I always use fedex print and ship for the more important packages. Its convenient and the staff is friendly knowledgeable..super easy to work with.

Unfriendly staff, didnt acknowledge incoming guests. No one even looked at me as I stood there for a couple minutes until finally someone came over and just asked if I had a drop off. Have him my package and left.

I really hate coming here. There was one guy there who was pleasant and efficient. Every time I come in here, I am usually ignored. When I nicely ask for service, I get sullen expressions. I think they are racist. The lady at the desk was so polite to the Caucasian man. Literally she did my shipping and walked off after placing the receipt on the desk. I repeat hate coming here. I only do so if I need to get something overnight and I missed the post office cut off time. They are twice as expensive as USPS but more than 50% less in quality of service.

Brought in Christmas cards for printing. Realized when I got home that the inside was printed upside down. Drove back 35 miles the next day. Different employee helped me, but original employee (Tyler) was immediately shown the bad cards. New cards were printed — correctly this time — but nobody offered a single “I’m sorry about that!” I know mistakes happen. I’d have left a good review if one of the two men offered any sort of apology. It goes a long way in customer service!

Ive gone in here for several printing needs and the people were actually pretty nice. They even were helpful with suggestions on how to do what I was hoping to accomplish in a more cost efficient manner. The people Ive encountered there were polite and had a sense of humor. They did take a little bit to come to the counter, but they were literally elbow deep in something else when I walked in, so its understandable. I dont know what experiences the other people who posted their thoughts had, but mine was 100% different and Ive been there about 6 or 7 times. Bad hair days for the employees aside, Id recommend this place to anybody

Hit or miss at this location. I ship on a weekly basis, and this is the place I usually visit. Sometimes you will have a great experience with the shipping professional, other times you get someone who is rude and feels as if they could care less. Would be happy to give five stars if the experience was more consistent!!!

I went in to ship something, didnt need much help to be honest just dropping off. I saw all 4 workers by the printers all talking and hanging out. I stood waiting for probably 30 seconds before one acknowledged me. I was the only one in the place at the time. The guy came up to me and I said, I just need to drop this off to be shipped. No response from him, he printed off a receipt and gave it to me, I said, Thank you. His response was Yep. I could have gotten more personality out of a Red Box or any animated machine.

Shipped our golf clubs to Arizona today and had great service! Kas helped us and he was awesome!

I have been here several times, since I moved to town 20 some years ago, and the service has always been exceptional... until today! I had started, inadvertently, on an out of service machine. I asked for help, and the person at the counter came out and guided me to a working machine, but not before making a rude comment about not reading the sign. Then he asks, where is the sign. I said I think it fell behind the copier. My friend who was with me offered to retrieve the piece of plastic from behind the machine, and again he replied, never mind, you need to read the sign before you attempt to use the machine. RUDE,RUDE,RUDE. Does anyone else read every piece of advertisement that they have in that building trying to sell you something other than just copies or what you initially went in for? The absolute worst experience that I have ever had in that building!!!!!

Only got one star because I had to give one to comment... Very bad service. I paid $10 for 2 sheets of paper only to find put they cant complete my order. I am going to Staples, save yourself some time and go there first, better service, nicer people.

Today I went there to do a RMA pre-print return. It was a small defective item.I ended up taking my motorcycle with no storage, no backpack.I had item on my lap on the way to FedEx. Was a small trip.As soon as I went in the door I was greeted with a friendly How can I help you ?.They seen the package I was shipping and mentioned that it may get damaged. Seems as though the box was not heavy duty enough.I kind of disagreed. They mentioned it getting knocked around in trucks. (makes sense I guess).Well unfortunately I had not brought my billfold or anything except my phone and the package.Thankfully they ended up letting me use a padded envelope so I did not need to make a run back home.They were very nice and tried to help me as much as possible in the situation.

FedEx from this location lost my documents and I paid for next day delivery. Not only have they not been delivered after a few days - fed ex admitted they have no idea where they are.How can this happen ?

Tried shipping a box to a customer, but had questions about the address. The gentleman I was asking simply kept repeating the same thing over and over again which gave me no idea one way or another. Then he got frustrated with me and just said it louder.

Woah...I definitely won’t ever use Fedex again. I went to the office to overnight inhalers for my daughter to Florida. The rep took my 65$ .. I explained to them I wanted it there that day obviously inhalers are for breathing... Incase they didn’t know. I called the 1800 number they said we don’t have any packages with your information .. so I called This location because I sent it from here. Paul answered told me get couldnt do anything without tracking ( I was driving) I told him you can look it up by receipt .. so he said fine it took him approximately 2 min.. then informed me it wasn’t sent over night and they don’t over that .. the lady told me 6 pm .. he said we don’t deliver in FL at 6. Ok well someone dropped the ball .. not to mention I didn’t get an apology.. or any refund. Yikessss nightmare. Thank god I work forThe bank.

Nice store, kind of expensive compared to USPS but if you need something on the weekends this is the place to go!

Helped me as soon as I walked in and answered any questions I had about shipping. I needed to purchase a box and the clerk put the item in the box for me and made it secure. Very friendly workers. Only bad thing I have to say is that the boxes were super expensive. ($6 for a small one.)

Did a good job packaging an odd shape package to ship.

Terrible customer service. waited in line for about 20 minutes while the guy on duty pretended not to see me or the other gentlemen standing at the counter. outrageous prices for accessing internet. low tech, couldnt print a pdf from my computer. I will NEVER go here again.

Ive never used the printing services but I ship things several times per month. Always quick and easy.

Whether picking up or shipping, the people who work here are always super friendly and helpful. Something that you dont normally see with these types of businesses.

Attempted printing and mailing services with this location. Customer service is beyond atrocious. Unfortunately not willing to help with basic needs.

If you enjoy doing business with incompetent sales associates who have clearly never had any type of customer service training then this is definitely the place for you.

Boxed, weighed, and printed the label at home...spent 5 minutes in there...and still the employee seemed like I asked him to hand deliver the package himself.

I called to ask a question and they answered it very rude. Sucks!
