Upstairs is wayyyy better than the downstairs one. I went downstairs with phone issues and they said they weren’t letting anyone in the store but when someone else came in and said they wanted a new phone, they were let in. The upstairs one isn’t blocking the entrance with a table and are extremely knowledgeable and nice!

3 of the 4 employees were on their phones texting, watching videos, and not even wearing their masks correctly. Two of the guys were wearing them under their nose, the other was wearing it under his chin. One of them picked his nose right in front of me and then went on to immediately touch the computer. Whether or not you believe in wearing masks, it’s what most of us have to do at work, much like washing our hands if we handle something gross. I almost took a picture because of how comically little they cared that I was even there. The only person working was the (professional and polite) woman, who should probably get a raise for having to put up with coworkers who clearly don’t care about anything.

Skye helped me upgrade my phone to an 11 pro max. I am very particular about customer service because I work in customer service and wasn’t sure if I even wanted to upgrade. She got me the best deal, along with some accessories, an iPhone watch and an iPad for free. She was so incredibly helpful and not pushy with sales. She gave me the info and let me decide. She was completely transparent with what I was signing up for. Will always go here in the future! Excellent customer service.

Just got fed up with all the other carriers and their complex plans and secretive ways, Sprint just feels so much fresh and cleaner. Really making it easy to work with and use. This younger lad name Brian? Bryan? Hes somewhat new but he helped me and if i didnt have a business full of employees Id have recruited him right on the spot! Good work son.

This use to be a poorly run sprint store and it is just as bad if not worse than it was. The manager was very rude and basically did not care about me as a customer. I dont recommend going to the upstairs tmobile at all. It seems like they do not care about their customers like the other stores do. They are always on their phones and pass off their work to one another. If you like wasting your time and be at a tmobile store for hours upon hours go to the upstairs tmobile they DO NOT CARE one bit about their customers. However I do recommend going to the downstairs location they treated me very well and resolved all my issues that the upstairs store caused me. If I could give 0 give zero stars to the upstairs location I would worst experience Ive ever had with T-Mobile.

I’m so sad I switched from T-mobile. It’s been a long 6 weeks dealing with my service and our bill. Returning products I didn’t use and still haven’t received my credit. Was misinformed many times by the associates and even the manager. I’m still confused on my bill and our phones we turned on when we switched from T-Mobile haven’t received credits for them. I have had other issues with the division store. I’m thinking that it’s the CC communications. My only hope is to try another store. I hope for better customer services. Right now I want my phones back and will go to another provider..

Where do I begin, first off Sprint in general sucks. It has the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I wont go into my week long adventure with customer care and how I was misquoted and lied to four different times and how the manager Carlos of this store does not know how to deal with customers escalations well and how he explained NOTHING and just told me no, he couldnt do this or that. I had to call another sprint store to get a decent explaination as to why I couldnt have the district managers contact info. THE ABSOLUTE ONLY SAVING GRACE of this store is named Sky. I really hope she gets some recognition because she dealt with me not only in a timely manner, she apologized and she was friendly and made things right. I personally think that Carlos should spend less time defending incompetent associates and start recognizing the great ones. I hope the District manager from this branch sees this and sees that SKY, was the associate that was so helpful to us. She was able to work efficiently with my husband and I, while helping another couple who came in and had both of us very pleased as we left. The couple unfortunately, are loyal sprint customers and had mentioned that SKY was the only associate they have had an pleasure in doing business with. We could definitely see why. So Thank you Sky for making our week long struggle come to an end with awesome professionalism and kindness. Carlos could use a lesson or two from you on how to deal with escalations. SPRINT-1 star. SKY- 10 stars!

This store has helped me switch over from a flip phone to a smart phone. I was hesitant at first but once I was all set up the young lady instilled confidence in me with giving me as much information and helping me setup my device. She was very patient, I also got my wife a smart phone as well. Thank you Katherine for all your help. I appreciate the patience and the help in guiding us on our first smart phone.

Went into sprint last week to talk to them about getting a lower bill. We were paying $194 and it was about to go up to about $230 for two phones, which is absolutely ridiculous! The manager Carlos was the person helping us, but every option he gave us raised our bill, like he didn’t understand I needed to lower it. My husband and I were frustrated so we left and shopped around at the other carriers and found a way better deal elsewhere. Went back in to cancel and Carlos had a very bad attitude about it and scoffed when I told him and the other employee what we were offered. Of course he tried to find us a deal but it was still higher. Sprint over all is just not a good phone company. Over the few years we had them, they raised our bill for no reason and we were also subscribed to things that we never gave permission to. Good luck to whoever decided to go with them.

