The optical team at affordable optics is one of the friendliest and most experience and efficient teams that I’ve ever worked with.I had to return today for a follow up Contact exam by Dr. Carolyn Grout. Optometrist, She is so knowledgeable and so professional and takes the time to explain everything about my eyes to me so that I can really appreciate how my vision is working and what kind of prescription will help. I wish that every optometrist I’ve worked with in the past could be as kind and helpful and genuinely caring as Dr. Grout.All the opticians I have worked with have been helpful. Garrett McEvoy was the one that help me today. He has such a great attitude and help me figure out all the follow up needed to get my vision plan going.The whole group will be moving to WISHLIST Optical on North division near the Northtown Mall. I will be following them there. Definitely 5 star service!!!

10 Star service!! Ordered three pair of glasses, one for my husband and two for myself. We were setting off on a travel adventure with our first stop near Cle Elum, WA. We visited the mission street store and ordered glasses with plenty of time prior to trip and wouldnt you know that there was problem with one pair when we picked them up on the 3rd of Oct. We were leaving for Cle Elum on Sunday the 4th, then to Colorado on the 6th, no time for new order. Cassaundra went way above, had the glasses fixed on Monday the 5th and delivered them to us in Ellensburg on Tuesday the 6th. 10 star service and great glasses!!!!

I bought frames here. In one month, they broke. They made me go to another clinic of theirs completely on opposite side of town. Got a different frame which broke in less than a week. They would not honor their product as they said frame was discontinued. Never go there again!

Most terrible experience Ive ever had with any business!! Do yourself a favor and avoid affordable optics. The one on Hamilton and Mission is the worst. They have hidden fees and ridiculous service. They made me come in multiple times to fix mistakes they made and made me pay every time. I do not recommend them to anyone!

After a horrendous experience at Eyeglass World, Affordable Optics was fantastic. My husband went in expecting a certain type of glasses at a set price - guess what! Thats exactly what happened. The lady explained everything and took the order expertly. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They said it would take about 2 weeks to get them, but they were done in only a week! The right glasses the first time! Very happy!

So in the beginning it was great then my son annual came and the doctor said he needs a stronger prescription and they sent his on the first of February and supposedly the place that makes them didn’t get it and then they sent it March 10th why wait that long to send it again my son needs his glasses now not 2 1/2 months later. His appointment was January 25

They gave me a decent pair of glasses at an affordable price about half what i paid at one of the national chains.. when my lenses got messed up they replaced them free of charge. I will use them next time i need glasses.

One of the worst customer experiences Ive ever had. The doctor gave me a prescription that didnt work. Got upset when I told him I still couldnt see very well after the contact fitting appointment. Finally agreed on a brand of contacts that tore after a week. Tried to get a trial pair of new ones sent to me, was told they were sent out and never were. A month later and I still dont have contacts. They told me I should take my prescription and go someplace else. Complete lack of professionalism on their part.

Friendly and knowledgeable. They have a decent selection of frames in-store.

The worst place to get glasses, the one over on North Spokane is much more better with great service, I mean GREAT service, it only took about 2 weeks for my glasses to come in and someone had stolen them at the pool and I just decided to call in and order a new pair, and I called the wrong place for sure, its almost been a month since I called in, they are supposed to come in this week but well see, if anything I dont recommend you to order from this place

They ripped me off! The guy at the counter told me I owed an additional $30 at the counter and couldnt provide a bill of sale for what the additional charge was for. When I refused to pay without a bill of sale they sent me a bill in the mail for $50 instead of the $30 I allegedly owed them, and they charged my insurance the maximum they could for my coverage even though the services did not cost that much. Dont go there if you have insurance. I submitted a file to the BBB because my experience was so terrible.

Had to move an appointment date. They then billed my insurance company for the old appointment date. Then wanted me to pay for the new appointment! Totally incompetent staff.

I do believe the rudest receptionist on Earth works here. I tried to make an appointment, but was very put off by the attitude. I decided to make an appointment elsewhere
