I always going to. Lewis. Today I enjoyed looking at their Christmas trees and decorations.

Most use the post office and get my prescriptions and they do a very good job.

The cashier are very friendly and willing to help you out.

Lewis always has a great selection and wide variety of quality items that you cant find anywhere else. I have looked 10 places for an item that I found finally here on sale.Hopefully, these items are on sale because the regular prices on everyday items is high.There are more reasonable prices on food, liquor, and cards.

UPDATE:I went to Lewis yesterday 9-24-21. I purchased some of their Buy 1, Get 1 Free Supplements. As I was going thru the Check-Out, the Lady (wish I had gotten her name) told me, in the Future, put your Vitamins & Similar Pharmacy Items out FIRST, because Lewis gives a 10 percent Discount to Seniors.Wow! I had no idea Lewis did that. No One else, that worked there, ever mentioned that to me.Just when we were done, she also told me that on the 1st thru the 7th Day of Every Month, Seniors get 10 Percent off of EVERYTHING! I Wish Lewis Sold Cars!I really wish I had got her name & I wish I could Thank her for telling me!See ya between the 1st & 7th!IBB==========================I went to the Pharmacy first. The Staff was Friendly, Fast & Helpful.They had a really good Sale on Vitamin Supplements. They pretty much have Different Brand of Vitamins on Sale every week. Usually Buy one, get one Free.The Store was Clean & well organized.IBB!

I love this place but couldnt find a trash bag container for cars or trucks.

You always are grinding with a smile you are asked if you need help finding something and when you take out you are told to have a nice day

It’s a standard Lewis drug that you find all over Sioux Falls they have a lot of things that you can get them that you typically would have to go to a big Walmart for something like that but Lewis drug is a lot closer for a lot of us in this community so we tend to pop in there the only thing that I wish was the pharmacy was open later

Great service / a place for doing faxing

They have started to bill for a Sharps container for diabetic needles. It is now $2.99 thanks to China (is what they blamed it on). I will end up using other containers and throwing them in the regular trash.

We only used the drive-thru pharmacy window, but the entire process was quick and correct. There were a few cars ahead of us, but everyone seemed to be taken care of in a timely manner.

I live 300+ miles from Sioux Falls. But have family in the area. Just love stopping in here. Lewis is a great place to stop. It has a wonderful variety of products especially for a smaller size store compared to Walmart. The prices are fair to excellent.

This place has been here for as long as I can remember. ( At least 45 years) I can always find what Im looking for here while filling my prescription medications, I browse the deals and get all my postage needs handled all at one place. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the products they sell are qaulity and well known brands. Locally its one of the best located stops in town.

I always have great customer service and a good experiences with Lewis drug, it’s a great one stop shop. They are obviously doing something very right to have as many locations as they have and to be in business for as long as they have. Great work Lewis on west 12th street. I also drop off my mail with customer service and they do a terrific job! Thanks for treating your customers so well!

I had an issue with a snow blower and wanted to upgrade they never advised when I purchased that I could not return even if it’s defective which it was and I wanted to spend more money on another one. Completely wrong and if your going to sell items like that you need to disclose the return policy bc that was not ok.

Clean and a very nice friendly cashier

Lewis is one of the few places with a public photocopier, however, customer service is poor and the photocopier requires coins or cash and does not have a card option. The device requires cash, but also Lewis does not give out change (?!). You either come with coins or you have to buy something. Very frustrating experience.

Ive lived by this store for years and I feel so fortunate to have it so close to my house. I get all my prescriptions throughz the drive thru thats so convenient and efficient. I also love that if I need to grab something else quick I can always find it there. The staff are kind and helpful for the most part. The prices are a little higher than most but Ill pay a little extra for the convenience .keep up the good work Lewis! My only complaint would be to stay open a bit longer but other than that its great!

The people are really friendly. However the person who was the night manager really didnt know where things were.

May 2014,Recently I called my monthly prescriptions into the phone system at Lewis west 12th street location. The phone system gave me a time my prescriptions would be ready. When I arrived at the drive-up at the time, the pharmacy assistant told me that my prescriptions were not ready. I ran another errand and returned to the drive up approximately twenty minutes later, again at a time they told me the medicine would be ready . Again, the prescriptions were not ready. I asked to speak to a pharmacist and have her explain why they werent ready. I was rudely told that the were very busy with prescriptions for sick people and that the call in system gave me a time that was not possible for the pharmacy to meet.I have since switched all my prescriptions to the pharmacy at COSTCO and Ive had better service at the same prices. Ive called prescriptions into the system there at COSTCO and they have ALWAYS been ready at the time given.I would rather do business locally, but when service people treat their customers rudely and with disrespect then I move on. Lewis does do more pharmacy drug sales than any other company in the Sioux Falls area. Until they treat customers better and communicate better with the customer when they are delayed, I will be buying my prescriptions elsewhere.
