I recently inherited an older car. They turned me away because it had an overtightened drain plug attached to a rusted oil pan, and they didnt want to break my car trying to get it loose. I appreciated that they were professional enough to let me know, instead of trying to loosen it. They were very professional. I will definitely return (once my oil pan is fixed).

Took my girlfriends car in while she was at work, was done in less than 15 minutes. Costs less than my place back home too. Didnt up sell much either., very friendly.

With great confidence I can say and claim that our vehicles are thoroughly inspected and checked by this well-trained, polite and professional staff. My husband and I try to support small business rather than chains. We needed an oil change so I surprised my husband with one.Came in for an oil change and they said we needed a filter too; common. They said they would give me $12 off the filter with the oil change, took my credit card, but did not take that off. After they ran my card they told me they applied loyalty dollars to an account rather than doing what they said. I was given a 10% off loyalty membership, but I couldn’t use today. I was lied to and we won’t be back.When I got home we saw all the negative reviews and realized this wasn’t one problem employee. We will continue to support small business owners after we do our homework.

Trying to get my oil changed today was difficult. My first attempt was at TEAMCAMC in Brighton, there an individual cursed at me and called me names...when I contacted the General manager ph#, Fred who answered, was so kind and jumped in immediately providing excellent customer service. My experience at S Lyon was amazing and i will continue to go there. Fred definitely saved a customer.

Ive been taking my car here for a while. I always have a great exsperance. As a female I have dealt with plenty of pushy oil change places, and Ive never had that from these guys. I have the key tag that gives me $10 off every visit which is awesome. Today I went in for a normal oil change and it was my lucky day I also was able to get 2 chips fixed free of charge! Highly recommend this place.

Horrible customer service. We came in they said that what we needed better be quick because they needed to close. I totally get it so I could eiat another day. We offered to leave several times only to get rude responses about the time, but that they would do it anyway. The manager on duty also said the F word in front of our small children saying they closed in F-ing 5 minutes. Very disappointed! NEVER coming back! (Just to clarify our oil change was done 5 minutes before close and we showed up 15 minutes before close unknowingly)

Me and my wife both take our cars here. The guys are great. Everytime I go there they are really friendly and go over and above.The last time my wife was there they told her about a tail light that out. She told them that she had a bulb and that I hadnt gotten around you it yet. (sorry, honey) The manager, Fred, told her it was no big deal and installed it for her without changing her for it. She offered to pay, but he told her that because we go there hes just happy to help. Thats service! These guys really care.If you are looking for an oil change, this place is awesome.

Just got my oil change done here recently on my car. oil change and oil filter was $110.22 as where if I would have waited I could have payed $42 at champion Chevy for the same service and same synthetic oil with oil filter included. Also beware they will try and sell you the world. Said I needed my tires rotated, that’s 15.99 and I just got them not even 4K miles ago. Also tried to say my air filter needed to be replaced and they said it would’ve been around $24 and when I said no he said you really should replace it. Sure they do a fine job but to be fair, they are the con men of mechanics and try to push the same products you can get at the auto part store but at a greater price..

No waiting, in and out in under 10 minutes, didnt try to push unnecessary services, and with one of their frequently mailed coupons, under $30 for oil change with 5.5 qts of semi-synthetic. My go-to oil change place for years now.

Dreaded taking my car in for an oil change but my husband told me this was a good place. Left very happy and will be a repeat customer. Zero up sales and in fact, I thought I needed a tire rotation and he said no that my front tires were in better shape. Thank you for putting safety over a couple of dollars!! I recommend this place hands down.

Tried to sell a $120 oil change which is insane for a filter a 6 quarts of oil. Didnt put my skid plate on correctly and it fell of in the middle of the street. In the same service they rotated my tires and neglected to tighten all of my lug nuts. I went back and they tried to give me a credit. I told them I didnt want a credit as Im never coming back because I dont have confidence in their service. They finally fixed my car and gave me a refund a week later.

Waited for well over 30 minutes and nothing moved. There were only two employees and one was doing 100% of the work. Last time I came here it was quick but they relentlessly tried to sell me extras.

Nice guys and fast service, but the extras really add up. $5 extra for high cost oil filter and $5.99 for an extra (.7) quart of oil. These may be legit charges, but I have never had to pay these extras in previous oil changes other places and wasnt made aware until I got the bill.

I am giving this place 1star because that is EXACTLY what they deserve! I usually have my oil changed at Victory Lane but was leaving for a trip the next day and also wanted to wash my car which I did first. To be honest, when I first pulled in I thought I was at Victory and then realized I was not, but since I was already there I decided to give this place a try. BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!Of course being a woman they tried to up sell me on just about everything but I know better.I have an Acrua and my type of engine requires synthic oil. I know its more expensive, but I was left with a $117.63 bill (Since I was a new customer I asked if they could offer me some type of discount which in the beginning of the job the manager on duty said Im sure we can do something but of course he did nothing!)Here is why I recommend you think before you ever go to this place.............my indicator light was still on which warns me when my oil is low. I went on my trip and when I came home it went to service immediately! I had my boyfriend check the oil. That was full. Then he checked the transmission fluid which was marked on the service check list as full. My transmission fluid was ALMOST GONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I took it back to this place and the 2 service men looked at my paperwork. After checking for themselves, the manager on duty apologized and told me he had a new guy working and maybe my car was running when he checked it. It was not. The only time it was running was when they asked me to turn my car on to check the head lights.They filled the fluid he apologized again. I hate to think the possibilities if my boyfriend had not checked it. If I was the manager, I would have at the very least given a coupon for a free oil change.Needless to say, I will NEVER have my car touched by this place ever again!

