I went in to the vapor lounge with not much knowledge of E cigarettes and after giving one of the salesman an idea of what I was looking for he sold me a E cig pen and refill juice which I later found out was very overpriced and of a low quality product. So buyers be aware and get the information on the products before you go to this store.

Had what I needed sold me my newest treasure

The team here is pretty much responsible for my journey of quitting smoking cigarettes. Regular shopper for almost 2 years now.Great communication and customer service skills. They always have good alternative recommendations if your thinking about switching devices or flavors at all. They just all around know their materials as well as their customers very well.

Went to the store and bought 1 new coil for my vape, once returning home, I put the coil in and it was a defective coil and wouldnt work with my mod. It kept saying no atomizer.Went to return the coil and they wouldnt take it back and said I would have to buy a new one and I can contact the company about the defective coil. I know its only $7 but still frustrating to drive back and forth several times then be told they cant give me a new coil? So i bought a broken one and then had to buy abother one. No vape shop I have been to would make me buy another one.

I usually buy from this store due to the fact it’s very close to my house and easiest place to go to. But today I bought some nasty juice and when I went to refill my vape the cap popped off and most of the juice came out and got over myself and almost my pc. I was disappointed since I just bought it and didn’t think the store could really help since it wasn’t their fault the bottle had an issue. But thought why not try and see if there was anything they could do so called up and explained the issue with the bottle. The lady said to come in and they would assist me. I changed real quick and went right there. I explained the issue to a gentleman working and he apologized and got me some napkins and hand sanitizer to get the juice off my hands. The employees have always been professional and polite but this was some next level of professionalism tbh I didn’t expect them to really care but they legit all cared and apologized (even though I know it’s not on anyone there, things happen). Highly recommend this company and store. Definitely get a membership with them. All their employees are very well informed as well

My fiancé and I have been going here since we moved to Spokane in the beginning of 2020. Everytime we walk in, we are greeted with kindness. The people that work here are so nice, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.Two weeks ago I went in to see if they had any CBD treats for dogs. (My dog has a healed spinal injury and has some bad days where she needs something to help with pain.)I went in and saw that they had a rack of different milligrams of CBD dog treats. I asked how much they were and they told me the initial price, which was too much for me to pay at the time. When I told him I was hoping to find something a little less expensive, he talked to his manager and they gave me 75% off two 30 count bags of these Sweet Potato CBD Dog Treats. I literally paid like $15 total for the two mags and couldnt be more thankful or happy about it.I love this place. The prices are a little high, but the rewards system makes up for it. Their house juice is great. Their professionalism and customer service is wonderful. I would highly recommend.

Sometimes it takes a while to get what you need because theres only one person working the floor and several customers waiting, but I cant fault them that since the products theyre selling often need explaining and they help customers pick out the right product for their needs.

I went in today, and was super bratty due to not feeling well. My device broke, and again want to note I wasnt very happy. I called and was helped by an employee named Josh. He told me to come in. I did, Ill note he was busy, still kept a smile on his face, helped me out to the best of his ability, and even gave me a discount on a new mod. Not once did he get frustrated. I really hope this company knows how great of an employee they have.

They have a decent selection and great customer service. The store also runs a discount for every certain amount you spend you get $10 off. They keep up with the technology as well. Plus if you are just starting they really help you out. They will allow you to test out everything. They will also find the perfect set up for you.

Staff is nice and greet you when you come in. However I went a whole year not getting any points on my account because it was set wrong. No one told me about the mistake until I asked if I earned a discount yet. I like Vapor Lounge products and juices, never have had a issue. Last thing is the ventilation needs improving in all stores due to the amount of vapor in the air, makes it hard to see sometimes lol.

This is my favorite shop to go to. The environment is great. Ruthi is the best employee there she is so helpful with people who have questions or need help with anything vape related. Came in to check it out. Dave encouraged me to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee, wich I did. He engaged in conversation with me and made me feel as if Id been a regular customer. For the first year that I shopped here, I really struggled with the fact that they were really frequently out of the products I needed for my ecig. However, they were always incredibly kind and helpful and apologetic. Things have improved a lot. They have much more consistently had what I needed. They gave me a free exchange when they accidentally sold me the wrong type of coil. They even gave me a free sample of of the new mesh coil to try out, which was perfect! The staff here is wonderful. I have completely changed my review, and give this 4 out of 5 stars!