After having to deal with the acll receivers at customer service and getting no where, I called the store and was lucky enough to reach Skye. Thank heavens for Skye. She was happy to take as long as she needed, to help me. Even she got hung up on by corporate but she never gave up.It would honestly behoove corporate to recognize Skye, you would be blessed if she were to train your call receivers.

I left a different sprint store to try this one because the service was horrible! Didnt answer my questions at all! Going to the store in the mall was AMAZING! I was in a huge time crunch our customer service representatives name is Tiffany she was super fast and efficient!!! She actually listened to our need/want to add another line! Im usually very difficult to impress and she was very impressive with knowledge of the products!

I have been a Sprint customer for a couple years. In the past,5-years ago as well. As the prices of owning a smart phone is increasing along with cost of living (fuel, taxes raising, groceries, etc) we had to make a decision to save on other expenses to make our house payments, one was to go to Boost Mobile which is also owned by Sprint (coverage map shows service in where I work and live). However, I am having problems where I work being able to call out on my Boost mobile phone, no signal. I went into this store to ask the questions concerning the upgrades on Sprints cell towers in the area which I work and the completion time line, etc.I was told by an associate that Sprint no longer owns Boost Mobile and that Virgin/Boost have split off Sprint. The Sprint Cell phone towers may or may not work now on their phones. He had people coming back to him to go back to Sprint. I did sign up at Radio Shack for Boost Mobile. I did not buy what he stated. He was upset because I had went to Boost instead of staying with Sprint. Wow.I went downstairs to Radio Shack, and the girl called on my behalf to Boost to look into the cell phone tower issues where I work. Boost called Sprint Tech to find out for us. No mention that Boost and Sprint split hairs.Sprint, if you want to keep customers, better retrain the staff in your stores for being customer service friendly.

Worst customer service ever. First, when I asked questions about less expensive phones the salesman only said you dont want that phone, you want the note. Had to twist his arm for an explanation but he walked away from the less expensive phone saying you dont want the LG. Then, while buying my phone I told him it was a Christmas gift but he activated it and shut my wifes phone off. When I complained his co-worker said that I hadnt said it shouldnt be activated. I said I told him ahead of time it was a Christmas gift, isnt it common sense? He blamed it squarely on me and became argumentative. Finally, I told him the website said my phone would be $28 a month but he was quoting me $39. When I pressed back he showed me $28.88 on his phone calculator without an explanation. I asked, what was up with the $39 quote? He said he made a mistake. The paperwork indicated $40 per month. When I asked for something in writing indicating I would pay $28 he refused and just kept trying to reassure me it will by $28 by my second or third bill. Both he and his co-worker were indignant that I didnt just accept their word. This is the WORST customer service Ive ever experienced by a Sprint store, and Ive been with them for years. Ended up giving my wife her Christmas gift early since her phone was shut off. I probably would have been fine if one person had said, wow, were sorry about that.

This is the worst sprint store I’ve come in contact with! The customer service is terrible and no one knows what they are talking about. I had to go back and forth for months to finally get a refund on some phones I had traded in. Everyone told me different policy rules so I didn’t believe anyone there. Don’t go to this sprint store. No one knows the policy and you would legit have to go back and forth a million times before anything semi gets done. I learned my lesson and cut ties with sprint.

Terrible service. The assistant manager lied about having our phones ready when switching from Verizon, and we lost almost $200 out of pocket. She also did not send in the request for our old phones to be paid off, so our Verizon bill was sent to collections. She gave me a temporary phone and promised every week that she would have my order in by the weekend, and she never did. It has been 5 months and I am paying full price for a temp phone that I did not want and cannot use daily.The manager never returns our calls and hides in the back when we come to the store to talk face to face. He eventually told me to sell my temporary phone on Craigslist, bring him the money, and pay him an extra $200-$300 for the order of a non temporary phone.I was supposed to be saving money by switching to Sprint, but this has cost me so much more with their incompetent staff. My husband was scammed $200, I am paying for a phone that I did not sign up for, and allegedly I cannot switch to a normal phone since the deadline passed. The deadline passed because the assistant manager did not want to order my phone for me.Stay far far away from this store if you value time and money.

