Never again.I spent my entire break trying to get a coffee, we are all understaffed, I get it.But after the way I was treated , first by the stores customer service and then Targets National customer service, a supervisor (only willing to identify himself by MJ) refusing to help or getting someone that could, I will never spend $ at target again!Too bad , it was convenient as I work next door. I will be sharing my experience with everyone.

Clean, well managed, less crowded. Associates were masked as well the shoppers.

We had an item we wanted to order, but they wouldnt ship it and we saw that this store had it in stock. We went in and found out that it was way over the online price. So, we went to customer service and explained what was going on and asked them what our options were. The lady was very nice and said she could order it for us and ship it or else we could buy the one in the store and as long as it was on the Target app they would price match. She said they price match some other places like Amazon as well. So, we went back to get the product. It was locked. It was very easy to get someone to help and they didnt leave until the right person with the right key arrived. Once at the register, the item ended up ringing up for the online price anyway and didnt need to be price matched. So, not sure why it wasnt updated in the store. The store is clean. They have a sanitizing station when you walk in and you can only go one way around the store to the checkouts as they have a block on one end for social distancing. The parking lot is shared because of being in a strip mall and that is kind of a pain. Especially when people come flying into the parking lot at 45 miles an hour and not paying attention. So, make sure you watch all angles.

Carter was very helpful and if I had a question of where something was he would bring me over over there. Usually whenever I go to Target everyone is not the most friendly and helpful so i’m very glad their is Carter. He was very kind and helpful! I would definitely give him a raise!!

Products and availability and Customer service are just a few of the reasons I shop at Target. The cartwheel deals are great. The shoping list feature tells you where to find the items on your list.

I love target and this target is usually well cleaned and staffed however it is almost ALWAYS poorly stocked :-(

Repeat occurrences of multiple missing items that require me to call the store, sit on hold, find out that they cant find any of it, then have to go online and report everything missing and wait for the refund to happen. This pertains to the online order with drive-up service at the Sioux Falls, SD location on Louise Ave specifically.

Target drive-up service has been really great. Its very convenient, and the staff is quite friendly. When they dont have an item in my order, I can select an option in the app to decide to ship free or cancel.

Was very dissatisfied with my experience in store. I had just picked out a coat with my niece, when the 4 of us approached the open checkout. The cashier was speaking to another employee about his paycheck, when he was going to get it, how he thought his next one would be better. I interrupted by saying Are you even open? He still continues to talk to this other guy as he scans our 2 items. I was so appalled by this experience. I completed the survey they sent me and was contacted by Katie Frost who wanted to resolve the issue. She asked me to respond to her email. I have now sent her 2 responses and have heard nothing back. I feel as if 10 days should have been enough time to hear back. I believe the only reason she stopped wanting to resolve this issue is because I told her I was from out of town.

Fast and was found by a worker moving through the customer service line to find pick up orders.

Target has things that no other store has and they are at a competitive price. The only things I dont like about Target are nothing I needs ever seems to be on sale and the prices are higher at Target for things you can find at Lewis.

I absolutely love this target. I love to go to it, I love to purchase things from it, but whenever I try to contact them via phone, they never ever answer the phone. I try to connect to the proper sections of the store, but I get the run around or I just get connected to the customer service desk who don’t have any time to help me. Not only that, but when I was attempting to get an exclusive action figure that can only be found at target and always end up sold out because of their poor app that always gets sold out by bots, I get told that they have suddenly changed their mind and can’t get these things for me. It’s really frustrating and not at all customer friendly in this Covid world hence my very poor review. I hope target can reevaluate their customer service for things like exclusive items so that scalpers don’t make all the money on Targets own items.

Target is great, they have been in our community for years. They are competitive in the area and against online retailers.

Reliable trusted brand. The restrooms were clean even with a busy as they were. They were cleaning carts before use. Store was clean & workers were wearing masks. Checkout & payment area was cleaned after each person. Felt like a clean safe environment to shop in. And employees are always nice!

Item I needed on short notice was in stock and not available at other retailers locally. It was my first time using Target online and the pickup service. I was extremely happy with both!

Needed a couple of things so used the parking lot pick up service because I had my foster dog in the car and it was too hot out to leave her. Ordered the night before as I knew I would be out for vet appt that next morning... fast, very easy and courteous. A great service when you need it!!

Clean store and good service

The selection seems to be improving in the last few years and the prices seem to be more competitive. Slow checkout is the one this that has and always will be slow. Its something that Target shoppers have to consider when scheduling their day. I will stop by another store for something quick if Im in a hurry just because I know Ill spend most my time in the checkout line. Otherwise, really liking Target lately.

