This place does not recognize their store hours. If you’re going to close an hour early or not show up until well after your store’s opening why not just reduce the hours to something that’s actually accurate. Ridiculous.

Mr. Jim Merrill was super helpful when we needed to move a trellis. He volunteered to help us disassemble it and move it into our car. Thank you so much Mr. Merrill.

Ive had several storage units across the U.S. over the years and my experience with this location has been exceptional. I ran into some issues during the breakout of COVID and am very thankful for them working with me especially an employee there, Jim M. He is professional, personable, and helpful. Just one example of Jims helpfulness was when I forgot the Allen wrench to break down a bed frame. Not only did he lend me his but helped break it down with me. I cant say enough about Jim M. and this location. Thank you.

This storage facility is wonderful, lots of convenience being apart of the University VillageJim is also incredible, such a fun person to talk to about the history of Seattle and Irish culture. Has an excellent taste in music of the last 30 years and stories to prove it. A HIGHLY personable person, very friendly! He’s also a creative, made a very Asian decorative screen using public storage branded shipping/moving/packing materials at the front desk doting COVID times.All in all, a worth while choice in a place to leave your stuff, Jim alone makes it worth every trip!

As I was transferring my belongings from Seattle to a different city, I used Public Storage at the University Village location to store my things. I cannot be happier that I did! In the midst of the wildfire craze in Washington state, my life was made 100x easier by the manager of this location, Jim M. This man is by far the kindest person in customer service I’ve ever encountered in my life; my mom and I needed to mail a box at FedEx, he offered us a cart so we wouldn’t have to carry it all the way. We flew in and out on the same day, so he allowed us to keep our belongings in the storage space until we had to go to the airport. He also managed to save us so much time by allowing us to throw garbage and recyclables in the cans that belonged to Public Storage. Jim made an otherwise stressful experience be the exact opposite! Thank you so much to Jim and Public Storage, I will be sure to use your services again on my next move!!

Would like to say to Public Storage. Since Chuck has began cleaning up around here at the Village. He has transformed this place into a diamond in the rough. Also he goes above and beyond the call of duty to help another. When he does not have to do anything. A pay it forward kind of guy. You cannot trust the Business world today. Chuck has my trust in taking care of me fully. His family attitude type of business which earns my respect and trust in him. Also he is very entertaining and knowledgeable in my needs. It may be a bit hard to find, but once you do, you will find the friendliest little storage place anywhere. The manager Jim was so helpful.

Im a first year college student who is from out of state so finding storage for my stuff throughout the summer was a necessity for me. This Public Storage made it incredibly easy and affordable to get what I needed. Tiffany went above and beyond what anyone would expect an employee to do. She conversed with us on multiple occasions, was incredibly understanding and helpful and she was also very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place.

I was amazed at how clean the place was. Chuck knew what size of storage I wanted by what I was storing. Also he is a fun guy to listen to. Real family orientated kind of guy. I thought this visit was going to be boring. Not so, I am glad he is here. Public Storage should really appreciate some one like him. Five Star experience all the way. Clean, friendly, helpful service. Marie was really friendly, and knowledgeable about what I needed. She helped make my moving process smooth and helped me save money. She is the embodiment of what we need to see in customer service again.

Not all Public Storage locations are equal! My daughter needed a storage place for a few months during the summer while looking for a new place to live. We were in and out of Public Storage a lot then so we would see Chuck, the manager, there often. When he wasnt busy helping a customer, he was always either cleaning or fixing something to improve the looks of the place. Always cheerful, always super helpful. And it was clear he has a big heart. His customer service attitude should be the model for any company wanting to improve their customer service ratings.

The service I experienced while with public storage has been outstanding and amazing!!!! I believe the managers name is Jim..he was curious, knowledgeable, and a pleasant worker!!!

This storage location is close to shopping, public transportation, and the University of Washington. Management is to be commended for resolving at least one issue about a vagrant who loitered in common hallways inside the facility. Although according to the police there had been an issue with lockers being broken into, there have been no reports or indications of this recently. The storage fees are higher at this location than at many other locations in Seattle, but the location is exceptionally posh and very convenient for University of Washington students. Management has cleaned up the area around the storage facility, and it is now more pleasant than before.

Don’t miss this place! Drive through the parking garage at QFC and it’s on the far end, and has parking large enough for moving trucks! It was really nice to have a convenient place to buy all the packing supplies for the move, and easily returned what we didn’t use. One stop shop, and glad to have it here!

Tiffany at the front desk is very personable. She went out of her way to help me. You can tell she enjoys talking to people and smiles a lot even though the questions might be very routine for her. This location is very easy. The prices are getting high and I may need to look for a new unit location. Im sure if I find a cheaper unit it will not be as convenient of a location.

Ive had three public storage experiences at three different locations and this was by far the best. The interior of the building was spotless as was the exterior. Chuck is amazing and will talk one, maybe both, of your legs off if you let him.

Helped me get exactly what I needed and made sure I knew what to do with it. Explained how to return anything that didnt work or wasnt right, and made sure I knew where their phone number was and to call with any questions. Topped it off by wishing me good luck with my move. I wish all my retail experiences were this great.

