Almost positive I got covid in this store because South Lyon is a bunch of anti-maskers that lie about being vaccinated. This is the only store Ive been to in weeks, and I saw a maskless lady sneezing in line right before I had to go up and pay. Even though Im fully vaccinated, Im now quite sick and have a toddler at home. I just think they need to crack down on masks again because I rarely see people wearing them in there and covid cases are back on the rise. This is a PHARMACY, immunocompromised people have to go here for their medication. DO BETTER

Fantastic small store where you can find just about anything for a very fair price. Many good memories had here when I was in high school and would walk over to kill time before after school activities. We always bought snacks and now I find myself here every once in a while for when I need those quick make up wipes or a sweet treat for a get together! Thanks Gateway Commons Rite Aid for being so reliable!

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!! No one in the store, and they make me wait 1-2 hours in the store for my prescriptions. This is the exact reason why Rite Aid needs to go out of business! The company is horrible!!!

This is absolutely my preferred pharmacy to pick up prescriptions in the South Lyon. It’s rarely crowded, and if it does get busy they still serve everyone very quickly — I’m generally in and out. They also have a drive-up to quickly pick up your Rx on your way somewhere, which is super convenient. The staff has also always been incredibly helpful when dealing with insurance issues or transfers from other pharmacies. Whenever my doctor sends in a new prescription, it’s filled and ready same day with no wait by the time I get there, and when I call and need a refill or a prescription transfer from another pharmacy same day, they get it done quickly and happily. Kroger is an acceptable alternative in South Lyon, but my experiences with CVS/pharmacy in South Lyon have been so poor that I felt this Rite Aid and their exceptional service was worth calling attention to! I’m very glad that my insurance transition is over and I can move all my prescriptions back to this Rite Aid store.

My daughter and I needed a prescription last minute today (Sunday night) which my doctor was able to call in to the pharmacy at like 5:45 (they close at 6). The pharmacist stayed late to make sure that we had the prescription we needed. He even called me to let me know it was ready and that he would leave it at the front desk for us. Thank you for taking care of my family! Also, Kim who works there is so sweet to us every time we come into the store :)

Your pharmacist suck and dont know anything. When you ask a pharmacist about cold medicine your response shouldnt be oh thats a question for him then walks away. Then when him comes to finally talk to you it would be helpful if they didnt point and say the one in the Orange box over there. After falsely saying most cold medicine didnt have acetaminophen. Thanks for solidifying my faith in Walgreens. That is all

I didnt realize that you had to have 0 knowledge to work as a pharmacist. I dropped my prescription off at 11:30 and it still wasnt refilled by 3. They were extremely rude, and unapologetic with customer service. When I dropped off my prescription, the tube shot out from the machine, rolled under my car, the teller saw and said nothing as I had to inconveniently get it from under my car. I should have just ran it over. They tried running my Insurance several times and it kept getting declined. I am young and still on my dads Insurance (thanks obama). Im not venting, but as a business owner I would make serious changes to my work staff.

For a pharmacy they have some cool stuff.
