Jim is constantly helping people who come in with all kinds of problems, and he handles them all well... Never seen him get mad or frustrated with others lack of knowledge. Low pressure, small town atmosphere, family business.

These guys are the best, far better than Apple and always available to help. I try to buy all my Apple products from them. High impact business for Sonoma residents. They will come to your house if necessary. Fees very reasonable.
