Really solid customer service at this store. Theyre very cool about helping you out when something isnt working right or when you cant quite find what youre looking for. Never really had any problems with the store or its staff. All good news about this place in my book. Also the place is very neatly organized and clean. 5 stars all around

This location in Sioux falls has the best customer service! I purchased a rent to own computer and they were really good to me when the computer ended up with a virus. Any time i call for any reason at all I always get great customer service!

Awesome friendly staff very easy to work with! Been there for a while now they have been through some staffing changes, and the new manager is amazing she really has the customer needs in her mind. We made the mistake and went to Aarons a short time, would never recommend Aarons, go to Rent a Center!!! The staff is amazing and we love our products!

From a pervious RAC employee, I’d recommend not coming here, they aren’t on the approval process right away (meaning late or pushed back delivery for you) they tell you they will check up on stuff but hardly saw it done, there is barley communication so be ready to talk to at least all the staff the same day about the same problem. Management just sits in back office and watch movies and play games while only 2 PEOPLE RUN THE STORE FOR THEM RENT A CENTER A JOKE

They dont really get back to you unless you are pretty consistent with keeping up with them on your side, and they will talk badly about every customer and employee!! They say that they are helpful but they are just misleading and rude!!!

Great place to rent to own your furniture for the li ung room or bedroom and a tv or wash dryer and many other items as well. I have to say their manager Dawn is amazing she knows what she is doing and she gets it done she works with you. I live how they sit down and explain the whole contract with you and not just sign her here and here. They also deliver for free! I love this place and will definatly be going back!

The staff are knowledgeable, and well educated on their job roles, and the products in their store. Working with them directly has been a pleasure.

My husband just came from there and stopped behind the building in the shade to make a phone call, a man came out and pushed him and told him to get off the property stereotyping him to be the people across the street or a drinker. He has been sober 20 years.! I dare a white person to stand back there and make a phone call and see what happens.

All I wanted was a couch. And they would only rent me a couch and loveseat set. Got what I wanted from Aarons.
