I havent been in the game for at least 10 years. Back then things were simpler yet more expensive and experimental.Nowadays, they are growing and building and synthesizing up some magic. The staff here were incredibly informative, wholeheartedly welcoming, and just such solid people. I will be back to let them know how things went after I finish what I bought. I will be a frequent flyer.

Absolutely love this place. Until recently when I returned to work, I shopped at C& G daily. Their prices are fantastic & their staff is insanely knowledgeable, friendly & make GREAT recommendations when needed. Wont shop anywhere else For all myTHC and CBD products. Love you guys. You all rock.

This place has everything you could imagine when it comes to Cannabis. Its like a candy store for the common stoner. They have a huge variety of flower, oils, waxes, edibles, some smoking devices, etc... Great customer service. Usually long lines move very quickly as they keep a good number of employees on the floor. Employees are usually very helpful and knowledgeable about products and can help you find whats right for you.

Ive been to many of the other dispensaries in the spokane area and cannabis and glass literally has the best prices on flower out of all their competitors. I only go to cannabis and glass. Have been for the last few years.Also, they always have the most amazing customer service and polite and friendly bud tenders.

Manager is wack! Spent over $400 in the store and got back to check my online order ticket in which I placed an order for 3 of an edible product. I wasnt sure if I got charged or not so I go back in there and just the whole process of her explaining it gave me its an inconvenience to talk to people vibe, even made comments under her breath as I walked away. Liberty lakes location is WAY better.

Visited here while out of town from Portland, where cannabis is also legal. This shop is what dispensaries should be like! I was truly impressed with the customer service and layout of the space. I wish the PDX dispensaries were this nice!

It’s about time I leave a review for C&G. Not a good one either. Seems like every time I go in there, if there is little to no customers there are plenty of workers, and when there are lots of customers, well there’s still plenty of workers, but are all doing whatever and there’s two people work on the counter. Typically I stay on there for 10 to 15 minutes and then guess what online orders walk through the door and jump in front of me. Anywhere else I go it’s pretty much in and out, never the case here, it’s always a wait and I always leave frustrated and wondering why I didn’t just go down the road to green light where I have never had to weigh more than five minutes. Reason being because if he gets busy the employees were in the back room come back to the front and help. Doesn’t seem to matter how busy cannabis and glass gets they won’t send out more people to help, we have lives a lot of us don’t have 30 minutes to kill trying to get a freaking joint. Don’t waste my time there

SO much variety of everything (flower, cartridges, concentrates, edibles), tax included in the prices, and super kind and knowledgeable bud tenders. Its a 20-minute drive but from now on, theyre my go-to pot shop.

Customer service from counter rep was amazing. However manager refused to honor industry discount even when shown paystubs and acquired discount the day before today at a different cannabis and glass location with no problems. Manager was also quite snippy and rude for literally no reason. Probably will not shop at this location again. Very unfortunate as it was the closest but the experience was awful.

As a customer of this place, I was happy, however having now worked there I can tell you that the culture there is extremely toxic and misleading. I would highly recommend not applying to work here, and if anyone wishes to hear my horror story Ill gladly tell it. They also use misleading marketing strategies to sell on sub par product. Steer clear.

So recently I went into this location with a friend who was looking to make a purchase. Due to my friend being on a bit of a budget they had called the shop and inquired about products in their price range. We were assured over the phone that there would be stock available in my friends price range. Once we reached said store they didnt have anything they claimed to have. Its like the employee we talked to didnt even check the physical store. Then when my friend finally found a product they were interested in, the employee assured us it was in their price range. Once the product was rang up it was priced different. So we asked what was up with the price difference. The employee/cashier was confused as well and sought out someone from the back for a price check. A manager I believe came out and checked the product. That manager then said the product would be sold to my friend as they advertised and not what was rang up... Fast forward a few seconds and the cashier couldnt get the product to ring up correctly. The cashier seeks out the manager again and comes back saying that they wont ring the product up the price they had already told us they would sell it for. Lol. We were confused and the cashier was extremely confused and apologetic, so cutos to her! There wouldnt have been an issue if the manger new the correct price instead of assuming what she thought it was.

We recently stopped going to C&G because they are always out of everything! They should remove it from the menu if they dont have it. I can understand selling out but what a waste of time to be told were out of that, oops, were out of that too, and sorry, we dont have that one either . But ya know what they do have in stock? A bunch of low grade flower full of seeds. If youre looking for a good variety of top shelf, this is not the place to go.

I have been a regular weekly customer for a year and recently a trainee sold me the wrong candies. When I tried to exchange the sealed merchandise for the correct ones. a manager told me there was nothing that could be done. What is the point of having cameras if they are not to be used to review an employee surreptitiously scanning the wrong product behind the counter? I left the unwanted product with the receipt on the counter. I am done with the poor customer service of this arrogant middle manager.
