Ive used the Print and Copy Services at Sonoma Staples for several years now. Every single employee in that department is consistently polite, helpful and gets the job done when they say they will. I appreciate having such great service so nearby!
After Spending Over $500 Over A 3 Week Period On Poster Mounting With Good Service Quality Work, Today March 20th At Approximately 2:30 I Came In For 2 More Posters To Be Mounted At About $95 But When I Got To The Service Copy Counter I Stood There For 15 Minutes Totally IgnoredThere Was A Young Lady Who Looked Straight At Me Then Walked Directly Into A Back Room Finally A Fella Came To This Counter After I Raised My Arms And Almost Shouted Then I Was Told The Person Working Was On A Break GIVE ME A BREAK !!!!
Friendly, responsive staff. Observant of mask and social distancing etiquette. Not a long wait for phone connection to the local store either, unlike other big box chains that route you to a central # with an endless, impersonal menu.On site: ROSE (Rosario) IS GREAT! Helpful dude! As an older person asking elementary qs, I assumed Id try his patience and bore to smithereens. But he was patient and didnt act bored at all :))
Bought an office chair at the Sonoma Staples. Brought home the box, put it almost altogether when I noticed a rip and two scratches in the leather of the back piece. I called and spoke to the manager, he said they’d exchange it, but when I asked if they would waive the fee to assemble it, he said no...I’m inconvenienced by having to lug the box and partially put together chair back to the store, get a new one and return home to have put it all together again, but they can’t waive a $15 charge to have someone assemble it... not happy. Not sure if I should give one star or two.
Always convenient, clean, well stocked. If we order everything from the Jungle then there will be no Staples seven minutes away for instant laminating, simple shipping, essential file folders, and assorted highlighters. I find myself in one of the three stores local to me at least every ten days.Oh, dont forget to recycle your printer cartridges for $2.00 credit. It adds up to $$$ on that quarterly email and helps the planet too.
I went in to return a roll of labels for my old label maker, walked up to the register where the man started to help me with turning in my old ink cartridges then when I told him I needed to return my 4 rolls of labels that I didnt need or use yet but didnt have the receipt the marketing supervisor a blonde female probably in her 30s told him they dont and cant take anything from electronics back unless I had the receipt and I couldnt even get a store credit either due to a Hispanic female Im guessing another supervisor told him they cant do that either. Ive been to staples many times & returned things with no receipt before & got a store credit but for some reason they wouldnt due it today then they proceeded to follow me around the store while I shopped for what I needed which was super rude
I have always had very good experience their. The Mngr is always friendly & what I usually go their is to make copies &/ or faxing. Johnathan is very sweet & helpful...because I have brain damage & cant remember how to use the different machines but when I was there this week there was a problem faxing. We ended up using 2 different machines & sending the 30 some pages 3Xs & it took almost 3hrs to do it. Exhausting!!!
Such a shady place. Initially nobody could find the manager when needed. Eventually found him in the restroom and saw him not washing hands afterwards! After pointing that out he started acting really rudely (well I guess not as disgusting as what he did in the restroom. He avoided questions he didnt know due to his lack of knowledge and totally acted like a loser for no reason. Wont shop there and wouldnt recommend anyone else shop there unless you want to shop for some bacteria home.
Excellent staff, the young man in the printing area was very helpful tonight i wish i had caught his name.. it was 4/11/19 around 6pm
Didnt have phone holsters and couldnt offer a local alternative. Online services were offered. I can order stuff onine alll by my self. The reason I go to brick and mortar is to get it now. Staples haa failed in this respect the laat several times Ive visited. Lost income for you.Cheers!Glenn E. Tugwell
Friendly staff, found what I needed quicklyWell maintained store.
Shopping at Staples in Sonoma, CA is always a treat. Your team of sales folks are always very nice, courtious, helpful. I love going to Staples not just because of your products but because of the people that work there.Today, I was having a hard time making some color copies...which sounds pretty easy, but I was not familiar with your new copy machines...and my color copies were not coming our right. I have some memory challenges and Amber assisted me several times as I kept making mistakes on your new copier. she was knowledgeable, very courteous, patient and easy going. She acted as though I was no bother at all. (anyone else would have been pulling their hair out. )I congratulate you on your entire Sonoma team with a special thanks to Amber.
Always very good service.
