Since Ive been a Metro subscriber almost 3 years now I have never had a bad experience yet. The service is usually excellent for the most part and the employees that work there have never been rude or not helpful. I like the service that Metro by T Mobile provides me. I have been on almost all the top carriers at one time or another and this one is The Best. Always friendly, eye contact, approachable, you can pay your bill under a minute or stay in for an hour deciding on your next phone and/or plan. Menager is really great.
