I loved it! There was so much to see that it feels like its never ending. If you bring small children dont for get to bring a stroller or rent one from the zoo. Its a lot of walking so be ready for that. There was a problem with the parking meter and it didnt print out our ticket to put on the dash board. I went and told one of the employees at the counter and they printed a receipt to put on the dash. Very helpful! I recommend this ZOO😎

Great variety of preservation and zoo related merchandise is available. Excellent variety of candy and gifts for children, and souvenirs to remember a zoo trip. Annual members also receive a discount. Staff is very accommodating and ensuring of proper number of guest are shopping inline with current protocols.

Loved visiting the zoo. The baby gorilla was too cute. Nice controls to keep social distancing. Hated that we werent able to see the lights at night.

Went in August on a cooler day and got to see almost every animal. Lots of walking if you plan to see all the exhibits!

Clean and organized, the employees at the restaurant were good at cleaning the inside tables, but apparently outside tables is another thing.

The store is smaller than the previous store, and has more items geared towards kids than adults. They follow the covid requirements, and have shields at the counter and wear masks. There some gifts, shirts and sweatshirts available. I was looking for a hat as the rain and wind kicked in, and only had a few choices, so that was disappointing.

Nice staff, stuffies and doodads and geegaws that support the zoo. Good for souvenirs, mementos and gifts for the difficult (Who hates the zoo?)

Love going to the zoo! Love walking through the zoo love all the exhibits especially feeding the rhinos and the giraffes. You can spend a day theyre enjoying all the exhibits plus the play areas for the kids. Wonderful day trip.

My family and I really enjoyed the Woodland Seattle Zoo. The staff was friendly & knowledgeable about all the animals and planets. The landscape was just as beautiful. This is definitely a must see zoo for kids of all ages. Also, be prepared for the walk if you want to see all the whole zoo.

I love this place! I just purchased membership today and Im so excited to go back again soon. The zoo its self is great and so are the discounts on food and the perks available with the membership across the country with other zoos and aquariums.

Prices and larger sizes on some clothing,need improvement, and a little more tidying up stuffed animals all around, on display. I actually mentioned it ,to be helpful. To much inventory, not enough sales. 🌝💚

Not a bad place, Im not one for gift shops as you exit a place. They do however, sell what a friend affectionately calls zoo poop which you can use to fertilize your gardens

I just love the zoo stores for the variety of toys and books and other interesting stuff they have for kids.

Didnt have a very good postcard selection. The animals were a bit pricey. We feel the Portland Zoos is better

I was adopted and my dad spent 4 years looking for me my biological father and when I went to Seattle to visit him for 2 weeks the first thing we did was go to the zoo the first time in my life I ever been to the zoo is really cool I got to go inside with the monkeys I got to feed and hold a Capuchin

Good variety of souvenirs, very clean and well-kept, and the workers were really nice. There were several things that didnt seem to have prices on them however so just be aware of that.

Lacked souvenir style items outside of cups and shotglasses.
