This place has the widest 90/10 sative selection. Its wonderful here and the staff is super helpful and friendly. I love this little shop with its giant billboard and if I ever come to Spokane again Ill be stopping here

I was very surprised by my latest and last visit. I was IDd at the door upon entry and then the bud tender asked for my ID again at the counter. I asked for product at a certain pricing. The budtender then charged me way over price and presented no receipt. Also very rude and unprofessional! Never again.

I SMOKE FOR PAIN MANAGEMENT!!!I called in due to having issues with online ordering. The guy I spoke with was told that I needed something with higher than 70% THC. He set up an order for my friend to pick up for me. The content I was given was 6.05% THC 58.98% THCA with a total THC OF 57.78% TOTAL CANNABINOID IS 71.51% I HAVE NEUROPATHY!!! I NEED THE 70%+ THC. Not cannabinoids totaled. That was the last of my money and there are zero returns.

Not accepting passports ? Seems like discrimination. According to the state law y’all are supposed to accept it.

My husband and I went to Green hand. As soon as we walked in the door Brittany snidely told us that the 6 ft social distancing included married couples and we needed to keep our 6 ft distance from each other. My husband checked in and went to talk with the male employee at the counter while I waited alone on the other side of the store away from everyone. Brittany didn’t bother to ask if I needed assistance for the 15 minutes I stood there. While waiting I watched a gal come in with her dog (not even a service animal) and was touching everything and acting high on drugs. Yet nothing was said to her about her pet or touching issues. I watched an African American couple come in and wait by the doors while another man and the druggie lady (not together) we’re looking at the counter. The African American couple were hugging and kissing all over each other and Brittany said nothing to them about the social distancing of 6 ft. My husband walked over by me (maybe 3ft away) to ask if I knew what I wanted yet and Brittany rudely repeated herself loudly to us about how she wasn’t kidding when she said it includes married couples and to refrain from being 6 ft in distance. We kept our mouths shut to not be confrontational. We walked over to make a selection and my husband got about 3 ft by me to hear what Brittany was saying about prices. Brittany then raised her voice that he needed to step back and keep the 6 ft distance. Brittany then called the African American couple over to help them in a cheerful voice saying hey my friends it’s good to see you. The couple being in each other’s arms the entire time being in the store and scanning their ids while holding each other. Brittany didn’t say one thing to them about being 6 ft apart. Then my husband asked the male employee if he had a specific item and when he said no, Brittany yelled across the store its behind the glass. When he confirmed it wasn’t she freaked out and said oh someone’s fired! She then got on her phone and was telling whoever it was she was talking to that there was a theft. We informed the male employee that we felt it was inappropriate and unprofessional, how she acted the entire time we were there. He responded to enjoy our day. I will not be returning to this establishment as long as they have people like Brittany working there.

Ive been going here since they opened and my experience has gotten progressively worse as time goes by. This is not my first bad experience but it will be my last. Besides getting sold jars that have been previously opened and no longer have a seal, I really dont appreciate that I SPECIFICALLY asked for an indica dominant strain and rather than getting me what I asked for, I was given a sativa dominant strain, now my girlfriend is mad at me because her money has been wasted. thank you for wasting my money and lying to me, it looks like this was entirely intentional so I wont be spending any more money here. Good luck treating people like their business doesnt matter.

An ounce at Apex for GG4 is only $196!! Which is 0.2 miles away from this location. This place is price gouging. Will not return

I gave Green Hand 5 stars for their consistency and customer service. I have a wrist injury that causes me chronic pain, and it never fails that each time I go in there I am greeted warmly by whomever is behind the counter. Sometimes youre having a long day or youre just tired, and to be greeted warmly makes a difference. Having also worked in customer service for 14 years, I can also appreciate not only them acknowledging someone has walked in, but taking a step further to often times let a person know they will be right with them. Due to the amount of business in there I know it can be difficult to politely address those walking in, while not disrespecting the person standing in front of you, but by natural charm or etiquette, they still do. Once at the counter, they treat you as though you are at the center of their universe at that time, making suggestions and having the patience to explain what each of the strains feels like. Specifically, Brittany, who is my favorite specialist. Every time I give her a description of how I want to feel, I can see her process the request in her mind, then stand back as she produces options. But whats far more important to me is that upon asking her how each of them will make you feel, she then breaks them down for you, then you go home and discover she was dead right! Like, D***! This woman is an expert!Having gone to dispensaries all over the city to relieve pain from my injury, and having been highly disappointed by recommendations, there may be stores with wider varieties and Ill still go to GreenHand. Because, I know she and the other gent (whose name I cant recall, but gives the same service- younger guy with a beard and a hat) always match or exceed what Im looking for. I also know whether they are there or not, if other specialist are available and listening while Im in the store, all of them will work together as a team to get me where Im going, and no one ever gets offended when I include the other specialist standing there in the consultation! Priceless

So I have been going here for 3 years. Every day. They know me well. Tonight I went in and forgot my wallet. My gal was with me. She had the cash and wanted some weed. They asked for my ID. I told them I forgot my wallet. They had me step out side while my gal finished the deal. I understand. But Im 53 years old. And that was the most unprofessional thing I have seen in a weed store. They totally lost my business. I been going there longer than the lady that had me step out side has been working there. Never any thing good anyway. The way I was asked to leave was wrong. Not sure how much money Iv given your store. Its close to my house. Thats the only reason I go there. I wasnt buying anything. Nor will I ever again.I gave one star. Thats one to many.

They pushed phat pandas weed on me like it was fire, I didnt tell them I knew what it was, 50 eight of what would be considered bongs buddies at any other shop. 9 times, different tenders each time... absolute bs.

Horable customer service, asked for something with good favor, got an absolutely dissusting preroll called hoostagoo by New day. The cashier said the cost was $5 but because Im a veteran with valid ID It would only be $4 handed the cashier a $20 was given $14 in change you do the math.. Nice little shop. Its a shame they dont have any parking lot or public parking anywhere. I went in in the afternoon and there was only one budtender working the floor, yet there were at least 3 - 4 people walking around the back, and the cash wrap offering no help.Granted she was tied up with customers who needed a lot of help, but when the line formed and even one man became irate no one came to help. All she could do was apologize while continuing to help someone who had ten thousand questions.You guys need more help on the floor during open hours. When there are 3+ people in line you should have managers/inventory help instead of having customers wait while staring right at them.I had to leave without buying anything.

Im surprised when reading through other reviews to see so many negative comments about Brittany. No, I dont know her outside of this store. Most all staff has been friendly to me, although, the more I go in the less pleased they seem to have my returning business. Kind of overplayed the friendliness to capture my attention and then decided they had me on the hook and can tone down the show. However, Brittany has been consistent with me, never OveR tHe ToP, but typically appeared to be enjoying her day. Yes, she was singing during a visit or two but she still was helpful and talked with me, I loved her playful and light hearted spirit. … She may have confused me with someone else but, none the less has brought and passed on a smile nearly every visit. If it werent for Brittany this would be a 3 star review.

I hate that this is the closest place to my house. I keep going because its so close and every time i get a garbage product. That girl thats always there knows nothing at all about extracts. But shes quick to catch an attitude if you question that, which is bad for business. Im sorry i know more about this than you do but Ive done my homework. Do yours. Its not that hard. She was so friendly it took some convincing for me to believe it was the same girl i had the rotten experience with. She was helpful and polite in explaining that she was in the middle of a hectic day when i had written the review. The fact that she remembered me AND my review encouraged me to re read and replace it with something less crass. My words were unitionally more cruel than i realized.
