Very reasonably priced and affordable prices with curtious service

WAY TOO many times they screw up and dont call back after saying they will. Cant begin to tell you how often I have problems (like right now) with them. Find another company that offers this service-unless you want constant aggravation.

Absolutely the worst cvs in this area. These people literally have no sense of respect and customer service. I called previously and was put on hold, yelled at and hung up on by one employee named Samantha(if thats even her real name) . This morning however, I was called from this same store 9 times at 8am i called back and no one answered for a good while and then the phone was picked up, no one said anything and then they hung up on me. This then happened a second time. The pharmacy is extremely rude and disgusting. Overall all these people are just cut from the same cloth. Regardless of what these fake employee made reviews say, don’t go to that cvs unless you want to get ready to fight someone because that’s how bad the disrespect is trust me.

This Drive thru pharmacy must be the slowest drive thru on planet earth. I have never just gone to get my proscription without having to wait less than 20 minutes sometimes longer. I could just go inside but it’s just as bad so why not just wait in the comfort of my own car?....

This location in Patchogue Seems to have trouble keeping their Cosmetic shelves stocked. I Went in there in November looking for a particular item, They did not have it On the Shelf . Went back in three weeks later looking for it , still shelves empty . The third time I went in there looking for this item I spoke To one of the Managers who told me The shipment was probably sitting In the totes in the back room . I came back For the 4th time , 2 weeks later And still, no product. But I can go up to Walgreens literally Quarter of a mile up the road And they have it there . It should not have taken Nearly eight weeks total To get those items on the Shelf .

The people in the pharmacy are disgustingly rude ! As a healthcare worker I simply had a question to ask about the covid vaccine yet they simply could not pick up the phone for a few minutes to answer the question they just kept picking up and putting me on hold I waited 20 minutes til I had enough ! I will definitely be switching pharmacy and will no longer shop at cvs ! CVS YOU BETTER WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MASTIC BEACH!

The Staff in this location is great!! They are all friendly and do their best to get you in and out in timely manner. No complaints here!! Keep up the good work CVS team

This store is always clean and the staff is helpful. Great selections on their shelves.

During this pandemic the store is not providing enough protection for its shoppers.The aisles are very tight.Products are placed on the edges of isles making them even narrower. There are no cashiers making it necessary to use self checkouts. These machines are less than 6 feet apart, closer to four feet apart.This forces shoppers to stand too close to each other. M y experience shopping there was so horrible I left items at front of store.The employee that tried to assist me, seeing my frustration was of no help.She only made things worse.

Pharmacy is very lazy

Waiting time could be shorter. Went there to buy few items for the baby and have experienced rather longer than usual wait time. Store is clean an organized with good selection of items.

This place is so totally understaffed it’s amazing it operates. If you are lucky to get one employee who knows what they are doing, they are the only one in the store!!!! Managers know less than them all! And photo is a joke.

I walk in the store at 7:56 and they say theyre closed and wouldnt let me make my purchase scumbags

Tried for TWO DAYS to get a prescription called in from out of state. Doctors office assured me it was called in several times, but CVS staff could not find it, and were not at all helpful or friendly, just very short, and basically immature - gave me attitude instead of trying to help. Got it done with WALGREENS no problem. THIS IS WHAT GIVES A BUSINESS A BAD NAME! We wont be shopping there for any reason. You lost my business!!

Very short wait time for meds. I get greeted by my last name because i always go there. The staff in the pharmacy really take the extra step and get to know you. Sometimes I go out of my way to fill my scripts here.

For the last 3 months here, 5 months between the havenwood and Montauk highway locations, these guys have made me wait 8-10 days to pick up my two monthly prescriptions, one of which I am legally required to take to operate a motor vehicle. These medications are medically necessary forto function due to injury and mental health disabilities sustained in the line of duty while I was on active duty with the U.S. Army. Without them I have seizures, pain, mental health issues, etc. Last month I asked if they could do something with my doctor so they would be in stock when I came to fill them, rather than me having to go 35 sometimes 45 days on a 28 day supply. The pharmacist told me no without checking then when I asked why I was told thats how it is and then after pointing out what happens without them to explain the urgent nature, he said too bad its not my problem and walked away. Im not on Oxycontin or any other crazy drugs like that. I am not prescribed any actual opiates at all. I take only the most minimal medications for my conditions and these people are consistently rude and borderline cruel. I am 24 years old, got injured serving in our military, and now cant support my own weight standing if its raining, cold or I have had a seizure within 24 hours without one of these medications. They have watched me basically collapse on more than one occasion and didnt even offer to help, once more, they just walked away and told me to come back next week and see if it was ordered yet. Meanwhile I cant legally drive more than 48 hours after I stop taking the other due to a traumatic brain injury. (When I dont take that one I have frequent seizures resulting in a loss of consciousness.) For this reason, I have no way to safely get myself back there a week later. These people are horrible human beings! If my insurance would allow me to go ANYWHERE else I would.P.S. when I first came home from the Army and I was taking opiate pain medicine, they always had it, but they also always make sure you are treated like a horrible person and a drug addict. They do not understand that some people actually need these medications for some period of time and use them correctly and dont sell or abuse them. I used them until physical therapy and a few surgeries got me to where I no longer needed them, but for the whole time I was on them I was treated like an absolute loser EVERY time I picked them up and on a few occasions actually over heard the staff making comments implying that I intended to use them to party or to sell... again no mention that a 24 year old has to use a cane to hold himself upright, no mention of my service, etc. No care or consideration whatsoever!

Going in very often and everything is smooth. Pharmacy almost always has what is needed.

Neat, clean store. The staff in my opinion has always gone the extra mile in the pharmacy department.

Poor pharmacy, always has to order product. Also over charges because they dont correctly bill insurance and you have to make another trip to fix it.