Even though some of the staff is friendly. The Bureaucracy between S Wireless Stores and how they own the Sprint Franchises here in Spokane has ruined the Sprint reputation. None of the stores can solve any problems, weather it be in regards to billing or trouble shooting with phones. They do no honor Sprints Customer Service policy, all they do is sell and swap phones nothing else.90% of customers walk in upset and leave even more outraged when they are told, we are not Sprint, we are owned by S-Wireless... Dont believe me, look at the camerasWhat does that mean for us the customers...? It means sit in your car with a broken phone or use their auxiliary landline to call Sprint Customer care and then have a phone operator tell the store manager what to do.Otherwise they will deny every single good business tactic with you.UNLESS THEY ARE OBLIGATED BY A CUSTOMER REP OPERATOR FROM THE 1800 SPRINT NUMBER... ALL S Wireless employees will deny you service, solutions and or means of fixing your bill.Dont waste your time going to the Spokane stores other than to buy phones on the spot or have warranty replacements. They will not honor anything Sprint says over the phone, unless you put them against the wall with an operator there with you.Sprint needs to open up a REAL Corporate Store in the most important city of East Washington... Spokane. The current Radio Shack guy you have here is not a solution for thousands of customers in this area and driving to the Tri-Cities is not right considering the amount on money we pay monthly to have some reasonable customer support.It is not the customers fault that your franchises use a lighter version of the Sprint Customer Support software and thus they are very limited to what they can do at every store. (That is their excuse for everything... our software is too light to do what the operators can over the phone, goodbye)

Judah Henley, Sales Associate, was AMAZING. Sprint customer svc via phone told me I was eligible for an early upgrade, all I had to do was pay $50. So I paid my bill PLUS the $50 and when I went into our local Sprint store, the nightmare began!!!!! With FOUR CALLS to Sprint Customer Svc and OVER FOUR PLUS HRS at the Store!! The situation was FINALLY straightened out by Judah and the Staff!!!! His perseverance and patience was awesome plus the way he spoke to Sprint really impressed me! He has spectacular communication skills not too mention his charm almost had me want to buy half the store if I could!! He is an all around excellent Sales Associate! He has all qualities to succeed with Sprint! He is my personal Sales Assoc now! Also, I learned to get an email confirmation of anything told to me over the phone by Sprint Customer Svc frm now on to prevent situations. This has not been the first time I was told one thing by them and the opposite at a Store! Judah, you ROCK! And dnt ever leave Sprint before me! I was lied to about the cost of my phones and service. Reps at the store always tell me comething completely different then when i call sprint customer service. Im beimg charged for 4 phones when i only have 3 and they wont fix it. Im.being charged for long disdance calls that i never made. They wont fix that either. And the reps over the phone dont k ow anything amd wont let me talk to anyone higher up. Also it takes hours to even be able to talk to a real person because of their poorly set up automated phone service. I will never in a million years recomenf sprint to anyone

Buy out took 6months to get approval after going in to store every week for 6months. They care till after your signed up then they dont have time for you. Careful when ordering a phone if they dont have it in Stock they will give you another like the i phone7 instead of the plus. Then make you pay the cancellation fees to get the original phi email you order

Do not come to this store. They were not helpful at all. Came in wondering about applying a discount as well as maybe upgrading our phones and the gentleman that helped us seemed to not even care. He told us right off the bat to go online and apply it there. Didnt even give us any instructions other than the website.. Then asked him about a negligence that he found on our bill and how it could be fixed and he just seemed clueless. He told us to call customer care and have them fix it because he couldnt. I get that there is certain things that stores cant do and only customer care can, however I, as a customer would expect an individual who represents a company to be just a bit more helpful. In fact, I expect some sort of proffesionalism out of a sales representstive. Also called a different location and all stores in spokane are the same premium retailer (no corporate stores in spokane wa) I hope that I just got one bad sales representative because I would hate to generalize and assume all reps are as awful as this guy was.

To whom it may concern:Several weeks ago we had a tragedy happen in our family. And now I had an extra phone that would no longer be needed or used. Steve my boyfriend thought we should sell the phone so we could get it off my act.He actually wanted to buy the phone by making payments to my account, however Steve is a very loyal Verizon customer. So, Steve and I walked into the store with a really crazy request.Jesse and Teddy were absolutely fantastic. They werent able to fulfill our request, but they were able to get us very close. Throughout the whole time they were the most professional, polite and speedy(aka-multitasking) people Ive dealt with in a very long time .You can tell they both really love what they do and that they really did want to help us with this request. While waiting for the phones to update and do their thing, Teddy (like the bear) showed us a new app MSQRD....he had us in stitches. At this point I always ask them multiple times, Ok, so this wont cost me any more money or add any sneaky fees? because every time I come here Im told one thing but my bill always says something different I feel bad because I wouldnt say this sort of thing to a regular human but I have been lied to so many times and charged hundreds of dollars for various things that I end up having to spend hours to fight. This place, like so many other telecom places is just horrible. Theyre very dishonest - make sure to go over every detail with them if you do decide to do something and then expect to have to spend time fighting to not get charged some extra fee.
