I couldnt be happier with the service I received from the guys at Exhaust Pros. They installed a Borla exhaust system on my 2007 V6 Mustang convertible. They patiently worked with me to get the fit just right. As a woman who has worked in male dominated jobs all my life, I was especially impressed by the lack of condescension, and the willingness to treat me courteously. Great job guys! Much appreciated. I would highly recommend Exhaust Pros.

I brought my srt8 charger here for exhaust work and they didn’t weld the tops of the exhaust at all so it sounded like I had a motor tick, I also recommended this shop to my buddy with a Subaru that needed straight piped they quoted him $200-$250 and ended up telling him like $400-$500 for it.. if I could give no stars I would 🤣 not professional at all

Awesome service! They were able to get my vehicle in the next day and fixed the problem for way less then a dealer. I saved a huge amount! I will be a repeat customer and have told my coworkers how much I saved!

Didnt even go. Called for a quick estimate on just a muffler - not the pipes, flex joint, blah blah blah, but guy on phone didnt really seem to care. Just judging of the phone call, i wouldnt go here.Midas might just be worth the $150 they quoted me, and call it good. At least they have good customer service and a professional staff.Right off the bat, poor phone service made up my mind not to go

Terrible, Terrible, TerribleI brought my car in there to get the resonator looked at. They told me to come back later in the day @ 2:30 to get it done. I showed up dropped my car off, came back an hour later as instructed and they told me it was a special part and had to be ordered.I had them order it, they told me 3 days they would call me. I gave it a week and never heard back so i called them. They forgot to order the part and said they would have it in 3 days. It has now been 2 weeks and i havent heard back. I am going to call them now and see whats up. I dont think they give a darn about making money.If i could give a negative star review i would.

Dropped my car off at 12:30, didn’t hear anything all day so I called back at 4 to hear “oh yeah we will get that on the lift right now” got a call at 4:25 saying they were done when I pulled up I saw on the invoice they said they started labor at at 2:36 which was why it was 60$ in labor for 25 min of work and when I walked out my side skirt was in my car with a bunch of mud from the side skirt all over my interior and floorboard and when I confronted the mechanic he told me “I don’t have time to fix that” and brushed it off like it was nothing, the only reason they get one start is because someone else overheard what happened and offered me a refund. If I could give negative starts I would. do not trust “exhaust PROS” with anything. Worse service I have ever come across ever.

I cant speak to all of their services, but in my brief experience in Sioux Falls, the customer service was excellent. I was driving on a long road trip when I noticed my exhaust had gotten much louder.Driving through Sioux Falls, I picked Exhaust Pros from my GPS as it was close to the interstate, and stopped in. I was immediately greeted and directed to the correct person, Tim. I explained the situation and he immediately brought my car in and took a look at it.He explained that he didnt have the needed gasket in stock, but that the bolts were loose, and tightening them up may quiet things down. After this was done, the car was sounding great again. In the end, I wasnt even charged for this simple repair, which made the remainder of the drive much less worrisome.If you happen to be in or around Sioux Falls, and need some exhaust work done, consider Exhaust Pros of Sioux Falls.

The team at Exhaust Pros was excellent. I called wanting a new performance muffler for my Silverado, they said to bring it in for an estimate. I was not able to get there for a few days, but when I did they remembered my call. Ron helped in recommending the right muffler for what I was looking for: increased performance, good deep sound, but not a super loud cackle (went with a Magnaflow btw and love it!).They then put my truck up on the lift to check things out and quoted a price. I agreed to the price and asked when they could schedule me in. Ron said they could have it done within the hour if I had the time. They got to work and I was out the door in less than an hour from when I stepped in.Great service, great help, great price! They are customer friendly and do professional work, thanks!
