This is the place to go in Sioux Falls if you want tobacco products. Common sense is the oldest in town and possibly the state. The owner has been a Sioux Falls icon for decades and can still be found working at the store.They hire knowledgeable and friendly people and have a great selection with a cozy welcoming atmosphere. Go here if you want to learn some of the unknown Sioux Falls history because this place isnt on any tourist maps but all the locals know it.

Great place up to date like it

I have been to this place twice, the first time was great service the second time we were looking at flavors of the vapes and were rudely accused of stealing after proving we have nothing to hide they continued to watch us and the cameras still convinced we were stealing. I have never been so disrespectful anywhere before and will not be coming back until there customer service is fixed.

Good place to go and chill vibes but i bought two torches from there one stopped working after a week and the other one wouldnt even let me refill it. never buying any lights from this place. update: went back and they traded out the torches!! Great place.

Been in here a few times and their Luverne location always treated well, acknowledged when I walk in even when busy. I have had lots of questions about different products, they carry some really nice Quality glass not the sub standard import stuff you often find, they also like to support small vendors.

I made a purchase of a vape device I only used twice and I have had the device for a little over 2 weeks the device is now not working via charging I did not damage it in any way I have the original credit card receipt and Cyan informed me they could not help me he said I could buy a new one for 6 bucks, now this wouldn’t have been an issue except he was very condescending when he was speaking and what really upset me is he said “ I don’t even know if you purchased this here” this made me upset because he had not been listening when I clearly stated I have the box and receipt. I was on my way walking out and watched them do an exchange for someone with out any receipt or anything it was a Caucasian male; not saying that has anything to do with it but that’s the fact. Will not be doing business with this establishment again I spent over 200 dollars on that visit but never again you try to support locally owned business and this is how they help you out when you have a genuinely legit problem.

Great place but I noticed one employee was rude to a lady before me in check out when she just ask a question he took as obvious , I could tell she felt uncomfortable. I was also a little shocked with his shortness, seems like a nice guy but I just want him to remember that we dont have to shop there and that customers should come first.

Told me it works got home same thing doesnt hit unless a hard pullwhich gives off a burnt taste on pods. The burnt taste happens if you have real pods on any clone device they have.... stay away from the fake devicesWas asked to pay extra for the real device no thanks ill go somewhere else.

I recently had a really bad experience at another shop In town so I tried common sense out and it was amazing they’re prices were lower then where I was going before, the service was amazing, a guy who had a hippo necklace on helped me out and he was so friendly and informative, it makes me happy I ended up looking for a new shop!

Use your Common Sense and visit this establishment. We are transplants from Alabama and are in heaven in this store, staff are awesome, great selection, and fantastic prices. Well worth the hour drive and we will be returning as much as we can. In our visit today we lucked up and got door prizes and while signing up for rewards program we got another free gift.

Absolutely the worst experience going into a smoke shop! Monty you should be ashamed of your inexperienced staff! I will not be returning!

Common sense is the best place in sioux falls for tobacco users in my mind. It has the most variety of items and the staff is helpful. The environment is pretty stereotypical but Im not really hung up on that. Its a smoke shop, you know what those are going to look like.

I wish I could give a lower option than one star because the lack of customer service reckons for it. I called to discuss why my disposable I bought 20 minutes ago, is now broke because of its random autofiring. I get theyre mass produced but the amount of condescending remarks I received were astronomical. I wouldnt expect this out of what seems to be a thriving business but their employees proved me wrong.

Strong inventory for being a smaller shop. Prices are in line with what I have seen in similar shops across the country. A unique and worthwhile points system makes membership at this headshop a no-brainer. Very knowledgeable staff - subtracted one star because there are usually too many customers and not enough help/cashiers.

I had to pick up juice for a friend, and the people here were really nice. They asked lots of questions to make sure I got the right stuff since I don’t smoke or vape. I thought it was going to be a gross place, but it wasn’t. If you need vape related things, I’d guess this would be the place to go. Looks like they have a cool little business going here. They are friendly people and eager to help. But I think they need to hire more people because sometimes its so busy and there will be only 1 person there to help the customers and you may have to wait 15 minutes sometimes longer to be helped.