Line for pickup and returns is always horrific, usually one person at register and one doing the running. Dozen cars at drive up, one person doing the deliveries. Absolutely ridiculous for customers and staff.

Well organized and well stocked. I found everything that I was looking for on my first trip.

Target always has the friendliest workers! Any time I have gone I am greeted with a smile and if I need help locating anything (especially with the remodel). Sioux Falls SD pickup is absolutely amazing, their response times to you arriving is immediate. Thank you target for your cleanliness as well.

I did an online order so I could get in and out quickly. Unfortunately no one would help anyone standing in the pick up line so everyone had to more over to the return line and wait for 20 + minutes.

Target has such a wonderful variety of items. I love that all aspects of life (newborn, child, adult, maternity, plus, etc) are all at one store plus the healthy foods or snacks you need!

8:20 pm and employees walking throughout the store and yet there is a huge line at the self checkout because there are ZERO employees working the registers .... meanwhile I have an employee tell me her handheld device does not tell her where or if they even have my item in stock.... prior to this I called the store and was on hold for 10 minutes and got hung up on. Thanks for all of your help Target!

I had to wait in line almost 30 minutes to do an exchange!! Only 1 employee to help the 15-20 people in line! Unacceptable! So I asked to speak with a manager because at 20 minutes just standing there, my blood was starting to boil...not at the one employee there, but the lack of concern from e floor manager who I talked to. “Sorry, they only allow us to have 1 person in returns”. This is obviously a constant issue as the girl behind me said that it’s like this all the time! SO GLAD I go to the other Target across town!! I will be sending a letter or calling the corporate office!!

My husband and I were at the Sioux Falls Target West on 12-11-19. We stood in the checkout line for at least 25 minutes. We actually timed it. The scene was horrible. There were only 3 checkouts open out of 14. The waiting line stretched from the checkout area clear back to pharmacy. There were several people who shoved their carts with merchandise to the side. They walked out the door without buying anything rather than stand in line. We had a full cart or we would have done the same. During this time, 1 checkout closed briefly but came back. A clerk came and opened up a fourth lane. The line for the self-check was also very long. I have never seen such a long line of disgruntled people waiting to checkout in any store. We have shopped a lot at Target over the years but the service has gotten bad in the last year. Yesterday was the worst. We will probably do more of our shopping elsewhere in the future.

I LOVE Target. Their products are amazing, and the simplicity of their website and pick up is wonderful.

You need to staff more check out lines. We were at least 5-10 deep waiting to check out. Only two checkouts were manned along with the self check. Please get more staff to check out customers as some of us still like the personalization of the checkers plus the self checkouts never work!

I love to shop here, but the app needs work. If they don’t have what I need to fulfill my order that day. I end up having to walk around and get it anyway. So not a time saver.

Target is great, good quality good prices. The guy that works in the cafe (Jason I think is his name) is one of our favorite things about Target on louise Ave! Hes very friendly and always has something funny to say. Sadly one day a customer was being rude to him and a manager came over and started scolding him unnecessarily in front of everyone. It was uncalled for and unprofessional, we felt bad for him, especially when he didnt do anything wrong!

I REALLY wish I got the name of the Associate that helped me find size 6 Cat and Jack skinny jeans for my son tonight. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. Thank you so much for for having a Whatever It Takes attitude. 2/16/19 around 6pm. In case management wants to relay this 💕

Love Target in general, but the store on Louise Ave in Sioux Falls is not one of my favorite places. Its just gone downhill and is typically not terribly clean-feeling; there are usually multiple items just laying on the floor. Not a good representation of the brand.

In-store pick-up has been so inefficient its easier to do the shopping myself in the store. The first couple of times I let it go because I know how retail is, but yesterday was awful. I waited for ten minutes in line and just one person was helped from what I could tell at the back of the line. I ended up grabbing a couple other items from the store and the cashier didnt seem to care that the line was long at customer service and even mentioned how long the line was. Call someone extra? Contact a supervisor? Im sure your supervisors are trained at that. I had to leave the store and come back today hoping the line would be shorter. Luckily it was. Normally I am satisfied with this Target, but service has been lacking the last few months.

Love the options and quality of the products. Using my app to locate items if needed and cartwheel for savings is definitely a bonus!

Went to pick up a online order for this target there was at least 3 people working behind desk I was the only 1 in line yet there didn’t acknowledge me for 5 minutes just answered the phone and talked to each other. When someone finally helped me I said I was starting to think I was invisible she said thank u??Won’t be buying and picking anything up from here again.

