Came all the way up there to shop time on the window said 8 to 10 nothing about senior hours at all I waste 22 dollar for lyft

On 06/10/1986 I was shopping in the store on Kemper Road. A male and female (Caucasian) staff members made me feel very uncomfortable. They walked passed me multiple times as if to imply I was unwelcomed. It was a terrible experience. There is a Walmart less than five miles in both directions and I am definitely going to consider those options the next time I need to purchase groceries.

I love shopping at target and the staff here are nice. Unfortunately items have been missing the last 5 times in a row we have ordered drive up. It defeats the purpose to have to go back and inside to get it right. Will update my review if that changes.

THE STORE WAS CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT THEY DID NOT OFFER MY LIP BALM WITH SUNSCREEN.

Very clean and organized store. When Im in there, the employees seem to outnumber the customers. Pricing is kind of high on food items and in some of the other departments. Much better than going into a walmart so I try and overlook the pricing as much as possible. I use it more or less as a convenience store. Besides pricing, a big issue is that there are NO cashiers, even in the afternoon at times. I hate self check out! And, Im sure Im not the only one! Target has employees everywhere, but wont put someone at a cash register. I guess trying to force everyone to use self checkout but it wont work with me. You either open a register or I will sit my stuff in the floor!

I personally have never had such a wonderful experience at a store before. My husband and I are almost 8 months pregnant. and had a hard time finding nursery furniture. We were helped by A very nice man named Josh who went above and beyond his job and searched for our perfect crib for our family. He was courteous and respectful.and so sweet.then Emma helped us check out and also went above and beyond what normal employees would be expected to do. Thank you again for giving our growing family a great experience.😊❤️

Christine needs a lesson on customer service. Accused me of cutting in line and wouldnt let me check out. The customers told her they were still looking so she finally lets me check out but never apologized and continued to act like 8m a huge problem to her. Go to the west Chester or blue ash target. Its way nicer and bigger and the customer service is way better. They should just shut this one down like everything else is is tri County.

Walked in to buy a few products the items I wanted where about 10 dollars cheaper at Walmart but this target is closer to me. I was told they price matched those same items but when I got to the register they refused to do it I showed them the posting online form the official Walmart website and they told me it’s not the same item when it clearly was, very disappointed Walmart has price matched items in the past with no issue not sure what the problem here was.

The in-store pick up is so easy! Fast service when I got my email that the items I purchased were ready for pick up. Avoided the run thru the store on my lunch when I made the purchase on the website so had time for lunch and pick up! Cant beat two birds with one stone LOL

Are all major retail stores doing away with cashiers and focusing on the self-checkout aspect? One cashier like Wal-Mart regularly does. Whats really going on? Overall Target is a clean store. Items are easy to find. Clearance on cosmetics is superb!

Easy online ordering and pick up!

Very nice man, a former teacher , was at the register ....he was very friendly and personable! All five stars are for his service. I found everything myself as there didnt seem to be any help on the floor. It takes much longer that way when you are unfamiliar with the store.

Having products no other retailer has and the store associates at this location are really good in taking care of customers.

Target is one of those stores that people either love or hate. This location is consistent with most other Target stores. It is typically clean and organized and has an excellent Starbucks inside. If you want a department/grocery store that has every item you may possibly have on your shopping list, you may need to go somewhere else. However, if you have certain brands you use consistently and like having a huge selection of items from those specific brands; Target is the place for you. It typically has the newest items and varieties.

Its a nice, well laid out friendly Target.The afternoons are a bit hectic, but you can get in and out at lunchtime pretty quickly. Later in the evenings during the week the place is almost deserted! And its a great time to get some shopping done.The employees are normally around, but every now and then you really have to track one down. But when you do, theyll gladly help you with a smile.

This place has it all Starbucks and great popcorn! I love shopping there! Their Associates are great people

Two cashiers and both lines 6-8 people deep. I just needed to get two things but had several large orders ahead of me. Maybe its time to invest in self-checkout or hire some more cashiers. I was on my lunch break and couldnt wait so I just put my stuff down and walked out.

Nice, clean store. Have stopped in a few times and I always seem to be able to get in and get out. All the Team Members I have encountered were friendly and helpful.

Always good customer service and a decent selection. The store is clean and not cluttered. This target is a good example of what you should expect from all target stores.

