Went to Tractor supply this afternoon to check on a kennel and or fencing for a dog. Sydney, greeted us and asked if she could help us. Very knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions. I now know where to go to get exactly what I need. Will definitely return.

Employees were great, management needs to go. While waiting in line with a few other people a fellow customer was very rude and openly belittling the cashier in front of the manager and said manager stood there and allowed it to happen. Stuff like this is why yall cant keep decent Employees

A sign said to wait for assistance if you need chain, or steel cable cut. So, I went and alerted the cashier. I heard her request help to where I was waiting. Noone ever came, ever. I finally cut the cable myself, then had to wait in line forever. Forever. I think the one cashier might have been the only employee working at that time. Seriously, the whole store, one employee. Ill go to Lowes or a hardware store from now on.

I bought my Troy-Bilt mower here. The staff was super helpful. The price was the best around. I would send someone here to see if they can find what they’re looking for.

The staff were super helpful in helping me find the right dog food for my English Mastiff! The manager & the gentleman with him made my choices easy!

You can always find what your looking for. If not, they can order or try to help you find something else that would work. These employees know their brands and products. I love a store that can truly help you with what they sell.I was looking for some pet chips for my dog. Instead they had pine chips so I used them instead of getting the regular red cedar chips. Having an border collie those chips did keep my dog good and warm.Also can service your needs, has lots of hardware, farm supplies, animal/ bird food and equip. Men,ladies and kids western clothing, boots, farm gearSometimes you can find ole country store candies in the store. A great store to check out.

It never seizes to amaze me that you cant find anyone to shelby you in the Shelby NC store.You literally have to search or go to the cashier and ask them to send someone to help.On the other hand, the other day, I found several employees chit chatting with customers. Catching up with old friends or people they have not seen in years. [?] When I thought of it from that perspective, I actually thought that was alright. It just goes to show that Shelby is a tight nitch community. -My fault to chose another associate instead of interrupting.So my search continues to find help.What I do suggest for those actively helping another customer by pushing their cart, as they see someone clearly searching, just stop a moment and ask if they need help. (I can guarantee the customer they are helping at the moment, will not mind). Then tell them they will send someone to help you. Thats great customer service and would have made my one product stop much easier and quicker.I will add, that surprisingly, the Bessemer City Tractor Supply Co, totally has the city of Shelby beat by a long shot on customer service.

I stopped at the Shelby store because the lady at the Gastonia store,one close to Kings Mountain, couldnt be bothered with a question! The store in Shelby was awesome,went out of the way to see if they had what I asked about then talked about some different ideas! Thank you Shelby

Bought a safe recently. Dealing with the Mr Greg.Best manager I have ever met. His service was spot on.Give this person a bonus or a raise . Great people person.

Can get in and out fairly quick good selection.parking could use some improvement.

Only place I buy my chicken feed. Their buckets are a little pricey.

Good price on cat litter, 40lbs, dont change it however it says low dust and that is so not true, this litter creates more dust than the Sahara desert. Dust covers everything. I will have to change to another brand unfortunately

I hate this store. Most of the employees are okay. However you have to many older Adult women trying to be teenagers at this store. And Renee at the counter talks to much and tries to be a teenager and dresses like one. And gets into other people’s business. I can’t get out of the store when she’s working. I have never seen someone dress in such skin tight clothing as this lady does. Used to she was so nice and never did anything like that. Now it’s all changed and you would think she’s 16 again. Maybe you should do a class on how to dress your employees and what’s okay and not okay to wear to a place of business or out in public.

Always friendly staff is very knowledgeable about the stores products and helpful. I purchased a trailer there recently and they were wonderful to buy from. For a variety of farm and other needs I highly recommend them.

The staff is always willing to help or answer any questions, things are easy to find. This is definitely one of my favorite stores, whether I come to find boots or work clothes, things for our dog, or chickens. They have a great selection.

Always ready to help. I go mostly for dog food. They have 4Health dog food, made and packaged out of Tennessee. 99¢ a can to $1.19 depending on what you want. Plus they have the club. Its free to sign up and get coupons off purchases. The one is Shelby is clean and always has what I need. Great people!

Usually has very competitive prices on dog and cat food. And the staff is always helpful.

Everytime I drive by a tractor supply I have to stop in. I love the smell. Farm feeds leather and great boots . It makes me feel at home.

Great place, good service and selection! A little pricey though! E mail needs reviewing! I waited and ask about a poulan chainsaw for almost a year that they always.put on sale before Christmas for 99 bucks. I was never even told or e mailed, and the lady I bought my riding lawnmower jack stand from New I had been asking all year and she wouldnt even call the manager so I could talk to him about it!!!!!!! Dont join there little membership/E mail club..... It wont help you ONE BIT!!!!

I found some awesome sales and was able to buy several Christmas presents. When I had to exchange some of the shirts due to the wrong size a week later, I had no problems doing so even though I couldnt find the receipt.

Mr Rodger was very patient and helpful with my search for a lawnmower belt. I love Tractor Supply!

I loved it soon as I walked in I was greeted and I asked if they sold Stetson for little boys the lady took me straight to them and I was out in less than 10 mins .. The place was clean stocked well and price wasnt outrageous

Love tractor supply wish they had a reward system where u build points for your purchase to get better savings but either way everything is awesome here :)

Most all tractor supply stores are my fav and this one is a really good one and even better than some of the other ones Ive been to. The employees here are very friendly and helpful and while the gaffney one is closer its worth the drive coming here.

Very nice store. Lady at front very professional and courteous. She call for assistance to assist me with a trailer jack. Gentleman that assisted me was condescending, very fague in detail especially for a gentleman item I was purchasing. Of course wouldnt buy there now I know why people buy online. Sorry for the kind folks at Tractor Supply, but that man is worthless in assistance was afraid he would have to put an effort to sale. Sorry never writ reviews but not a nice experience for such an awesome store.