Drive up process is a mess! Waiting for over an hour!

The customer service line at this store is always 5-10 people deep yet they consistently staff one person at customer service. They offer great order online and pick up services but they do not seem to care about providing timely service to their customers.

Ive had a few not so helpful employees, and a few that went above and beyond. The store has most of the groceries I buy at Hyvee, but at a lower price. Its nice to have an extra 5% off with the Target card. Target app makes shopping easier. Overall good shopping experience.

This store is low on stock in every category-- walk through the grocery aisles and you will hear the wind whistling through half-empty shelves. The employees are all bored out of their minds and cannot be bothered in the slightest, and if you manage to catch one and ask them to check the stock of an item they will roll their eyes at you, disappear for five minutes, and tell you there is nothing in the back and no chance of a new shipment of it ever again. Either they are stealing stock or just totally incompetent, and either way its not a place I will visit again.

I came in today for a part for my breast pump- I had just a few minutes away from my baby and really needed the part (and fast). I couldn’t find it on the shelf so I went to customer service to make sure it wasn’t somewhere else. The associate went out of her way to find me the part and was so fast and kind- despite having to go on a mission for me. I can’t tell you how much this tired mama appreciated her. I am awful and didn’t catch her name but the exceptionally kind woman with the blond pony tail really made my entire day. I’m so appreciative of her and Target for the EXCEPTIONAL service. I was home before my little guy even woke back up - my babysitter and soon to be hungry baby appreciated it!

I hate the new design of the store. The beauty department is so scattered. Makes things very difficult to find.

Target is great. This location isnt any different than most. One thing though, is their dressing rooms. They need a little work to be a bit more organized, but I think they are getting better.

Around 9pm on November 5th of 2019 I was waiting in line behind one of the most unpleasant customers Ive ever encountered in the retail world. As someone who has spent much time in this specific target, always helped by wonderful workers and friendly service, I have to give my most sincere apologies to the employees who were assisting this said woman. I myself have worked in and managed several stores, and known how cruel and entitled some people can be. The mistake was made of putting an item out on the floor that wasnt meant to be sold until black Friday, something that happens quite commonly in large inventory stores. But it was just that, a simple mistake. The cashier GRACE, was apologetic and not at fault. STEVEN the manager did a great job at dodging the womans condescending tone and disrespectful manner, just trying to resolve the situation. I may be at fault for some of her sour attitude, because I blatantly apologized to the employees in front of her out of pure embarrassment for the womans behavior. I write this in the hopes that the workers see it and are able to show someone that they did their jobs EXACTLY the way they should have, and did NOT deserve a complaint. Her actions were spiteful and purely meant to be disruptive. I appreciate the kind workers and their efforts to help the customer, being accommodating to all of her requests no matter how difficult and insulting she was being. I have helped many similar people while working in retail, and I would have felt a lot better if I knew someone was sticking up for me and realized the nonsense that myself and coworkers had to put up with. Go Steven and go Grace! I hope the holidays treat you well, and hope you remember this little shout out whenever someone gives you hell! I LOVE TARGET, so dont heckle and disrespect their employees in front of me!!!!!

Nice selection, has a little more class than walmart in its selection of items. Also writing review because the check out girl was so insanely friendly and happy, helped make my day.. I looked around and all of the other checkout girls and guys also had a big smile on their face, way to go target!

It was 25% off toys today at Target which of course meant packed aisles. Target threw a bit of fun in by having a Lego Star Wars scavenger hunt in the store. My boys loved it. They left with a free poster and a coupon for Legos. Thanks to Target for another great experience.

It is November 25th and Im looking for Christmas lights to decorate for the holidays and the shelves are completely wiped out. I asked an associate for help locating some in the back, at another store or online and he was of NO help!!! Have noticed the shelves throughout the store have been very bare lately.

The BEST target I have been in. Atmosphere, products, and in stocks, all well above average. They even have a cell phone store in the electronics section and the young kid will answer any question and fix any phone problem conceivable. Impressed!!!

I have never been so appalled with a customer experience as I am with this store. I placed an online order. When I picked it up, I was given the cart and sent on my way. The following day, I realized that one of my bags was not included. I returned to the store, they looked up my order, and could not find it as it had already been processed. I explained that it likely showed as processed because the employee who gave me my order did not check it first, but that I surely had a bag back there. I was asked to go into the store and get my items and bring them back to the service desk, which is fine, but added even more time to the experience. Once I had spent over 30 minutes in store trying to get the rest of the order I should have gotten the day before, I asked for the managers information to contact him/her. Risa, the woman who was helping me recommended I find the corporate number online. I reiterated that I wanted to speak with the store manager of this location, and she told me she could not give me that information. She then tried to push me off onto a LOD. I again told her that I would like the information for the store manager at this location to tell them about my experience, and was told to call in and talk to an LOD.What should have been a convenient and quick trip has turned into over an hour of wasted time and an extra trip into town. Top that with being essentially denied the name and number of the store manager, and this Target location has officially lost a customer. I am beyond disappointed.

