You can tell, since I have a inside view as an employee, the team here takes everyone needs and makes everyone priority, as it isnt always easy running a shop that is servicing all of King County and many surrounding areas. I just called the Mower Shop to thank them. I was hesitant to fix my old Craftsman as it never was great out of the box. They changed out the carburetor, fixed it, and sharpened the blades. It actually works much better than it was brand new-for the first time it starts right away without having to prime it-every time. Audra in the office was great and very clear about pricing beforehand (It was very reasonable). I almost went out to buy a new Honda but Im now glad I didnt and glad that I brought it there

The Mower Shop is bitching only if you enjoy having your mower spend the summer at their shop, not worked on. Read the Yelp reviews if you want a more accurate description of their non-service!