THIS PLACE SCAMS WOMEN! My wife recently brought our minivan in for a routine oil change, and they tricked her into agreeing to $450 worth of BS that the car didnt need. $150 of that was for a transmission flush that they claim is recommended every 30k miles but the cars user manual clearly states is only needed every 120k miles, or 60k if you perform frequent towing. Same for power steering fluid, which the manual states is not even a regular service item!They did not make the price of these items clear, and just showed my wife some dirty fluids asking want us to replace this?.Worst of all, is that theyve never pulled this stunt when I take the cars in, so I trusted them to be honest with my wife as well. This is a predatory, sexist business. Stay away.

Took my husbands car there for an oil change. One of the service technicians was very condescending and was trying to push me to get a $175 full synthetic oil change. Had to say NO several times. Then they treated me like I was not worth their time since I didnt want to pay $175 for an oil change. Ive been going to this shop for several years without issue but todays experience left a bad impression. I am not sure if I will go back.

Terrible. Absolutely horrible. Dont let your wife go in there because these guys will take advantage. A normal oil change usually costing me 40-50 typical range cost $80! They sold her some extra fancy oil filter for 10,000 miles that they always do according to Joe some guy apparently a manager there and then they give 3000-5000 mile oil. He says its the only oil filter they can use for our car yet every other oil change I have ever got for this same exact car this was not the case. This extra special oil filter was an additional $25 on top of their already overpriced $45 oil change. Are you serious guys? Yet we wont even be able to use it for its 10,000 mile life since he used crap oil. Very dishonest and will take advantage of especially preying on women.

They completely took advantage of my 17 year old son. He went in and told them he wanted a regular oil change. The guy then supposedly (according to the receipt) did a full synthetic oil change with a upgraded oil filter. He went in to get a normal $50 oil change and ended up spending over $120.00 just on the oil and filter. These guys are complete scam artists. Please beware of this place.

Will not go here again and will tell everyone this place tries to rip you off. My car takes a synthetic and I was offered two choices, $130 or $75. I pulled out my last bill from Victory Lane and showed them the oil cost was $39. The response was, oh, didnt I tell you about our $48 option? No you didnt, I replied. It was late and the only place open, or I would have left right then. Shameful!!

They over charged big time advertising a $39.95 oil change that ended up being $128 charged $25 for a $5 oil filter charged $16 for a $7 air filter asked for premium Moble 1 oil and they charged an additional $40 for that and never said the costs of any thing until the bill was handed to me. And if that wasnt enough was extremely pushy about letting them do a $150 transmission flush and a $90 fuel system cleaning all for a 2006 Chevy Malibu absolutely ridiculous.

It was great. Fair prices..even took care of my out license plate bulb for me wasnt expecting for them to even check..even checked and filled my tires for me..very friendly staff compared to most places will definitely be going back with my other cars thanks again guys great job

Excellent service every time. This is the only place I go. However watch out for someone trying to sell you on windshield repair. I man tried to scam me telling me I had a hole at the bottom of my windshield near the wipers and used a tip of a pen to show how there was a catch. They almost stole 45$ from me and I looked after and there wasnt even a crack there. Only bad experience I had, just be ready when u pull in they will try to sell you anything and everything

These people are being instructed by their supervisors to scam you. They tried telling me that multiple fluids were really bad and needed to be changed, when i just had the vehicle serviced. I had just recently had the serpentine belt changed, and they tried telling me it was dry rotted. I asked them to show me, and he got nervous, then fumbled his words as he tried to point out a perfectly good belt with zero signs of wear as being dry rot... it was a joke. He then told me that i desperately needed to change my dif fluid, then showed me a really bad looking fluid, as though it was mixed with water, but when i got home i checked it myself at it looked totally fine, and was certainly not the oil they showed me. They dabbed an oil and water mix on their finger, and tried to pass it off as my fluid. All in all several blatant tricks and lies were given to me. This place is a joke, dont trust them.

I have now brought my husband’s car into this location twice for an oil change, when he was not able. Both times I was treated in a belittling manner. Apparently, being a woman does not qualify you for the same treatment as men at this establishment; which is sad really, because my husband has had a relatively good experience here. Needless to say, we will be taking our vehicles down the road to Victory Lane going forward. Not that they have necessarily won our business, but this place has definitely lost it.

Quoted me $103.00 for a full synthetic oil change in my Honda Accord which is absolutely absurd. My dealership did it for $40.00 and it only took 20 minutes.

I have never been told I had to have a high cost filter oil filter as they were draining the oil out of my car. If I was thinking I would have stopped everything an drove out. Ok you got the old guy. You wont get any more old guys we talk. MX-500 $17.99...future oil jobs $0.00

Very friendly staff. They will try and sell you things but the guy who is there is at least honest about it and wont sell you something you dont need. I run mobil 1, for the price, and the fact i dont have to get out of my car makes it even better. Also, there was a guy selling windshield repair. I had a few chips that started to crack and he made them almost disappear! Didnt cost me a dime through insurance and wont affect my rates either. Even came with a lifetime warranty too. These guys take care of me here, thats why i keep coming back.