When I first went to reserve my unit Julian was extremely helpful in sorting out payment and lease information. And when I needed to cancel my reservation early Richard was extremely helpful in making that process very streamline and smooth. Overall I had an extremely positive experience with them and am sad that I wasnt able to do more business with them due to personal reasons. I highly recommend going here for storage as Julian and Richard were both very friendly and helpful.

Ive had a wonderful experience with this Public Storage property so far. I have also used other Public Storage locations in the past and this is by far the best and safest one Ive used. Its secure, well maintained, and in a great location. Linda is also incredibly helpful and kind. Shes incredibly easy to communicate with and is diligent about keeping the property safe and accessible to customers.

Linda, who is the manager there is wonderful. She has great communication skills. My daughter came is and was not the politest. so I had her come and apologize. Linda handled it in a very positive and productive learning experience. I have been overwhelmed with legal issues and she was able to help me get that in order. She should be training staff!

The storage space was fine, big enough to fit my things and the location was convenient for me. My door latch is a little bent up, but seems to do the job just fine. I do wish it was 24 hours though.Linda, the lady that set up the spot was very sweet and helpful. I wouldnt be writing this review if it wasnt for her. Literally, because she called me to remind me to write a review.I will say, this is my 3rd time renting a space at public storage, and each time I dont seem to qualify for the 1st month free promotion... which I kind of think is some kind of a scam to get you in the door. These folks are the best!! I first met Julian at the Queen Anne public storage, where he was able to help me rent two storage units at that location. We were at that location for a year and a half, and only recently moved out due to our business growing.We couldnt have done it with out help from the employees at public storage. They have always been extremely helpful, always taken care of any problems weve had, and have been cheerful to boot. If I or my company ever needs another storage unit, these folks will be the first call we make.

Extremely kind and helpful staff, and very prompt with responding to calls/email. Had an issue with my key, and they were really swift and immensely helpful when resolving the issue. Takes a lot of the stress out of moving/storing items I care about!!

Julian was extremely thoughtful, friendly and helpful during our process of renting an unit at the University Village location. Our original appointment was on Thursday since the previous renter had not moved out yet, while Julian contacted us immediately after the previous renter emptied the storage unit. So we could move in the unit earlier. We truly appreciate and satisfied with his service!

This Public Storage location is great! It is right next to UVille and the units are clean and easy to move into. The customer service is also very good, Kisa helped me out and he was patient and kind and was willing to help me with anything. I definitely recommend Public Storage, especially this location.

We were very impressed with Alan and the Public Storage property. Alan called before we came in to introduce himself and check to see if we had any questions. We got a reminder email the night before and Alan handled our check in quickly and professionally. Alan made sure we got the best price for our needs and made us feel comfortable and we left knowing our stored items would be safe. I could not make a higher recommendation!

I recently had to ship some family heirloom pieces to my sister-in-law in Toronto, and needed packing materials and boxes -- I found everything I needed here and the staff were informative and incredibly helpful. The more delicate and old family pieces all arrived unharmed and safely! So happy I went there and got great advice from their staff!

What a great storage facility - super convenient location, and amazing staff. This location was one of the very few that had a larger unit available, which we needed in order to store our entire household contents on the back end of a transatlantic move. Erin has been incredibly helpful - from explaining the rental contract to helping us arrange a delivery to the unit, her customer service cant be beat!

I have nothing but great things to say about the overall quality of the public storage next to the QFC building, great customer service, Chuck is always there helping me and more if he can, hes a real honest worker with hard working qualities, I dont usually make reviews, and honestly I should have done it sooner, but you got a good worker, he keeps the place clean and makes sure that the service is top notch, well done.

Great experience from the online reservation to the quick check-in assistance by Julian to begin use of the storage. Personal tour to the specific unit and offer for a map within the hallways. Great explanation of access code and how to keep it handy (pic on cell phone) and how security works. Great clarification of optional payment methods.

Jim was helpful and had good suggestions for getting a storage unit. The billing was confusing since I first requested one on line then came in. However it worked out great.

I have frequently rented storage at this facility for short periods of time. The staff, especially Linda and Robert, have always gone out of their way to make sure I understand rental periods and deadlines. I have received reminder and clarification calls from both of them. Great support!

Great Location. Very convenient to the UW, Sand Point area. Julian is the manager. He is very professional and goes out of his way for the tenants. He helped me locate and secure a 10X10 unit. Very Clean. As I was moving to my new unit, Julian was already cleaning the old unit for the next customer.

The location is perfect for college students who goes to UW to get a quick and close storage place near the campus. Unit was as expected and the store contains anything you need for your packing purposes.

After finally getting tired of my cramped dorm, I last-minute decided upon renting a storage unit to declutter my belongings. On a Sunday afternoon, thirty minutes prior to closing, Linda was an absolute sweetheart, helping me through the process of renting a unit. She answered all of my questions and was thorough in explaining the policies and what-not of the facility. The location is incredibly convenient, right behind U-Villages QFC location. The facility itself is well-lit, secure, and clean. I definitely recommend this Public Storage location to any student needing extra storage or anybody at all who needs storage!
