I highly recommend coming here instead of the post office itself. Much better service & much shorter wait.

Great service. They were really patient in helping to send a package that I had trouble to prepare for shipping. They also gave me all possible options and prices so I could choose the right one for me. They provide me a smaller box for the shipping, that was better fit and reduced the shipping cost. Also, even I came before closing they treated me very well, very nice people. I recommend it 100%.UPDATE: Yesterday I needed to send an important fax. I went to PostalAnnex and they helped me quickly and nicely. Price was fair for the service. I keep my 5 stars for this place. It is very convenient to have it close home. They always know what to do to provide you a quick service and always provide you recommendations if needed.

Excellent customer service. I was late getting a package shipped to my son for college. Ramesh was patient and accommodating to get my late shipment out the same day. The UPS driver even waited for us to finish the transaction. I am truly a satisfied customer. I will start bringing my shipping needs to this company and it will not be the last minute next time.

Wonderful service!! I used to use UPS and Then Postal Annex opened closer to home. I found it has been very competitive and CHEAPER.. cost effective compared to any other postal services- UPS or Fed ex. Go here. Very nice ppl and just great customer service and QUICK!!

We have had several good experiences with PostalAnnex. Tim (My fiancé) ships gifts to his family quite often and the price options we are given here are very reasonable. It’s family owned and the customer service we have received here has been very good. I would highly recommend this establishment.

2 stars because they performed the service at a lesser value. It pains me to write a review on a business that seems to be favorable on a majority, but my experience has been different. If you are simply shipping USPS, do not use this service( in my opinion )unless you do not care about your time and personal information for the company.A 20% markup on a service is a lot to ask of a customer. Especially if the alternative is to go down the street and have the same service with less data intake and same amount of time.Taking your information to add to their email list and marketing on top of a markup for a convenient experience is where I draw the line. As a business you end up making the experience less attractive doing this.

They are great at explaining the details in chosing a mail carrier for my urgent situatio. The owner was here during my visit was very friendly and patient, including the employee.

Don’t recommend anyone to take photos here. It took about 30 minutes. What is worse , they used an old cheap point-and-shoot camera.
