So disappointed with this location...one girl behind the register...only said hi when walked in but wouldnt offer to help me...the other girl in the back room on her phone...might have been on break but she should have closed the door...when I finally asked the girl up front for help she had no clue how to help me...if she doesnt have a clue what shes selling she should start to learn it rather than just stand there. She went to ask the girl in the back room for help after ten minutes I still got no help.. I will not go back to the east side location...

Very helpful clerk. Polite and friendly. I just wish their stores were a little bigger. Seems like your always dancing around other customers. But, somehow, they seem to pack every product I love into these tiny stores, and keep them very neat too.

I am in awe of how terrible of an experience I had at your store. I was just in buying a hair brush and straigtner. Not only did I need to pull the clerk away from what appeared to be her friends, but the straightener I purchased was advertised to come with a free blow dryer. The clerk went over to find the blow dryer and saw that you were out of the specific one that came with this straightener. The shelf was full of other blow dryers that were also part of your specials. I asked if she could substitute another blow dryer since you were out. She automatically said no and proceeded to take your special sign down right in front of me as if I had never seen the sign. I left appalled at the customer service. I will never be back again.

Great prices and great products, this is coming from a mixed girl that doesn’t or can’t use most products. So glad this place exists, my hair and makeup products all come from here.

Staff here is always friendly and helpful, but not in your face. Also, they always seem to be working hard, never anyone just standing around.

Some employees are rude and don’t know what they’re talking about. there was only one that i met that knew how to help.