I like the variety of clothing, home goods, food makeup and seasonal stuff. The only thing I have a problem with are the boys jeans/pants my son is very slim and cant wear any pants from Target because they are way too big in the waist and hips.

I love this target store. Great variety and the clearance be on point. Make sure you download and use the TARGET CARTWHEEL for even a greater saving.

Wasnt in here long, but had no problems at all. Service was nice, Target brands are always incredible, and even parking was a good layout. Although there wasnt anything extraordinary about this place, still a great grocery store!

Clean well organized with great selection. Ethnic hair section is incredible. Plenty of lanes are always open and there is also a self service check out option.

Easy for my disability, & convenience.

I would give this 4 stars but the manager told me to show up Sunday morning and that they would have NES classics for sale. They did not and he was completely wrong thus dragging me out of bed at 7am on a Sunday for nothing. The manager on duty Sunday was very nice and informative so kudos to him for helping to at least somewhat rectify the situation.

Had everything we needed. Used self check-out, but the woman running it was very helpful and super sweet to my grandson.

This store is a mess. Was just here on a Saturday and the store was torn upside down restocking shelves, items scattered all over the store. Checkout was unpleasant. Our register line got moved, And when we were next in line they shut it down and put us behind 3 more people. The girl that finally rang us out was chewing gum and rude Took phone calls during our payment . I don’t know just not a pleasant place to be. Go elsewhere,,,,nov 2 2019

While Target has a few new grocery items that we like, they still dont have everything to allow us to 1-stop shop.

I rarely go to this store because Im not in the area much, but this seems to be more of a flagship store thats always well stocked and clean. The Starbucks helps - who doesnt want coffee while scanning the end caps for clearance bargains?? Check out lines are short, although the parking is a hassle because this store is always busy.

I was at the store 2 days before Christmas to return my granddaughters pajamas. I was in the Springdale target. I went to the returns line and there were about 7 or 8 people already in the line . After standing there for a while a black female employee came over and told us that we all had to get out of line and go to the end of the other line which was even longer . I told her that she was trying to incite a riot here. She called the manger Hecia and he told me that I had to go to the end of the other line I told him that wasnt fair but he wouldnt listen. He then instructed 2 cashiers not to wait on me . I told the security person and explain to him that this was unfair . He agreed and told me to leave before the police arrive and go file a compliant .

The store manager, Lisa I think it was? She went above and beyond for my fiance and I, who were shopping for baby monitors for our newest addition to our family. We were lost in the sea of monitors and she was very helpful, even looking in the clearance section for us and finding the exact monitor that exceeded our expectations! I would highly recommend this Target and any Target for that matter!

This store really gains a new customer and its me! Kendall, the staff was really helpful. He went above and beyond this evening, taking care of my need. They are out of specific perfume I was looking for. He called other dept and even other store to make sure I was able to get it. While hes put on hold for quite a while, he started making a conversation, a great one. We talked about traveling, food, etc. Its very nice engaging with him. Hes busy (got some calls), but he focused on taking care of me for the whole entire evening. Thats the great service!!!!!! Not only that, he gave me a gift card to redeem due to not having the perfume in stock at his store. I didnt expect that, but I was greatful how he handled this situation.I work in customer service world, and I watch everything how store staffs treat customers and vice versa. Tonight, he really showed how great and outstanding his service was, and how happy I was. I went to another store and picked up my fave perfume and I will be going out of town with that item. Thank you, Kendall!!!! God bless you! You deserve a recognition! We need more Kendalls at Target! :)

I have been a customer of Target in several cities where I have lived since 2003. Up until shopping at this store my experiences have been great. I moved to Springdale and this store is the closest to my home. Every time I shop at this store the challenges with staff are awful, I will not shop at Target anywhere ever again after today.

I got done shopping so I decided I wanted Starbucks. There was a white elderly lady named Gael I’m pretty sure that’s her name. She’s always very disrespectful and it seems like she doesn’t want to work and get her job done. Before taking our order she always rolls her eyes or either mumbles things such as “omg” or just whispering very rude comments. We were trying to decide what to order and we weren’t ready for our order so we decided to wait till she was done making some orders and when she got done we had decided what to buy and as soon as we wanted to order she said “Omg so now y’all want to order” and decided to roll her eyes and she decided to ask us what we wanted in a rude way and also take our money in a disrespectful way from us. I suggest y’all handle her or fire her (best option would be to get rid of her to be honest, she shouldn’t be working and getting payed if she gon act like that.) or else I’ll be happy to talk to the manager. Matter of fact I think she just might be racist. Won’t be coming to this Starbucks anymore!! The drinks she makes aren’t even good to be honest, she doesn’t even try... waste of money!!

