Excellent customer service! The owner reached out directly to me after an item I order was no longer available and provided me with a discount code for my next purchase due to the inconvenience. He then a few days later reached out to let me know the item I had tried to order would be available in a different color. I had never ordered anything from here before and was directed to the store when searching for the item online. I will moving forward absolutely shop Rust and Co! Also, the one item I was able to purchase shipped out incredibly fast!!

LOVE this store!!!! Ive shopped a few times when Ive been in Sioux Falls. Awesome selection - what I expect to see at Nordstroms or Bloomingdales. Better yet, the staff, ALWAYS friendly and helpful!!! So glad to be able to shop online; Im not sure how long theyve been doing this, but started following on Facebook and Instagram and have found some very cute things!!!! The shipping speed is amazing; always packaged nice and a nice thank you card included to boot!!! Love supporting this fine family business :)

Not a lot of variety. Very price for China made items. Owner was on phone when we were making our first visit. Felt like we were intruding
