldn’t have complained even if my Truck looked Okay. The other ½ a Star would of came if the inside detail would have been better, But hey nobody is perfect right. Thank you very much Tiffany!! Also please let the other lady know that even though we didn’t work together she made me feel very comfortable as I waited.

Five. years ago I moved to Springfield Mo. and bought a house in downtown close to Dodson-Williams Auto. In a recent incident serious damages occurred to the exterior of my car. Due to Dodson-Williams excellent reviews and the proximity to my home the car was taken and checked out by Dodson-Williams and my insurance company. Due to the damages to the car a decision was made to total the vehicle.Dodson-Williams did not bill me for their time or storage. Yet I felt as though Id spent a huge amount of money because their employees treated me like royalty. My gut feeling is with Dodson-Williams long history theyve retained a kind of customer service from another more gracious era.

Needed my car repaired after someone had backed into me. These guys were great with communication and updates during The whole process. My car came back looking brand new !

Absolute pleasure to work with ! I met with Bobby to get an estimate to repair damage that was caused to the front of my 2017 F-150 truck, when someone backed into it and just drive off. I waited less than 5 minutes for Bobby to view the damage and provide feedback and suggestions and i had a written quote within 15 minutes for repairs. After dropping off my Truck on Monday morning, i was immediately provided with text updates on the progress and when my truck was finished on Wednesday, it looked brand new! The Dodson Williams team is easy to work with and very knowledgeable when it comes to insurance claims and repairs. I would gladly take any vehicle that i own to them for repairs and paint.

I do not have enough words to convey how wonderful the entire staff is at Dodson-Williams. My family and I have been taking all of our vehicles to Dodson-Williams since they opened their doors. Keith and Bobby go MORE then above and beyond providing not only exceptional body work quicker than any other body shop in Springfield, MO, their customer service is impeccable! For a period of time with insurance companies we would have to get estimates and each time Dodson-Williams came in better with better prices and a time frame for receiving parts and having the vehicle completed much quicker then Hammers and Reliable BMW (those were the only two other places bids were taken from). After a serious collision, my car was towed to Reliable BMW, upon assumption that I wanted to go to their body shop due to the type of vehicle it was. The vehicle took months to get repaired at Reliable BMW and was then not fixed properly upon it being received back. I had to then take it too Dodson-Williams for it to be fixed properly. Again the job was done perfectly and quickly. Now insurance companies let you take your vehicle to who you desire to without going through the hassle that you had to in the past. Insurance companies have full respect for the quality and working with the staff at Dodson-Williams. I even hear great reviews when I say I want my car to go to Dodson-Williams from the insurance companies. All of my friends take their vehicles to Dodson-Williams instead of the other places in town now. I cannot say enough in a review about their dedication to their customers and to the work that they do on each vehicle that comes through their parking lot. I thank the entire staff at Dodson-Williams! It is never fun to go through the process of a wreck and repairs, but the do make the process simple and always greet you with a smile and treat you like family! I know I will NEVER go anywhere else and I know each person I have referred feels the same.

From the moment I walked into the shop I felt like a customer. not a number. Friendly staff, informative and they did not make me wait a lot time to get me out. They got the job done so well It looks like nothing ever happened to my truck. Quick communication, quick service and happy customer. Initial impression was very good. They ordered a new fender and door for my 2016 F150 from Ford immediately after the estimate, even before the insurance company had approved the repair.I took it to them on Monday and they said they would try to have it done by Friday. On Friday they called and said it was ready. When I got there the drivers door wouldnt latch. They kept it another day - three days counting the weekend.When I picked it up the color match was perfect, however there was a large run on the fender and several smaller runs on the door. There was also a large spot on the door with dirt in it and the door alignment was off. I took it back to them the following Monday and they did a great job of repainting the door and aligning it. They tried to buff out the large run on the fender, but its still there. Barely noticeable, but still there.Overall, I think they did a pretty good job. Maybe a 5 out of 10. I would have rated them a 9.5 if they done this well the first time.

These guys are awesome! I had scratched a small section of my hood and wanted it repaired. Instead of quoting for an expensive repaint, Bobby offered to mix some touch-up paint and cover the scratch for free. Best of all, everyone was friendly and very pleasant to deal with. Ill definitely be back for future work.

These guys are great. I went in to get an estimate on a few scrapes I had on my bumper from another motorist. They were quick, friendly, and definitely a no pressure pitch. I just wanted the estimate to see if I should get it fixed or take the insurance money and do it later. The estimate was free and I would feel comfortable taking it to them if I get it fixed. Very honest people. They seem truly focused on helping the customer. I have been working with David on my wifes car and he has been very forward, open, and honest. I would definitely recommend them.

I had my care in their South shop at the beginning of the year and I was really impressed with how they worked with my insurance company I literally did not lift a finger or a phone. They had to replace on axle and front bumper after I hit a deer on my way to work. When I got my car back, the outside was all cleaned up and they even did the windows inside and out (which had not been damaged by the deer). I drove my car for about a month when I started to notice a weird noise when I was idling and in first (mind you, I drive a standard transmission so its really obvious when things dont feel right). I took my car in to the dealership, not thinking that the two things were related and got a call the next day asking if I knew that there was not a drop of transmission fluid in the bottom. I, of course, was in shock. After further examination of the damage they told me that it had to have been this way for about a month, meaning that when they had replaced my axle no one checked or refilled my transmission fluid. Now this may seem like a bad review, however its quite the opposite. Instead of saying good luck with that, not our problem, by the next day they had ordered me a new transmission and they paid for my dealership to put it in for me. Now many places now a days will own up to their mistakes. EVERYONE makes mistakes, I would rather take my car to a shop that I know will back theirs. Thank you Dodson Williams for owning up to your work and standing behind it.

This was my first auto accident ever. I was worried I would be taken advantage of in some way by the ins co and/or the body shop.. I was just waiting for it to happen but it never did! Dodson-Williams went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. They repaired everything beautifully, kept me informed, had the car cleaned up and smelling nice when I picked it up. I hope I never have another accident but if I do, theres only one place Ill take my car. Great job guys!

Terrible customer service. Paint job looks awful. Not timely at all. Make appointments with you but then the paint guy or mechanic or someone is unavailable so have to come back multiple times. Car now has alignment issues they wont address. Wait times are horrible just to get answers. Other issues pointed out to them they they still havent looked over or attempted to fix. Wish I wouldve gone somewhere else! Their fix for my headlights was tape! A bracket they broke they just screwed to the bumper! Terrible quality work!

I took my 2000 dodge stratus in and Bobby worked on my car. I received a reasonable estimate and took it back up there to have it worked on. The total cost of damages werent feasible at the moment but he really worked with me on what I could afford to get fixed. They finished my vehicle in a timely manner and it looks great ! Id definitely recommend going here.

I followed Austins around town until they landed on Republic Road and eventually sold the shop to Dodson-Williams. I was accustomed to going to the location so I gave them a few opportunities to work on a couple of cars. Both experiences were perfect, just as Austins always was.

We brought our truck in to be repaired after we were rear-ended. Excellent service, got us in immediately, completed fast and the truck looks brand new again! I would highly recommend them for any auto body work.

Terrible service, I have brought 3 vehicles there this year and was ready to bring a fourth upon the completion of this one. My vehicle drivers door was working fine when I dropped it off and when I came to pick it up it was broken. I am also a car dealer and I understand business and if I had possession of someones vehicle and I broke something it would be my responsibility to fix it. It makes no sense to lose a customer who is a large part of the local car industry and will be sure to spread the word of terrible customer service and the loss of a loyal customer over $100. Just does not make business sense.