I love Target. If I ever need anything, I go to Target first. Including grocery shopping.

Despite my being able to pay for coffee at the in store Starbucks when I went to check out with the same app the payment would not go through. I had placed multiple coupons in Cartwheel prior to going to the store and even though the check out screen indicated that my wallet had been scanned none of those coupons were credited.The worst part of the trip was the front line manager (who initially lead me to believe she was the store manager) Sara. I did not have my Target Red Card with me because I had the app on my phone - she did not seem to be able to handle my questions and frustration stating she could not help me if I continued to speak to her in that manner and that I was not listening to her- my voice was not raised nor was I was cursing or making personal statement about her.She did offer to call credit card services but when I asked how long that would take she said she did not know, it depended on the hold time (they have to call the same number as the consumer) and implied that the wait would be significant. She offered to give me the 5% discount but when I asked about the cartwheel offers she pointed to a single coupon - I know I used more as I had planned my shopping just prior to going to Target, clicking on the offers I was interested in.She spoke to me as many younger people speak with more mature people, like we have no idea how to use technology. I felt demeaned and decided to leave without completing the purchase - I dumped the contents of my reusable bags in the cart, made sure to let her know there were frozen food items involved, but kept the 3 bags of espresso that I purchased at Starbucks with the app on the way in.Sara called me back from the exit asking if I still had items in my bag - I had to return to check out and show her the whole bean espresso as if I was a thief. At that point I confirmed with her that she was the manager -as she had told me earlier - she then modified the job title to front end manager.I placed a call and spoke the Johnathan to let him know of my experience and express frustration on my wasted time and ask how I had failed as a customer - as Sara had made clear.Johnathan was very patient and agreed to document my trip in case I was charged since the system confirmed the scan of my wallet - I did not wish to be charged for items that I did not get.I dont think I will be returning to Target soon, I stopped at another store on my way home so I am set for a while.

I had just came form the Sams club in spring-dale to cancel our member ship after our local one closed up shop. i stopped in here to get some composition notebooks. it was really easy to find the composition notebooks. they are with the school and office supply section they have many different types of notebooks including mead five star. the pen section was picked over but that is not why i came here. i came here to pick up some 50 cent composition notebooks. the probably had 12 or more composition notebooks in stock. they had red blue yellow and green. this is also the generic of other ones that they sell but it is not made by up and up like all the other generics that target products are. this target used to have neon roping on the wall if you do not know what i am talking about just google target neon roping. i selected all of the notebooks that i was going to buy eight in total lol! and proceeded to the check out. i was checked out by a girl named Paige and she was wonderful i was in and out in under 10 minuets. Never had an issue here before. Every Targets has everything and usually costs just a little bit more than a wal-mart, but at the same time, quicker checkout and more stock.

Customer service sucks at least the couple of employees I had to deal with.

This place has disrespectful employees. I called to ask about an application i put in and the lady i talked to cut me off while i tried to explain myself about my application. She seemed as if she really didn’t want to hear it. The hiring managers never calls you back like they say they will. I haven’t even got the job yet and i can already tell this place is trash. I know they get busy, it happens and i respect that. But when you take 3 days pass the day you said you’d call that’s unexceptable. Forget the application. I’m telling everyone i know especially people on internet don’t put in an application here!!

I went to this 1 because they have more selection for natural hair in stock. Was able to find what I needed and was in and out.

Prices are a little higher here than Walmart for the exact same items. The selection of toys was very slim.

It is a nice target. It is a typical target with nothing particularly good or bad about it. Very central to the highway, the traffic to get in and out can be heavy at high traffic times

My alternative to Wal-Mart (even though you just cannot get through life without having to go to Wal-Mart at least once a month!)Service level is well above average, employees seem to like what they do and take pride in providing service; greatest thing is check-out! Often have seen them increase number of check-out lanes to accommodate customer flow... (Well above average, compares to a component of customer service that is very lacking in stores who claim superior customer service.) Target got it right in my book! (Now if they could just get some of the prices down just a tad...?)

Its a target, selection sucks compared to Walmart, pricing is about the same if not worse. not my favorite place to visit. but if i dont want to deal with the Walmart crowed and get something close to home. ill pay that target tax from time to time...
