It looks like a brand new house now. The flooring Ricky suggested matches our cupboards and room colors perfectly. The work crew was helpful and flexible. My family is very happy with the floors!

They have good selection of tiles. If you are shopping for tiles, this place definitely should be on your list to see whats out there! Totally recommend.

We initially went to simpleFLOORS to price out flooring for finishing our basement. We loved their selection and willingness to help guide us to the flooring we knew we wanted...but just didnt know how to describe. Weve now used simpleFLOORS a number of times for other projects and continue to refer them to our friends and family. They are and will continue to be our go-to flooring spot!

Top notch company, from the installers to the owner. And Tiffany in sales is about the nicest person ever to work with on coordinating everything.You might pay a tiny bit more (I stress “might” as I haven’t felt at all like they are pricier than the others - I’m more impressed with the materials they carry which seem to be a bit higher end), but you get 10x’s the service every single time. We had plans to only update the basement flooring and loved it all so much we decided to do the entire house!If you want your job done right and fast, pick this place. You won’t be disappointed at all. In fact, you’ll be glad you went with these guys instead of one of the bigger stores in town.

Everyone in the store worked together to create a great overall experience. Tiffany and Rickie did a great job walking us through the process, educating us on all the options, and not applying any pressure on us to make a purchase. The turn around time for install was within weeks, which is unheard of compared to a big box store. The installers were also professional and personable, which means a lot when they’re in your residence. They also did a very fine job. We had a squeak that was noticed in our subfloor and the installers even fixed that for decent price when I thought I’d have to live with it. Brett did a great job monitoring the process all the way through and followed up with us at the end to ensure we were satisfied. Thanks to your team and believe we will be back for future projects!
