I was recommended by a friend to come check this place out because, of how knowledgeable the employees are about product. When I came in they had a sign with the employees on it and their favorite juices I thought that was pretty cool! A young lady greeted me when I came in and had such a positive attitude! One of the other employees helped me out though, “Calvin” I believe. He was amazing he listened very well to what I was looking for and was able to find exactly what I wanted! I even took one of his juice recommendations, which was amazing by the way! Just from those 2 employees I had interaction with, I will definitely keep me coming! Not to mention he even gave me a discount on my juice since I was getting a brand new mod.

I have been going to the south hill vapor lounge for almost a year now. I would not recommend this location only because of ALL the employees are very rude and snappy. I have given this location time and time again a chance and every time I go in they are pure rude. Personally will not put up with that when I’m spending my working money there. They have lost not only my service but my neighbors due to the rudeness & eye rolling they do.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I dropped my mod and it wouldnt detect the atomizer, so I brought it to this Vapor lounge, and he fixed it for me! Vapor lounge has been my one stop shop for any nicotine vape products since day one. I forget get the guys name that fixed my mod but give him a raise!

I’ve been a customer for quite a few years since I switched from smoking to vaping in 2017. I go to the south hill one but have been to the Shadle and Airway Heights many times too, and at each visit have always had excellent service from knowledgeable young people. The last time I went though became frustrating. I brought back the incorrect tank glass that my husband got for me, even though they supposedly looked it up because he didn’t know which to get. Regardless, when I tried to bring it back the new employee wouldn’t do it. She said she didn’t know if she could exchange it even though I had my receipt and it was even in the original blue bag. She said she didn’t know that if she could or how to even if she did know. I’d think these things should be known by a new employee that’s been left alone in the store to deal with customers. At least give them a person the can call to figure it out. It’s stupid and insignificant in the big scheme of things but frustrating coming from the only shop you use.

Always get good service, and there are a plethora of options for those who vape.

The worker sold me coils that didn’t fit my nord and he had to have someone come help him. I went in three times. All I’m going to say is if you don’t know what you’re selling then don’t sell it.

First off...this place has fantastic customer service. The young guys working are knowledgeable and always in a good mood. You have a great product selection and good prices. I was in today and there were 3 people working. The problem is, there is only one cash register. That means I have to wait in line to purchase my product while listening to the liotering idiot “customers” sitting in the chairs and experience their massive vapor cloud, warm from their lungs, that is engulfing the store. I know you don’t get to choose your clientele but you have the power to make your store run more efficiently. The employee helping me was also annoyed by these two. I’m big on time management and prefer that my time isn’t wasted while I’m trying to spend money. Buying a vapor product, when I know what I need, should not take more than a couple of minutes. I would love to see you add another register and then this place would be closer to 5 stars. Please let your employees know what a great job they are doing. Thank you!

I love this place. The employees know everything there is to know about all things vape. They are super friendly and love helping you figure out what you want. They have a huge selection of juice and mods and their inventory is always being updated and improved. Never had a bad experience here and never will.

Went in for a quick stop because I broke the charger in my mod and needed to get a new one and some extra batteries. The person tending the store was courteous, filled my needs and didnt bother me with a ton of additional products I wasnt looking for.Thank ye!

This store is freaking awesome! I had an issue with my old mod that I completely and utterly messed up to say it G rated or whatever. LOL! Or for lack of another word...f*ed up...well the worker Bailey helped get a really amazing deal that I could NOT pass on. I had told her earlier that day that I had meant to get out of her store tonight and I was going to be vaping for around $50 and well she surprised me by beating that price by 10 or 15 dollars! I was upset that I bought coils and they wouldnt work they were faulty. They would not exchange it because it was open. How are you supposed to know if it works if ypu dont open it.

The person behind the desk, was so professional, he didnt I swear about a half hour giving me opinions, honest ones, not trying to coax me into expensive stuff I need.I havent smoked in 3 days now. I bought the Vladdin RE pod, with regular Turkish flavor oil. Its awesome!!

These guys are extremely helpful. Twice I brought in my vape and said it doesnt work, please fix it. They changed the coil with a smile and did not try to sell me anything! Stopped by while passing through the area and I was a little early before they were supposed to open. I waited 10min past their open time and none was there. I wasnt in a rush but still needed to be somewhere. Kinda killed the rest of my day since I had to wait another 5 hrs till I was able to go somewhere else and get what I needed..

The shop I stopped into when I bought my first kit. And RARELY (if at all) shop anywhere else. Stop in weekly to refill on liquids or build equipment. Great service and amazing selection,im big on custards and i use salt nic now and they had a selection within that category,which is nigh impossible to even find a vanilla custard these days in salt nic.Anyways the service was good and the store is nice and spacious 5 star from me no doubt.

This store has become my go to for vaping needs. I have tried other shops in town and have no complaints, but keep returning to this one for my needs. Thier ayoxk is currently limited (though they DO carry I infinix pods, and other hard to find accessories) but they are also expanding this location and will carry much more very soon. They are pretty knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