I was completely disgusted with my visit to target yesterday. I went to check out and one of the items I was buying was a baby outfit. The item did not have a price tag on it. The cashier tried to type in a few numbers to get the item to ring up. It did not work. She called over another person to help. This person also could not get the item to ring up. So she started ringing up my other items. Instead of offering to go get another outfit or send someone else to get one, she tried calling someone else to help her. I finally said, I will go get another outfit for the price. I went and got the outfit and when I got back she was helping the customer that was behind me. I waited 10 minutes for her to finish with this customer. She then said to me, can you wait because the person behind her only has a few items. I said No! I have been wating 10 mintues and had to go get a different outfit because you wouldnt help me in the first place. I Will just go to a different cashier. She then snipped at me and said Fine, I will do it. I said no, I took my items and went to a different cashier. I have never had an employee act this way towards me. Looking back I should have immediately asked to speak with her manager!!

I love Target! They were out of up and up wipes on the shelf. I found an associate who called back, retrieved the item for me to pick up at guest services. Very nice.

The last 3 times i have been in the store the lines have been extremely long. Today the checkout line was backed up to the greeting cards(without the proper social distancing) with only 2 lines open. I did have a return to do but decided to skip this today as this line was 24 people waiting.

Pickup service was very convenient and quick. Would recommend especially when shopping registries and so forth!

Ok, to start off , I looked up gluten free food online, and it said target was supposed to have several food items. Chicken noodle soup, specifically. When I got there the soul was there like I saw online but it was NOT gluten free. If they cant get their online information correct, shut down the damn site!!!!!

This Target now includes a Starbucks! The clearance selection is great here, and they also have self-checkouts. The grocery section has a nice variety of foods.

I found flannel sheets at Target, but could not find them at other stores. Great low price, too!

Today my husband and I decided to stop at Target to shop in the cosmetic section to look for an Elf product I have not been able to find in any other store. I reached the aisle that these products were in and when I turned to go down the aisle there was a young man with blonde hair down this aisle applying lip color to his lips in what appeared to look like a reflection he could see himself in. I proceeded to look for my product I came for, and out of the corner of my eye I saw this young man twist the top back on the lip color and put it back on the shelf behind all the other lip colors. I could not believe what I was seeing with my own eyes!!!! He walked away down the main aisle to the front of the store. As my husband and I approached the checkout lanes we seen him in line, but as we got closer to the checkout we could not believe what we were witnessing. This young man is behind the checkout waiting on customers! He is an actual employee at the Target on Louise, in Sioux Falls, SD!!!! My husband and I looked at each other with total disbelief. After I finished my transaction I walked over to the lane in which he was working to see if he had a name tag on. He did not!!! And his shirt was filthy!!! But he had bright pink lips! My question to upper Management....Is this what you allow your employees to do while being on the time clock! This behavior was disgusting as unethical! How do you know if this person does not have some sort of herpes that he has left on this lip color???This young man was extremely tall with messy blonde hair!!! You should take a look at your store cameras and maybe you can catch him in the act!!! Needless to say ...NOW I KNOW WHY I DO NOT SHOP IN THIS STORE!!!!

Cleanliness and service at this store is horrendous. Their systems shut down and they had to manually enter each product. There is nothing they could do about this but there were no floor managers out directing people to proper lines. At least three check out stations with people at them but not working. Nobody directing traffic, no hand held checkouts, no redirections to check out at the electronics section. Not to mention the store is incredibly dirty and dimly lit making the 35 min wait in line even worse

Shopping on is Quick & Easy, Same Day Pick Up is Great, or hold is okay too.

This is our favorite place to do department store shopping. The staff is all super friendly especially the customer service department who goes above and beyond. Their furniture can be a little pricey but you get what you pay for and it’s not something cheap that falls apart when you sneeze on it like something from Walmart, etc. If you’re a gamer they do a better job than most at keeping titles and hardware (consoles) well stocked. Usually if I can’t find something at other places, it’s here. If you have kids they have a really good toy department that keeps up with your toddlers frequent “new favorite thing ever” from Paw Patrol, or Doc or PJ Masks toys.
