Gary is my salesman. He is very patient and introduced a lot of different mattresses for me. I have tried several ones with different materials like memory foam, Latex ones and some combinations. He is very enthusiastic and tells me what’s the difference among these mattresses. Finally I pick the Latex one and I think perfectly fits my need. I also got to know the usefulness of a mattress protector. They set the second day delivery which is also time efficient.

The employees are extremely friendly and helpful and if you are looking for something they will point you in the right direction so youll get what you really want. Excellent service at the store.First set of delivery people were not vaccinated and were not allowed onto my building. That put me off. Delivery people go in and out of all types of buildings and should be vaccinated.

This is the second time in 2-3 months we have purchased a mattress here. Great service- the sales team listened to what we wanted and needed (this time was different as we were looking for a mattress for a guest room). The delivery team was great as well. Mattress City has a great selection of mattresses and amazing customer service. We went to the Shoreline store after we found out they were renovating and expanding their Woodinville location (will definitely be worth a visit if youre on the east side). Don and Gary took excellent care of us, helping us hunt down the perfect king mattress to replace our old queen bedroom set, and getting the brand new mattress and box spring to our house in just a couple days. They even made sure we had some bottled waters before leaving due to the outrageous heat this past weekend. The delivery was also quick and easy, and the guys were super nice. My wife and I were looking for a new King size mattress to replace our old one, but wasnt sure here to start for a good deal. Did not want to buy a mattress online since we cannot test them. Stopped at Mattress City in Shoreline to look around and left with a premium King mattress and adjustable bed frame with remote. Eric and Don answered our questions and not once pressured us to buy. We just moved to a new place and needed something quick, Eric and Don looked up what they had available and hooked it up for next day delivery. Other places we wouldve had to wait weeks. Came here to pick out a mattress and Don was fantastic helped us right away and got us a fantastic bundle. We wanted to walk away with a mattress today and we were able to pick it up in 1.5 hours and haul everything back home (saved $100 on delivery). Don helped us load everything up. He took the time to hear what we needed/what we were looking for. And we got a cool base that moves. Would recommend to family/friends. It’s cheaper than Mattress Firm!

Extremely upsetting experience at Mattress City in Shoreline. My mother (age 80) needs to exchange one of her mattresses due to comfort. As of today it looks like this will finally happen tomorrow. The problem is that this required her going into the store multiple times. “Don” would argue, belittle, and dismiss her. Finally today he asked her to come back after he was done with another customer. She did and he, again, took the opportunity while she was alone to scream and demean her. She left crying. He later calls her and says the mattress will arrive the next day. This is a less expensive mattress but she was too scared of him to even find out if there would be a refund. I am truly horrified.

We came to Mattress City to try out some of the large bed-in-a-box brands as well as some of the others that they have in store. Since they are the official PNW retailer for a number of them, we were able to try out many of the Nektar and GhostBed options that we had read about online. Buying a bed is a big investment, and you want to make sure you select the right one for years to come. It’s so tough to read reviews and buy without trying a bed in person!They were knowledgeable salespeople, but we never felt pressure to buy any of their beds. Their extensive inventory is another reason to go with them. Many stores weren’t able to get us beds for 2 weeks to a month. We were able to get a bed the next day since they have so much inventory in their warehouses. The next day!Mattress City offers a 120-day guarantee which is comforting in the event that we don’t like the bed that we purchased. Highly recommend!
