Bad customer service. Keep forwarding calls to voice-mail. Paid for a mattress, called to confirm pick up. Nothing. Bad for business.

An appointment was scheduled, I arrived to the closed doors, the calls were not answered, after the number of attempts to reach them their phone had been turned off and the calls began to be automatically forwarded to a voicemail.

Amazing. Best bargain possible for Mattresses. Personal service you can only find at an owner operated store. Bed selection is top notch. Craig and team are going incredibly helpful. We bought eight mattresses for a new house and saved a ton. Delivery guys were very good too.

The folks who work there are friendly. There was absolutely no pressure to buy - it was easy for us to make our own decision. We bought a Lux mattress, pillows and mattress protector. We had the mattress delivered the very next day by Josh - who arrived exactly when he said he would! No robocalls to set up delivery whatsoever. And he hauled away our old mattress. Everything was in our price range and the entire experience was fantastic! However, their computer and printer werent working when we bought the mattress, and we discovered after they emailed us the sales breakdown that they had overcharged us by $25, add sales tax to that and it comes to about $27.50 overcharge. I called the day after the purchase and emailed about the overcharge twice. A salesman called back and said hed look into it, that we shouldnt have been charged the extra, and said hed call me back right away. He never did. And I never received an email response. Its been several weeks now since the purchase. My credit card statement came yesterday and it still wasnt deducted! If you buy anything there just be sure they dont overcharge on the bill. And if you are, dont expect a reply back. It wont happen!

My grandmother purchased a luxury mattress from this location and is so happy with the exceptional service experience she received. Sales associate Ashley narrowed her search down to brand she wanted to look into and also the needs of her back. Ashley was very knowledgeable on each brand, what materials the mattress was made of and how they would effect her back. My grandmother was introduced to a new brand that took the pressure off her back and allowed her to move comfortably. Very good experience from the minute we walked into showroom and Ashley was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was great and assisted us in finding exactly what we were looking for in a mattress and adjustable bed frame. Not a high pressure shopping experience and we werent talked into anything we didnt want or need. We did however, discover the greatest pillows and were happy to purchase those also. Overall a great experience.

Had the best experience shopping for a new mattress with Ashley at the Seattle location. She was very friendly and listened to everything we said we wanted. We found the perfect mattress for our needs with an incredible deal all within less than an hour. Amazing!

Update 4 months later:2 months in and the mattress is sagging and making noises. I can feel the springs already. The set cost $600 and according to Ashley it retails for $900. Hard to believe that though since in 2 months time this has happened. I no longer recommend Mattress today.Purchasing my new mattress set from Ashley was very smooth and quick. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. I purchased a set that came with free delivery ($50 fee for sets that are under $500). I got my set delivered the next day! Making an appointment was easy through Facebook, they were available to see me the same day I contacted them but I opted to come in on a Sunday evening. If I have a problem with my purchase Ill come and update this review. But for now, Im very happy and recommend Mattress Today!

Ashley is the best! This was the best customer service experience I have ever had. She knows her products well and makes herself available to help in any way. She has definitely earned my business forever and I will tell everyone to go see her when they need a new mattress!

I got different mattress that is different from what I’ve ordered. Be aware of this kind of store, they don’t accept returning the mattress, even though I’m completely sure they gave me the wrong mattress. Two months update, still remain one star even though I don’t want to give any, the mattress depresses itself, make the surface uneven. Such a bad quality mattress, it’s a very bad purchase experience.
