I LOVE Cold Stone and go to this location regularly Today Im extremely disappointed. The service was less than friendly and my mix ins were hardly there . It was basically plain ice cream with a VERY small amount of raspberries and 1 piece of chocolate shaving. Ive never had such a bad experience here but its really tainted my opinion of this location

Terrible customer service. Gross and disgusting dirty inside and outside the store. The chairs tables etc. Mask discrimination is on the rise at this location. They turn people away left and right. Some poor old disabled lady who had a medical exemption was turned away and told that they could not serve her because she didnt have a mask and she told them she had medical exemption paperwork. She was clearly old and disabled!! They turned her away and said they were out of masks and just doing their job. This old lady looked like she was gonna cry!?! I will never go here again. The owner and management of this location should be ashamed of the discrimination happening at this store. I wouldnt be surprised if you end up on the news and not in a good way . ....

Such a great crew of amazing youth. Shout out to Will & June for making my difficult concoction and being so kind. Even amazing after a rude customer flipped their lid over what they found to be an insufficient amount of 8×extra toppings. ISNT THERE A TOPPING LIMIT? IF NOT YALL MAY WANT TO RETHINK THIS. BEST ice cream. Ever. How have I lived this long without having experienced Cold Stone Creamery?! Unique. Different. Amazing.It wasnt just getting ice cream. It was a whole beautiful experience. They won’t serve you without a mask. But they don’t have any masks for customers. It’s hard to tell our excited kids to turn around and not have ice cream.

Both this location and the one in north spokane have been closed for the past couple of days and there has been no explanation as to why, they also say open on Google maps so making the trip to find out it is closed was a complete waste of gas

They got a customer service nightmare over at this coldstone on the south hill; my daughter put in an order for a birthday cake for my grandson. At a cost of 40$ and the cake was supposed to be done at noon today. My daughter shows up at 1345hrs that 1:30 PM for non-military folk. Cake wasnt done! My daughter had to wait around for the cake another 30-40 minutes. Then they made her pay full price; no discount, no coupon for being incovienced-- nothing! Sad, sad, sad state of affairs. If the cake had not been for my grandson on his birthday TODAY she would have walked away. This is what weve come to expect from organizations these days--they just dont care! They make huge mistakes, which we are all human, mistakes happen; but zero humility, zero thoughtfulness, zero customer service, no real apology, zero sacrafice, no trying to make it right, no care for what our time is worth, zero professionalism! Guess what! I AM A BILLBOARD AND I WILL SHOUT IT FROM THE ROOFTOPS! This is terrible treatment and should not be tolerated! Will not be tolerated! Make this right Cold Stone--word of mouth will destroy you. Take care of your customers--your better than this. Youve lost our business and I recommend you go elsewhere to spend your money Spokane! Extremely Disappointed!

This is by far the best place in the world for ice cream! The staff is always friendly and one gal was super nice to my 3 year old boy helping him pick out his own ice cream and toppings for his very first visit.

If you are upset ben and jerry have not made your perfect mixture yet, come make it here.

They have very convenient hours that allow for a nice, late-night hang out with some friends over a delicious bowl of gourmet ice cream. There is a lot to choose from and the staff there is willing to let you try all the flavors your want! Highly recommend going here if you want some quality ice cream!

Very rude customer service. I have a medical exemption that prevents me from being able to wear a mask. When I told the employee this he said Not in here! And made us leave. It is discrimination and you should feel terrible about it

Theyre always on time or early with DoorDash orders even when slammed with customers in the lobby. A friend to dashers and as a customer you should order from this place using DoorDash because the product is excellent.

This place is the best secret in town.u go to 1 of the big name fast food resteraunts...u get old stock ice cream&most of the time its an ice cream mix.@CS you get almost a pint of 2 blended faves together w/a topping.i mean u gotta go in.if not just to walk off the calories from the HUGE portion!! LOVE IT!

One of my favorite ice cream shops. They have a lemon pie flavor that is absolutely amazing and to make it even better I add a little cheese cake ice cream to it and have them mix it all together.... Its my favorite! If youve never had Cold Stone you definitely should stop in and try it. You wont be disappointed :)

First of all, Cold Stone has been my favorite ice cream place for many years! They offer plenty of flavors and even have lactose free options. I usually have pretty good service there and its great for any day!!

It cost!! But it is definitely worth it....tons of flavors and mix ins. Amazing ice cream if you want to treat yourself or someone else.

Coldstone is very yummy! They have a large variety of combinations to try and you can mix them up even more by making adjustments to ice cream flavors or a mix in. The staff is always friendly as well! I would definitely recommend you stop on in for a yummy frozen treat!

Poor customer service

I literally call this location and the other location down Division to see if they have butter pecan and they never do . First the explanation was that it wasn’t in season , but I call almost every 2 months and they NEVER have it in stock . I even asked if I could do a special order for some, they told me it would take two weeks ..never asked me if I was interested in ordering . Maybe this is an issue that is above the store location since this has been on going for 15 months .

I went to cold stone on a whim late at night to get ice cream with a friend. Couldnt be happier. The staff were kind and quick and I got some fantastic ice cream. Happy.

Busy ice cream that is worth the wait. Tons of choices, and a great selection of their own creations. Go basic, or go ham with the extras. Shakes and smoothies are also a smart choice. Staff is friendly and the store is clean to chill at.

My family loves the ice cream! My husband asked if they sing after I gave a tip, but they didnt? I didnt even know they are supposed to, so thats kind of disappointing. 😏

Good for an icecream shop but if you dont like ice cream dont come.I dont see why you wouldnt come here to at least try it out ,if you like icecream.The one thing I can say i dont like was the way they named the sizes of thinks.

As a former ColdStone Manager, ages ago- a few things caught my eye.The good- Cakes were up to par as far as decorations go, just a little on the under stocked side. Workers were friendly and professional. Nice location.The bad- Countertops were dirty, i.e. ice cream and waffle cone pieces (on a slow night the store should be pretty spotless). Two sets of dirty spades (ice cream mixing paddles) sitting on the stone. Finally, cut bananas sitting alone on the countertops as mix-in options. A pet peeve of mine, but being exposed to air allows them to brown quicker and invites fruit flys.The bad were simple fixes and could be nitpicking on my part. All in all, I would eat here again.
