I went here looking for a screw that may fit my grill. I had bought a grill a few days ago and it came with a screw missing. I brought with me the leg of the grill that I needed a screw to fit. One of the nice cashiers was able to help me find the right size. I had to purchase an assortment but I was able to get what I came for. It was a good trip.

What I like to call disposable tools. Most items from here wont hold up but they do have a good warranty. The highest price tools here seem to do well but understand if you buy cheap tools they may or may not make it through the task at hand

This place is a joke i came here to get something that said in stock online but get here and the guy at the register was no help and said if i have any they will be in between isles 7-8, yea that really helps cause i already looked there smart one. Love the Shelby store, I live in Gastonia and I go to Shelby when I go to Harbour Freight. Their staff is very knowledgeable of their products and their locations thru out the store. Associates are very friendly and very professional, makes shopping there a pleasure on top of it being the best Big Boys toys store around!!!!!

They have all the stuff you can imagine for tools and some you probably never even knew existed.

Harbor Freight had the emergency purchase i needed at the lowest cost by about 40%. So i am very happy this was on my way to the jobsite that happened to be 5 hours from my shop. I have also purchased a Lynxx blower and pole saw that gets used frequently and still kicking at over a year and a half old.I like a deal 💰

Some harbor frieghts feel like going to an indoor flea market and you know youre in a discount tool store. This one feels like a nice spacious clean, neat and well organized well stocked, well laid out store. I like that its bright and nicely laid out makes me feel like im in one of the big box nationwide home improvement stores tool/hardware sections.

Harbor Freight had a Brad nailer for $5 with purchase of $49.99 so I bought $50 in naps and staples. Cause why not I need this for some repairs around the house and furniture.

Had what we needed and at decent prices.

This place has tons of tools and equipment at a great price. If youre not a tool person, take one with you, or be sure what you buy is suitable to your needs. Ask about return policy and Definitely get in on the coupons.

Love this place! The Shelby HF is the only one I like around here, its clean the staff is always willing to help. I have noticed that some of the other HF store are small and kinda cramped, this one is large and very spacious. The aisle are wide and you dont feel like your elbow to elbow while shopping! Price are always awesome! Just got me a 3 ton floor jack today!

Bought a security system with cameras took it back thought it wouldnt work with my satellite internet but it doesnt have to be hooked to a satellite internet you can monitor your house just by putting them up Monitor and two cameras $219 not a bad deal there were very intuitive they knew about the product and walk me through it in the store Harbor Freight in Shelby North Carolina