This is by far my favorite shop to go to. The last few times Ive stopped by after work its the same lady working & she is the sweetest person I have ever met. Like tonight I had a terrible day at work , came in to get a coil , even though it was busy she till tried to interact with me , called me love , and smiled the entire time to make it known she didnt forget about me.Maybe Im over thinking, but for me that made my stressful day 100% better . Ive been to 3 vape stores in Spokane and this one is definitely the best. Broke my mod a couple months ago and then started smoking again a couple weeks ago. Out of the 3 I visited this is the only one that made me feel like they cared about what I wanted instead of trying to sell the most expensive unit. And I went in with a budget of 300 and only spent 150. Wow

So very expensive, but you just cant get this kind of service and hello at ANY other vape shop in Spokane! And I mean it. The smaller shops are loaded with stuff, but most people dont know that most of the stock they have is expired or about to expire. I have many friends who have gotten sick from vape juice at other locations, but never an issue here.Thank you guys for keeping your stock in good condition.p.s. also they are very helpful in picking a flavor!And their return policy is second to none!

Used to be such a convienient place to go. Unreliable at best now. Every time I come in they’re out of so much stock day in day out. Staff is always nice, but with out any products to sell, stopping in is only good conversation.

I have been wanting to invest in a mod for a while. I walked right in and out with a very nice new set up in about 15 minutes. Great environment, I was extremely satisfied with the prices, product and customer service!

The girls up front made me feel very welcomed here and had a pleasant attitude, as opposed to the typical vape shop usually (very) young employees with not the slightest service skills. I felt cared about as a customer, again in contrast to (most) other vape shops in town where staff are standing around hanging out with friends, or questions go unanswered. They even gave me a free case which was cool. Service really stood out.

I came in for juice today and I no longer think anyone here is capable of do there job in a professional manner. I have always got the same juice but this time the guy told me that I need the thinner juice. After I burnt through 3 coils because of that juice he told me I had to get. So today I go in to get an exchange or a refund the manager here witch is the girl told me she does not do that. Worst costomer service ever. I have been coming here for 4 years and now will never go back!

Good mods, bad juiceRegular customer, tired of being quiet though. On three separate occasions Ive purchased premium juice (one of them a $30 30 ml) for them to be bad, foul taste and smell, dark almost orange in appearance, made me sick to vape. I am sure they would blame me if I tried to exchange them.

Didnt really teach me how to use the New device I bought

Over the past year Ive genuinely enjoyed all of the vapor lounge stores Ive visited until i visited the Shadle location. Ruthi has been extremely rude to me and the other people people I see enter the store. She treats customers like children and I cant even imagine how terribly she must treat her staff. She continually undermines the intelligence of her customers and has sold me the wrong product multiple times without refund. Ive seen her insult her own employees in front of the multiple customers. As far as I know, one of the employees she insulted no longer works there and the other is still working at this location. I dont mind paying the marked up prices here, because I want to support a local business. With that being said I cant support the hire of such a rude employee.

Was at work till 7:15 pm, looked up the store hours seen they close at 8pm. So I got over to the shadle location as quickly as possible. I was after a new coil for my zero Renova which they unfortunately told me they just ran out earlier. The attendent recommend another vape store to which I replied, no I like to stick to the Vapor Lounge Stores. So he hooked me up for my troubles. This is why I love this place. They know their product well, the prices are not high and the quality of service an the products they sell are top knoch.

Usually a good experience shopping here. Last time I came in though, they sold me a .6 coil when I asked for 2, 1.4 Nord coils.Not a major issue, but still kinda annoying.

Very disappointed with the level of knowledge of an employee working at the Shadle Vapor Lounge.Asked about a mod and whether it accepted a 21700 battery and the employee told me that she had never heard of 21700 batteries. The other employee working the counter also said he didnt know what they were.Apparently in her 8 years working in the industry, this employee has yet to research anything related to vaping.Ill stick to the Airway Heights store for any vaping needs. They are very knowledgeable about vaping products.Edit: Thank you Andrea for reaching out. Its clear that you care deeply for the reputation of your stores. Because of this, Ill raise my rating from a 1 to 3 stars. Next time in town Ill stop by again and see the changes and see if Ill need to edit this review yet again.
