We were visiting from Denver when we decided to go pick up some shorts from PacSun. (Lauren) The associate was so busy eating and texting on her phone she couldnt help us apparently. Store is was clean and well stocked but is definite lacking decent customer service.

The merchandise itself is great. The staff and store cleanliness is a zero. Upper management really needs to step in. Extremely rude staff. Not helpful at all. They make you feel like you are inconveniencing them by shopping there. Staff members have made rude comments. Theres other stores with more helpful staff that id rather spend my money at.

Went in there and only got 3 things. Didnt think there would be any problems drove home 3 hours away and they forgot to take the security tag off! Thanks for stealing my 40 bucks on a shirt I cant even wear. WILL NOT NE SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN.

Clean well stocked store

I love pac sun so much, but this one is seriously lacking in the customer service department. upon walking in, there’s little to no activity from staff and 0 greetings - not once have i ever been greeted when walking in. the workers barely speak to you even when you ask for a fitting room, not once was i checked on, and it’s overall just an uncomfortable experience. i’ve worked in so many customer service jobs now (high school and college), and i seriously wondered earlier if there’s even a solid management team behind this store. i’ve started avoiding even going because it’s not worth it - the place is absolutely dead and the workers obviously hate their jobs/don’t care about tending to customers. i’ve also received a few obviously judgmental looks?!i normally don’t leave bad reviews but it’s extremely aggravating to stand silently at a register with someone who’s been standing on their phone or staring at the wall for 10 minutes. seriously need to work on training and overall just hiring better staff. no reason i should feel as though i’m a burden because i’m entering the store. get it together and run your store.. so embarrassing for pac sun.

Very rude workers, always make you feel like they are annoyed of you and give you weird looks

My daughter came in and bought some shorts off of a table that said buy one get one 50%off of denim. There were other little signs on the table but they did not specify exactly what demins were 50% off. My daughter shops there all the time. When she got to the register nothing was mentioned to her that the 2 shorts different shorts were not part of the 50% so after she paid she asked if it was the 50%. They said no just the certain style. I went to return them for her a few hours later after shopping some more with the receipt and form of payment because she was embarrassed. This was their return policy. The same girl then asked me for her I.D. To me this was totally unacceptable and unnecessary especially when we were there 2 hours earlier. Not to mention in the return policy there is no mention of needing a proof of I.D. this was at store 241, at 3:30 PM and the cashiers number is 567784

My son loves all the things here, especially mens cologne.

Nothing about 30 day return policy at the register! They would only give me in store credit. After Christmas there shelves are empty. I received in store credit card and they have to put my last name so no one can use it but me. I wont be buying anything from this store and now I cant gift that card!!!
