Harps bakery has always been our go to bakery. Today, very sad experience. I was ordering cake cookies and cupcakes. The person could not have been more impatient and abrasive. I asked twice if this was a good time to discuss this very important occasion. She was short with me and basically told me what they could not do. Very sad. Will take our business elsewhere.

Always good service. But taking away the points off for fuel is b.s. i buy alot and imean alot from harps for the fuel points. I buy all my fuel from harps for all my lawn equipment and 4 vehicles. But loosing that option is gonna make me start doing business with Krogers. Its further away and kinda inconvenient but got to save something some where.

I used to work for harps food stores in the deli and bakery, so I find it funny that every deli and bakery seems to close right before you call in anytime past 6:00 with an order, theyve already shut the fryers down and they want to have their area clean so that they can get home on time and I understand that, but if you work at a place thats open till 8:00 youre open until 8:00 if you dont like it in a different job

On Friday November 20th our son whom is serving in the Navy was advised that due to Covid surges he would not be able to come home for Thanksgiving.Knowing that he would not be doing anything for Thanksgiving and this was his first Holiday away from home, I wanted to somehow get him a meal to bring up his spirits as he said he doesn’t know what he would be eating that day. I began looking for grocery stores in or near the town he just bought a home in. I found your store in Harrah Oklahoma and called them to see if they sold prepared Thanksgiving meals. I was pleased to find out they did and was being helped during this phone call by one of the deli employees.She was extremely helpful in giving me information on the details of the meal and pricing. The next hurdle I had was to try to get it delivered before Thanksgiving. To which I learned that instacart wouldn’t deliver it. I also learned that the store wouldn’t take a credit card over the phone.It was at that time that this employee said that she would pay for the meal for me and also would bring it to my son after her work shift ended on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving so that our son would have his meal in time for Thanksgiving!She said that I could pay her back for the meal. Myself and my wife were taken back by such a nice gesture from someone so many miles away from us that we’ve never met. This brought my wife to tears. This employee said that for our Military service members she would be honored to do this!Come Wednesday the 25th she called me and sent a picture of the receipt to me, to which I paid her back. She then brought this meal to my sons front door and allowed me and my wife time to be on the phone at that very moment when she gave him the meal to make this surprise happen! She also went even further and videoed it for us and sent it to us via text.Myself and my wife can’t thank you, this employee and your store in Harrah Oklahoma enough for what you did, as during this horrible Pandemic, a complete stranger at a store so very far away, would do such a kind thing for our son that couldn’t make it home for the Holiday because of the Pandemic and serving in the Navy so far from home.She truly made our sons day and Holiday so much brighter and we can’t begin to Thank you and your company enough for such a kind thing and such a great employee!Thank you for having such great compassionate employees whom know the true spirit of Thanksgiving and go above and beyond to make this happen for our son!

I WAS GROSSLY OVERCHARGED! QUIT ASKING CUSTOMERS IF WE WANT OUR RECEIPTS! JUST HAND IT TO US! IS THIS THE WAY YOU CHEAT YOUR CUSTOMERS! THIS IS CRIMINAL! I WAS CHARGED $137.97 FOR GRANNY APPLES AND I DID NOT BUY APPLES AT ALL! I AM TRYING TO UPLOAD MY RECEIPT AND IT SAYS ERROR.

Did delivery with them for the first time. My husband has stage IV lung cancer and COPD and I take an immune compromising medication. They were out of most stuff I was Ted, which I figured they would be. I was overcharged $75.00. This is where I got really mad and still am. The person that delivered was super nice, but I pointed out mistake and she said I needed to call instacart. I said who? Now I know that Harps does not take any responsibility for what the delivery company does. She also substituted an item I did not approve. At this point I didnt even care about that. I called to speak to the manager, Eric was his name. He said he didnt work for instacart so there wasnt anything he could do. Really? They represent Harps. I tried to call instacart. They arent taking calls at this time. I emailed them. Got email back saying they had high number of emails, they would get to it as soon as possible. Tried chat program for an hour the first day. Called Harps corporate. Was told to leave message for Sarah Thacker(?) and she would call me back. That was 3 days ago. I tried instacart the next day. After spending 5 hours waiting on the chat program, I finally got refund. Thank you, Harps, for your wonderful customer service. Guess Town and Country wants my money.

Just got a supposedly 10lb bag of hickory wood for grill. Its weight was 7.95. As per the manager. Was never offered a discounted price. Price was for a 10 lb bag. Imagine that. Best choice screwing Harps. Harps screwing us. Im telling everybody. Also writing the AG in Missouri tomorrow. I hate crooks. Harps are crooks. Overpriced. In areas where there are majority of illegals. That way they take advantage of the food stamps. Less for more. Harps has lowered themselves below walmart.

Harps employees always ask if you need help finding things. Going above and beyond to order things they dont normally carry if they are to get it. Cashiers are so friendly. The store is always clean.

There is absolutely no excuse that can warrant charging 6.99 for an item that is stocked at Walmart for 2.99. Price gouging is not okay.

I tried to do curbside pickup at Green Forest. I set up an account, logged in and found it impossible to place an order. Will continue on to Walmart!!😡

The old store in Ft. Gibson had a great selection of fruits and veggies and the new store is horrible. We use Wal-Mart about 50% of the time. Their prices have taken a huge increase. As usual 6 people waiting in line to check out and one register available. I would not care if this store closed.

I really like their cat fish here. They have really good food, but they are closing. How dare they close down where I live. Like I live off of Harpes because I love the stuff they make. I dont know how im going to live. I might just die. Thicc Daddy Salvia over and out.
